Bernie Bros. Attack Lucy McBath For Doing Her Job!

Mom on a mission. The Bernie Bros. tried to claim credit for the work she done.

Rep. Lucy McBath (D-GA) is the mother of the late Jordan Davis. He was gunned down by this asshole at a Jacksonville gas station over loud music. The convicted killer Michael Dunn was sentenced to LIFE in the iron college on a second degree criminal murder instead of first degree murder. It assures a Republican governor of Florida could eventually commute his sentence if given the possibility of parole.

McBath fought to change gun laws by being part of Moms Demand Action. She resided in metro Atlanta and took on an incumbent Republican named Karen Handel and won. She became the first African American woman in Georgia to flip a Republican district. She ended up in a biter primary fight against freshman Carolyn Bourdeaux in a partisan redistricting which placed her district now inside the city and eastern metro Atlanta.

McBath is a center-left leaning politician. She is also a pragmatic lawmaker who strongly believes in bipartisanship. She is similar to Rep. Lauren Underwood (D-IL), Rep. Mary Peltola (D-AK), Rep. Nikema Williams (D-GA) and Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH). She wants to do her job and not be click bait like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-FL).

She does her job unlike the Democrats who get to claim credit for something they had no participation in.
So the Bernie Bros. are back. The supporters of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Nina Turner and far left extremists are attacking McBath for being responsible for the cap on insulin by Eli Lilly.

The company based out of Indianapolis took a stance last year when its governor signed off on a restrictive abortion law which led to backlash. It is also became the first drug maker to put a cap on payments for insulin at $35 a month. The White House praised the company.

The leftists scream at it as not enough and it was Sanders who made it happen.

Wrong.

It was McBath and Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA).

The change, which Eli Lilly said takes effect immediately, puts the drugmaker in line with a provision in the Inflation Reduction Act, which in January imposed a $35 monthly cap on the out-of-pocket cost of insulin for seniors enrolled in Medicare.

A candidate who plans on challenging McBath went dark after he blasted her for being in the pockets of corporations. He used her dead son as an excuse to attack her.
