A white millionaire who does trophy hunting (aka poaching) was gored by a cape buffalo in a South African national park. The fool underestimated the sheer ability of the wild.

The buffalo killed for free. It didn't spend a dime.

Buffalo in South Africa are prey for lions, hyenas, leopards, crocodiles, wild dogs and sometimes cheetahs. Large herds often protect their young and older. If one is attacked, it screams for help and about 15 or more will trample the predator.

One of the "big five" African game, it is known as "the Black Death" or "the widowmaker", and is widely regarded as a very dangerous animal. African buffaloes are sometimes reported to kill more people in Africa than any other animal, although the same claim is also made of hippopotamuses and crocodiles.

These numbers may be somewhat overestimated; for example, in the country of Mozambique, attacks, especially fatal ones, were much less frequent on humans than those by hippos, and especially, Nile crocodiles. In Uganda, on the other hand, large herbivores were found to attack more people on average than lions or leopards and have a higher rate of inflicting fatalities during attacks than the predators (the African buffalo, in particular, killing humans in 49.5% of attacks on them), but hippos and even elephants may still kill more people per annum than buffaloes. African buffaloes are notorious among big-game hunters as very dangerous animals, with wounded animals reported to ambush and attack pursuers.

Divine intervention managed to get a poacher.

Asher Watkins, 52 of Texas is dead. He won't spend his elitist time in the safaris or Republican donor events anymore. Watkins was a ranch trader and managing partner at Watkins Ranch Group, boasting expertise in the “purchase and sale of Ranch and Land properties across Texas and Oklahoma.”

His speciality has earned him millions of dollars, around $10K of which he spent on a big game hunting trip with Coenraad Vermaak Safaris, a 55-year-old company that provides clients with a “first-class hunting experience.”

The poacher got divine intervention by a male bull.

The cape buffalo gored him as he underestimated the speed and horns.

Cape buffalo are known for their aggressive nature, and it’s even said that they remember hunters and are known for taking ‘revenge’ against them. The Cape buffalo also doesn’t give any indication of its emotions, often appearing to attack without any prior warning.

On Sunday, August 3, Watkins set out to hunt the 1.3-ton animal alongside a professional hunter and a pro tracker from Coenraad Vermaak Safaris. According to statements from the company, the buffalo suddenly charged at him, fatally striking the American rancher at a pace of 35 miles per hour.

“It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts we confirm the tragic death of our client and friend Asher Watkins from the USA,” Hans Vermaak said in an official statement to the Daily Mail.

AI is dangerous.

“On Sunday, while on a hunting safari with us in South Africa’s Limpopo Province, Asher was fatally injured in a sudden and unprovoked attack by an unwounded buffalo.

“He was tracking it together with one of our professional hunters and one of our trackers. This is a devastating incident, and our hearts go out to his loved ones.”

Again, watching wildlife from a distance is safer than going near.

Again, why do white people always treat wild animals like they're domesticated? 

I don't get why some of these people believe it's their mission to disrupt the lives of others.
