Even when they feel Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is vulnerable to defeat, he ends up winning by double digits in a general election. Is the status quo going to be broken?
President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD), Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), House Majority Leader Tom Emmer (R-MN) and 88% of Congress takes money from AIPAC.
Graham is a notorious warhawk, Islamophobe and closeted homophobe.
He is a life long bachelor. The beltway rumors are Graham's interests in built men giving him a backshot.
He is a phony moralist.
Graham warned Republicans in a speech on Wednesday that “God will pull the plug on us” if the government stops supporting Israel.
Seemingly responding to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-GA) remarks accusing Israel of conducting genocide against the Palestinian people, Graham said during his speech:
Israel is in a fight for their lives. Our friends in Israel are surrounded by people who would kill them all if they could. I am tired of the word “genocide”! Let me tell you about genocide. If Israel wanted to commit genocide, they could. They have the capability to do that. They choose not to. Hamas, they would commit genocide in 30 seconds. They just can’t. And that’s the big difference, folks.

To people in my party: I’m tired of this crap! Israel is our friend. They’re the most reliable we have in the Mid-East. They’re a democracy surrounded by people who would cut their throats if they could. This is not a hard choice if you’re an American. It’s not a hard choice if you’re Christian. A word of warning: if America pulls the plug on Israel, God will pull the plug on us. We’re not gonna let that happen.
He concluded, “Israel is not the bad guy. They’re the good guy. The bad guys are the radical Islamists who would kill everybody in this room if they could. So, I haven’t lost my vision of right and wrong.”
Trump endorsed Graham for his reelection. The two have a contentious relationship. Trump viciously attack Graham when they ran for president.
Trump purposely revealed Graham's personal phone number after the senator called the dotard a charlatan who could ruin the Republican Party for generations.
Graham has voted against convicting Trump of his two impeachments.
