Lindsey Graham Has A Hissy Fit Over Fried Chicken!

Graham has a hissy for over New York push for 24/7 restaurants.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) does not live in New York. He has no home, office or constituents representing the state. He lives in South Carolina and he should focus on issues in his own state and not worry about other states.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is the perfect example of lazy. She only spends about 15% of her time inside the district. She managed to bring a few benefits to her district but refuses to credit President Joe Biden for legislation passed. She votes against most bills passed in the House and often claims credit for it. Her legislation record is relatively low for a two term member. She has appeared at most Trump rallies and far right events.

Greene barely even knows her own district. She finally moved into the district with boyfriend Brian Glenn of Right Side Broadcasting. She lives in a gated golf course community near Trenton, Georgia.

In her two terms, she wrote a book, threaten impeachment on President Joe Biden, caused feuds with Republicans and Democrats, double down on conspiracy theories and continuous bullshit.

Graham who has no reason to be in New York is protesting the state's legislation requiring food and gas stations at rest stops must be available 24/7.

Likely on the New York Thomas Dewey Thruway toll road which carries Interstate 87 and 90 for example.

Graham joined a protest on Friday to keep Chick-fil-A restaurants closed on Sundays in response to a proposed New York bill that would require restaurants at rest stops to be open seven days per week.

“As if the insanity by the left couldn’t get any worse, Democrats in New York are trying to force @ChickfilA to open on Sundays…” wrote Graham in a social media post, attached to a photo of himself outside a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Manhattan. “I showed up to their Manhattan location today while visiting NYC to send a clear message: Hands off OUR Chick-Fil-A!”

The senator concluded his post by calling on supporters to, “Join me in this fight!”

Graham received both criticism and ridicule on social media for taking part in the stunt 700 miles away from his own state of South Carolina.

“Even when Lindsey Graham says the right things he still manages to look like an absolute fool,” reacted conservative journalist Ben Kew, while former Marco Rubio adviser Gregg Nunziata tweeted, “People in public life, of course, have to pick their battles. They should be judged by the fights they choose and those they do not.”

Graham also received criticism for failing to state that the proposed bill would only apply to restaurants at rest stops, where drivers require service seven days per week.

I am guessing that Chick-Fil-A isn't on the toll roads and rest stops. But Graham wanted to make a statement about protecting religious freedom.

Graham is a staunch supporter of Donald J. Trump and is considered the most polarizing members in the Senate.

Graham, Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) and former governor Nikki Haley had a run for president.

Graham and Scott failed to capture the nomination and Haley is still in the 2024 race but is struggling.
