The far-right Republican as well as many conservative agitators are upset that the Black National Anthem is being played at Super Bowl LVIII. The spiritual song of uplifting people of color is apparently upsetting to Republicans.
Oh, did you know that Cleveland's Darrell Scott of the New Spirit Revival Center is getting tired of trying to defend the MAGA's most notorious racists?
Scott, has been a staunch supporter of former president Donald J. Trump. He had to denounce a lot of the crap coming out of the mouths of several Republicans and conservative agitators.
I guess Gaetz, the insufferable pedophile lawmaker from Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach can't stomach Black Americans being proud of their country. He has little legislative accomplishments and often spends his time doing podcasts and being a colossal dickhead.
The song was a hymn written as a poem by National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) leader James Weldon Johnson in 1900 and was later adopted by the NAACP and prominently used as a rallying cry during the civil rights movement. The song became a landmark of African American culture. According to Time magazine, it was performed during meetings in which civil rights leaders planned the Montgomery Bus Boycott and has been quoted in speeches by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Why is the NFL trying to divide us by playing multiple!?

Following the 2020 racial protests after the murder of George Floyd at the hands of police, the NFL sought to confront what many players have described as systemic racism following years of protests.
In addition, Grammy award-winning singer Alicia Keys preformed the song in a pre-recorded video before the 2021 Super Bowl. The following year, singer Mary Mary performed the song from outside SoFi stadium at Super Bowl LVI. Last year, Sheryl Lee Ralph performed the song on the field before the Kansas City Chiefs faced the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII.
In response to the song being performed at the 2023 Super Bowl, Republican Representative Lauren Boebert of Colorado shared a post on then Twitter, now X, writing, "America only has ONE NATIONAL ANTHEM. Why is the NFL trying to divide us by playing multiple!? Do football, not wokeness."
Other conservatives have previously criticized the NFL over the song. In 2021, Fox News host Sean "Softball" Hannity decried a performance as an attempt to "inject politics into sports." Several conservative pundits also complained when Vanessa Williams performed the song during a PBS Fourth of July special that same year.
Former Seminole County official Joel Greenberg is handing over all the information between him and Gaetz. The Republican Party has been in crisis because of Gaetz.
Gaetz forced Kevin McCarthy out through a procedural vote to oust him out of Speakership putting the House of Representatives in chaos for three weeks.
Gaetz is still facing House Ethics Investigations and the FBI is still involved in his sex trafficking of a minor. Greenberg claims that he arranged a 17 year old to engage in sex acts with Gaetz. The lawmaker denies the allegations.
He is married to 28 year old Ginger Gaetz. Matt Gaetz is 41 years old.
