Federal Judge Gives Washed Up 45 A Little Time To Breathe!

A federal judge gave Washed Up 45 a little time to collect his thoughts.

Take discretion, Washed Up 45's rants are extremely disturbing.

Softball Hannity was complaining back in August about the Department of Justice judge shopping to obtain a warrant to search Mar-a-Lago. I guess he gave the incompetent former president an idea. The idea was to judge shop for a leniency.

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon is inexperienced. She was appointed by Washed Up 45 in late 2020. She was among the 30 or so federal judges that are not qualified to be on the bench.

The 41 year old federal judge will likely have U.S. Marshals protection due to the high profile case she and U.S. District Judge Bruce Reinhart are dealing with.

Cannon waited til Monday to grant the request by Washed Up 45’s legal team to appoint a special master to review documents seized by the FBI from his Florida home last month and also temporarily halted the Justice Department’s use of the records for investigative purposes.

It infuriates the DOJ that this judge allowed someone to examine property the U.S. government says its rightfully theirs. It is a wasteful distraction. It allows the person to possibility destroy evidence.

Inexperienced federal judge gave Washed Up 45 a special master.

The appointment is likely to slow the pace of the department’s investigation into the presence of top-secret information at Mar-a-Lago given the judge’s directive that the Justice Department may not for the moment use any of the seized materials for investigative purposes. But it is not clear that it will have any significant effect on any investigative decisions or the ultimate outcome of the probe.

Cannon would permit the continuation of a risk assessment of the documents being conducted by the U.S. intelligence community.

Washed Up 45’s lawyers had argued that a special master — usually an outside lawyer or former judge — was necessary to ensure an independent review of records taken during the Aug. 8 search. Such a review was necessary, they have said, so that any personal information or documents recovered by the FBI could be filtered out and returned to Trump and so that any documents protected by attorney-client privilege or executive privilege could also be segregated from the rest of the investigation.

The Justice Department had argued against the appointment, saying it was unnecessary since it had already reviewed potentially privileged documents and identified a limited subset of materials that could be covered by attorney-client privilege.

It also said the former president was not entitled to the return of any of the presidential records that were taken since he is no longer president and the documents therefore do not belong to him. And personal items that were recovered were commingled with classified information, giving them potential value as evidence, the department has said.

While in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, the former president went into his greatest hits. He bemoaned about how President Joe Biden was an "enemy of the state", Hunter Biden's "laptop from hell," Hillary Clinton's emails and Barack Obama spying on him were real crimes and the FBI is corrupt. It was a shitshow for the MAGA Republicans.
