Early Saturday morning the Detroit Metro Police were alerted to the whereabouts of the two fugitives wanted for involuntary manslaughter. The parents of the white terrorist who shot up his high school killing four and injuring dozens are arrested.

They were arraigned in Oakland County Court on Saturday. They already face a handful of charges on top of the manslaughter charges.

The people who assisted them in eluding the law will likely face criminal charges as well.

Both have a lengthy amount to get out and they're being placed on suicide watch.

They entered their not guilty pleas tearfully. If they do get out a "get out" card, they will be placed on GPS monitoring, stripped of their firearms and if they have passports, they have to surrender them.

Judge Julie Nicholson said that the risk of having them on the streets is more dangerous.

The defense attorneys for the two said they never intended to flee and planned to turn themselves in on Saturday. They accused the state prosecutors of "cherry picking" facts to publicly release and the clients were terrified and only wanted time to make arrangements to surrender.

U.S. Marshals take woman into custody.

The couple literally tried to flee the state in some fashion. They took over $4,000 out of an ATM.

They were hiding in a facility in East Detroit and were trying to keep a low profile.

Police chief James White dismissed their claims. "This isn't indicative of yourself  in -- hiding in a warehouse." The couple "were aided in getting into the building," and that a person who helped them may also face charges.

A Detroit business owner spotted the vehicle and a woman near it. He called 9-1-1 and the woman tried to run into the brush. 

They were quickly apprehended and taken into custody by at 1:45am. 

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The shooter already faces at LIFE sentence if convicted. The parents could face LIFE as well if convicted.
