Former president Gerald Ford dies at 93.

Former president Gerald R. Ford, who inherited the daunting task of calming a divided nation when he assumed the presidency at the height of the Watergate scandal, died Tuesday at the age of 93

And what's so sad is the fact that after all the flack that Ford caught for pardoning Nixon, NOT ONCE did Nixon thank Ford for granting him clemency with the presidential pardon.

Nixon.

Talk about ingrates.

To the family of President Gerald R. Ford, my sincerest condolences.

A real president in the truest sense: Non-partisan, affable, diplomatic, and a true believer in working to re-unite this country at the hour when level-headedness was most needed.

Rest in Peace, President Ford.
