Max Miller Got Dirt On His Former Dad In Law!

Family feud.

Nasty feud between Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) and his former father in law, Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH). The two Ohio lawmakers personal issues are a distraction. What I care about is the state is in decline. The state is dealing with a huge budget shortfall. 

Republican state lawmakers are not focusing on economic issues. They are concerned with the status quo. They care about making police officers strip away your right to invoke your constitutional right to not answer questions when stopped by police. They want to ban transgender Ohioans from having the freedom to play sports. They want to ban transgender Ohioans from using the restroom. They want to ban gambling online and regulate sports gambling. They want to ban marijuana based food and drinks. They want to do this mid decade redistricting to keep Democrats from winning areas they perform best in. They want to end Ohioans accessing the safety net. They want to put Christian propaganda in public schools. They want the court right protections for defendants ended. They want to increase electric bills in order to make room for more data centers. They want to make Ohioan fathers pay for child support for children who aren't theirs.

Americans are fed up with the status quo.

Ohio has a choice between Amy Acton, a retired medical advisor who was instrumental in the 2020 coronavirus pandemic versus Vivek Ramaswamy, a millionaire who is experienced in medical trade. Both candidates suck but Acton is the underdog. Despite the Ramaswamy onslaught of commercials painting her as responsible for the Ohio lock downs, Ohioans know it was a Republican governor and president who shut the state down. It was Gov. Mike DeWine, a Republican. He said he would do it again if it meant protecting Ohioans. 

Ramaswamy who is from Cincinnati is close friends with Vice President JD Vance. They both have ties to Peter Thiel, a billionaire who participated in the big government nanny state projects.

He is an Indian American businessman and considered a weak opponent due to Ohio's Republicans aligning themselves with white supremacy. 

Acton is pretty quiet so far. She is allowing him go burn himself out. She is Jewish. She is the folksy lady who carefully explained how to deal with a crisis. She was like a mother and a calm voice to a whole lot of uncertainty.

Sen. Jon Husted (R-OH) and former senator Sherrod Brown are worthless. Husted is a hateful sack of shit. He cannot do his job as a senator or a lieutenant governor. Brown is old, too polarizing and not effective for Ohio. It is a worthless choice between the status quo versus the status quo.

Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH) is worthless. Very opportunistic and just an embarrassment to Ohio. He has done nothing memorable since 2025. He is only two years in and his personal problems are Ohio problems.

As Miller is facing calls to resign after a bombshell report about how he was abusive to Emily Moreno and his daughter. He is also facing a lawsuit from former press secretary Stephanie Grisham, one of his previous girlfriends.

Moreno who stayed out the family drama got a warning from Miller about his wandering eye.

Allegedly, men are coming forward with allegations that Moreno is having trysts with them behind his wife's back. I doubt that. He is a former used car salesman.

Miller, 37 announced on Sunday he will not resign and stated his focus on Ohio is more important than his personal life.

The AP review confirmed that someone with access to Moreno’s email account created the profile, though the AP could not definitively confirm whether it was created by Moreno himself. Questions about the profile have circulated in GOP circles for the past month. On Thursday evening, two days after the AP first asked Moreno’s campaign about the account, the candidate’s lawyer said a former intern created the account as a prank. The lawyer provided a statement from the intern, Dan Ricci, who said he created the account as “part of a juvenile prank.”

“I am thoroughly embarrassed by an aborted prank I pulled on my friend, and former boss, Bernie Moreno, nearly two decades ago,” Ricci said. The AP couldn’t independently confirm Ricci’s statement and he didn’t immediately respond to messages left for him on multiple phone numbers listed to him. He donated $6,599 to Moreno’s campaign last year, according to campaign finance records.

Moreno’s lawyer, Charles Harder, insisted Moreno “had nothing to do with the AFF account.”

Moreno, 59, was born in Colombia to a wealthy family before immigrating to Florida as a child and becoming a U.S. citizen at the age of 18, according to a biography on his website. He purchased his first car dealership in 2005 and used his wealth to build an empire that came to include high-end dealerships in multiple states.

And before Moreno began articulating anti-LGBTQ views during his runs for public office, he made comments that seemed to reflect acceptance of homosexuality.

When Cleveland and Akron won their bid to host the 2014 Gay Games, an Olympics-like international competition featuring LGBTQ athletes, Moreno was an enthusiastic supporter while his auto dealership company was a financial sponsor, according to an opinion article he wrote for the business publication Crain’s Cleveland Business.

“A successful Gay Games would go a long way toward boosting our images as cities that welcome all,” Moreno wrote while issuing a call for northeast Ohio’s philanthropic community to rally behind the event. “They need help to put them on. Hosting a complex multi-venue event requires a network of financial supporters and volunteers. It must be a community effort.”

During a 2016 question and answer session posted to his company’s YouTube page, Moreno noted that his eldest son is gay, while crediting the TV show “Modern Family” with changing perceptions about same-sex marriage.

“We watched these two guys and, we say: ’You know what? They’re good guys, they’re great people. ... They are not this distorted thing that is out there.’ And I think those are the kinds of ways that you can break down stereotypes,” Moreno said during the event.

When fliers appeared on the campus of Cleveland State University in October 2017 urging gay and transgender students to commit suicide, Moreno, who was then chairman of the school’s board of trustees, was the leading signer of a letter condemning the “abhorrent message” as “an attack on our whole campus.”

As recently as 2020, his companies were included on a list of Ohio businesses that supported a law banning discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. Leaders of Equality Ohio, a leading LGBTQ rights group in the state, said Moreno joined the campaign supporting the legislation after a conversation with the organization’s leadership in 2017 during event promoting the bill.

But that all appeared to change when Moreno first ran for Senate in 2021 before bowing out of the race early. He began to distance himself from his past activism, professing to be unfamiliar with the anti-discrimination legislation, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported at the time.

During his current Senate campaign, Moreno has accused advocates for LGBTQ rights of advancing a “radical” agenda of “indoctrination.” He was endorsed by Ohio Value Voters, a group that opposes LGBTQ rights, including same-sex marriage.

Moreno, whose daughter Emily was married to Miller until last year, said he owed it to his family ​to "speak the truth now" about Miller. Calling the previous two years "pure hell" for his family, Moreno ​wrote in a social media post that Miller "is a danger to my daughter, and I ⁠hold my breath every minute he has custody of my granddaughter."

"If there are any basic standards of character ​required to hold elected office, Max Miller fails them. He should not serve in the House of Representatives," ​Moreno wrote. "I believe Max Miller needs to seek professional help to end the clear pattern of abuse he has left in his wake. I believe he should not be free to continue endangering others until he does."

Moreno's broadside against ‌Miller ⁠marked a significant departure from his previous attempts to sidestep a drumbeat of abuse allegations engulfing the Republican congressman.

Emily Moreno has alleged that Miller burned her with boiling hot water and physically abused her and their toddler daughter.

Moreno previously said he would "not litigate these matters in the media" and that he would prioritize the safety and ​well-being of his daughter and ​granddaughter. While the senator ⁠hoped to keep the matter private, Miller's "increasingly erratic and dangerous behavior has made that impossible," Moreno wrote on Sunday.
