Thank You Joe!

I'm feeling good.

Happy Birthday Joseph R. Biden, Jr.

He turns 80 years old.

Sunday is the 46th President of the United States birthday. He is not too concerned about the Republicans taking back the House of Representatives. He knows they'll overplay their hand as usual.

They have already signalled that they are willing to investigate Biden's son Hunter, the allegations of Biden's connections to foreign money, the coronavirus response post Donald J. Trump, the withdrawal from Afghanistan and the impeachment of high officials including the president.

They want to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act and the Affordable Care Act. They want to cut Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, Social Security and subsidies for middle and poor class Americans.

They want to get revenge on the Democrats for starting up the House Investigation into the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. They want to investigate the treatment of the people who stormed the U.S. Capitol.

Of course, they have no plan on combating inflation, high gas prices and crime. They embrace crime by allowing the former president to steal classified documents and incite a mob to overthrow democracy.

They have this "Commitment to America" which is a scantly five pages of proposals that came out the ass of Newt Gingrich, the disgraced House Speaker who led the Republicans into noise.

The noise is loud. I've said it many times on this blog, #IgnoreTheNoise.

For the next two years, I will scale back posting but I am going to continue contributing to Journal de la Reyna and offer the latest news, opinion and issues facing our government, our community and the junk food media.

Social media influencer Naomi Biden marries Peter Neal.

I call it junk food media because they are so fixated on noise instead of facts.

Making fun of John Fetterman having a stroke was not smart.

Saying that you're going to not work with President Joe Biden soon after winning an election on the noise of inflation, crime and immigration is not smart.

Allowing former president Donald J. Trump to return to social media is not smart.

Having a revolt from the left about Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) being chosen as the Minority Leader is not smart. Jeffries is likely to be the new Minority Leader if the Democrats maintain a strong footing going into 2023.

Telling President Joe Biden that he needs to step down because of his age is not smart. Again, I am not here to judge whether Biden is of sound mind or not. I don't know him personally. I am not a doctor or a White House advisor. I am not even on his radar of people he reacts to. The only way he may react is if you do something that at least drives the junk food media to cover.

He won the presidency on lowering the temperature in Washington, DC and is likely to win it again if they line up noise makers like Trump, Ron DeSantis, Marjorie Taylor Greene or Mike Pence as contenders for 2024.

Many on the far right want to be doctors by diagnosing Biden's mental and physical strength. Again, this type of noise is why it's important to stop allowing the junk food media promote this noise.

Those who are making concerns about Biden's age may never get to say 80. Mind you Rush Limbaugh died at 71 years old from cancer. Andrew Breitbart died at 42 from a heart attack. I have my feelings that Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, Laura Ingraham, Brian Kilmeade, Dana Loesch, Ben Shapiro, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson may never get to see at least 70 years old. Bill O'Reilly may never get to see 75.

So when Trump at age 76, O'Reilly at age 73, Bill Cunningham at 74 and Dennis Prager at 74 start complaining about Biden's age, remind them that they're just about in the same boat. They may never live to see 80.

The only former president who still handles it well is James Earl Carter, Jr. at 98.

Biden and First Lady Jill Biden hosted the wedding of their granddaughter Naomi King Biden to Peter George Heermann Neal.  The wedding ceremony took place at 11:00 AM EST in front of approximately 250 guests on the South Lawn.

“It has been a joy to watch Naomi grow, discover who she is, and carve out such an incredible life for herself,” said the Bidens.  “Now, we are filled with pride to see her choose Peter as her husband and we’re honored to welcome him to our family. We wish them days full of laughter and a love that grows deeper with every passing year.”

Following the marriage ceremony, the President and First Lady hosted a wedding luncheon for family and the wedding party in the State Dining Room of the White House. A reception with dessert and dancing will take place later this evening.
