The controversial Florida white nationalist lawmaker is facing more heat. Now the feds are getting close to bringing an indictment against him. 

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) is being accused by numerous women of sex trafficking and child exploitation. 

The staunch supporter of Washed Up 45 is accused of paying a 17-year old girl for sex and having her cross state lines to exploit her. The feds are opening up an investigation into him and his former friend.

This sexual predator named Joel Greenberg has been cooperating with the feds. He is going up the creek for sex trafficking and underage prostitution. He also admitted that Gaetz gave money to the 17-year old on more than one occasion.

The lawmaker allegedly showered the underage girl with gifts, money, rent and partial tuition payments. He also told her to keep her mouth closed when it came to the sex. He gave her money through Venmo and Cash App.

Gaetz begged Washed Up 45 for a pardon. The former president denied he was willing to give a pardon to the embattled lawmaker.

Denying any romantic relationships with minors, Gaetz said on March 30 that he did not plan to resign from the House. On March 31, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said he had no plans to remove Gaetz from his seats on the Judiciary and Armed Services committees, but said he might change his mind if Gaetz "gets indicted" or "if it comes out to be true." On April 1, 2021, CNN reported that Gaetz had shown pictures of naked women to colleagues on the House floor. Allegedly, Gaetz had claimed to have slept with the women in the photos.The next day, his communications director, Luke Ball, and his legislative director, Devin Murphy, resigned. Both had begun working for Gaetz when he joined Congress in 2017.

On April 8, Gaetz's congressional office released a statement purportedly from his female employees vouching for his character, stating they "uniformly reject these allegations as false". Gaetz's new communications director, Joel Valdez, told Forbes "all of the office's eight female staffers signed it", but the version of the statement that was released did not contain anyone's signature and did not otherwise identify any specific employee. In the evening on April 8, Representative Adam Kinzinger tweeted that Gaetz should resign, becoming the first congressional Republican to make such a call. On April 9, the United States House Committee on Ethics opened an investigation into allegations that Gaetz "may have engaged in sexual misconduct and/or illicit drug use, shared inappropriate images or videos on the House floor, misused state identification records, converted campaign funds to personal use, and/or accepted a bribe, improper gratuity, or impermissible gift".

On April 6, 2021, The New York Times reported that in the last weeks of the Trump administration Gaetz privately requested a blanket preemptive presidential pardon, which was denied as bad precedent. By the end of the Trump administration, Greenberg was already under indictment; federal agents had seized the phone of one of Gaetz's former girlfriends in November; Gaetz's own phone was also seized, and he changed his phone number in late December; and investigators had been questioning some Gaetz associates. Gaetz argued in a November 24, 2020, appearance on Fox News that the reason that Trump "should pardon everyone" was that "the radical left" had "bloodlust" to "come after" Republicans. Trump said Gaetz had not asked him for a pardon.

In late April 2021, Gaetz fundraised to run his own political ads, claiming that he was under attack by powerful interests such as "big government, big tech, big business, big media" that perceived him as a political threat.

The downfall of another reality television and far-right agitator. The feds have arrested the eldest son of the North Arkansas family who became a household name. It appears that Josh Duggar is being held in a federal time out after he was arrested for possessing and distributing child pornography.

The charges itself could carry up to 30 years in federal time out and a TIER III in Offender U.

The sexual predator was accused of molesting his young siblings. He was also one of the many prominent names featured in the Ashley Madison hacking scandal.

On Friday, the former 19 Kids and Counting star appeared at a hearing at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas via Zoom. 

The Duggars were cancelled.

He plead not guilty to the two charges going against him. His lawyers are going to argue he was not the recipient of the porn.

"Josh Duggar has been charged in a two-count indictment. He has pled not guilty to both charges and we intend to defend this case aggressively and thoroughly. In this country, no none can stop prosecutors from charging a crime. But when you're accused, you can fight back in the courtroom -- and that is exactly what Josh intends to do," said his attorneys Justin Gelfand, Travis W. Story and Greg Payne.

Duggar allegedly used the internet to download material of child abuse, "some of which depicts the sexual abuse of children under the age of 12, in May 2019."

Duggar, 33 recently announced he and his wife Anna are expecting their seventh child.

Duggar the oldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar has been in the news many times before.

Josh was one of those pearl clutching idiots who tried to push for the transgender kids being banned from school sports.

He was closely associated with Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT), Rep. French Hill (R-AR), Mike Huckabee, Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Washed Up 45.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

I used to go high school with the woman who was convicted of murdering her boyfriend. The woman admits that she killed her boyfriend. She said that she was a victim of sexual abuse and domestic violence.

Nina Davis, 40 is getting out of the Ohio Reformatory for Women and will be free. The Ohio woman murdered her boyfriend Travis Smith in 2016. The court found her guilty of involuntary manslaughter and gun specification. The term would have put her in the iron college for LIFE. Her attorneys and spiritual leaders argued that Nina was a victim and had no choice but to defend herself.

Now it appears Nina is getting early release after serving 5.3 years in the iron college.

Nina struck a deal with the prosecutors which limited her term from 6 to 14 years in the iron college.

Nina was a model intern and didn't cause any havoc while in the iron college. 

Ohio woman shows remorse after shooting boyfriend.

The shooting stemmed after he hit her during an argument in front of their children. While he was in the bathroom, Nina fired a shot through the door and it struck him in the chest. Smith was gravely injured.

Nina would call 9-1-1 and say that she shot him after an argument. She argued that the incident was accidental. The prosecutors said that she could have called the law before taking action into her own hands. She also tried to hide the firearm because Smith owned it illegally.

Nina's early release does come with restrictions. She will have to stay out of trouble, avoid alcohol, drugs and weapons. She will have to find religion. She will have to get an education. She will have to compensate Smith's family and have no contact with anyone in relation to him.

Nina's coming home. A victim of sexual abuse and domestic violence had to stop her attacker. 

Her life changed that night. When she went to the iron college, her children were young. Now getting out, her oldest will be an adult and her youngest are teenagers. 

Given this second chance at redemption, hopefully Nina won't waste that opportunity getting in a romance with a knothead.

British actor and producer Noel Clarke is feeling some heat from the junk food media. He is accused of sexual harassment and abuse by numerous women. It may throw his hit crime drama Bulletproof in limbo.

Clarke has appeared in British, Canadian and American movies and television shows. He is also a screenwriter, producer, comic book writer and commentator.

Clarke, 45 is accused of groping, harassment and bullying over 20 women. The Guardian reported that women came forth accusing the actor and media personality of misconduct. 

One of the accusations is that he filmed a nude audition by actress Jahannah James without her consent and showed it to producer who worked for him. The same producer accused him of exposing his genitals to her in the back of a limousine and groping her in a Lyft the next day. The actress Jing Lusi, claimed that Clarke sexually propositioned and threatened her. Other women accused Clarke of pressuring them to perform sexual acts on screen and grew angry when the refused him. 

Clarke denies the allegations. 

Bulletproof actress Michaela Coel pushed a response to the allegations and said that "it's about time."

"I am here to offer great support for the 20 brave women who have come forward; those who have shared their identities with us, but also those who have preferred to use and alias; the mental hurdles a black woman must overcome to do such a thing as reveal their identity within a narrative of rape abuse or bullying at the hands of someone within our community can sometimes be too much."

She added, "Speaking out about these incidents takes a lot of strength because some call them "grey areas." These are however far from grey. These behaviours are unprofessional, violent and can destroy a person's perception of themselves, their place in the world and their career irreparably. I have shared to show solidarity, to express my belief in them and to stand with them in their indignation. 

"I applaud the Guardian and its journalists for investigating and publishing the story."

Clarke's co-star/co-producer Ashley Walters took to social media to also condemn him. He said that he and Noel are still friends and he believes that he has a right to tell his side. However, he said that he "cannot stand by and ignore the allegations."

"My thoughts are with the women who came forward and told their awful stories, I am in shocked and deeply sadden by what I have heard on a multitude of levels. I could never condone behaviour of this nature neither in nor out of the workplace, and whilst Noel has been a friend and colleague for several years, I cannot standby and ignore these allegations. 

He added, "Seuxal harassment, abuse and bullying have no place in our industry. Every woman has the right to a safe workplace and moving forward I pledge my dedication to this."

The reaction in the United Kingdom and United States is big. The Sky Television Network has put an immediate stop to Bulletproof which means the U.S. distributor ViacomCBS which owns The CW could immediately cancel the series. 

Clarke will also be written out of his second series Viewpoint. 

Last night, BAFTA suspended Clarke's membership and withdrawn his recent Outstanding Contribution to British Cinema Award. 

These allegations are very serious. Again, there are two sides to the story. 

In the wake of the Tara Reade allegations, I will take a neutral stance. I believe the women have a right to tell their story. Clarke has a right to tell his side. However, if the allegations turn out to be true, not only could Clarke be forced out of the industry, he could face criminal charges.

So we'll wait until the facts come out.

By the way, Tara Reade accused President Joe Biden of sexual abuse in the 1990s. Her story immediately came under scrutiny after she couldn't produce the receipts. She claimed that Biden abused in the halls of the U.S. Capitol or in the Senate working offices. I don't know. She claimed she filed a complaint but chickened out. She claims that the junk food media ignored her. 

No they didn't.

The junk food media talked to Biden's former staffers and his former Senate leadership. They said that they never heard or even saw Biden acted inappropriate around women. They said they would remember her if she filed a compliant. She didn't. She didn't report it to the U.S. Capitol Police. She also made some controversial posts on social media. Some of her former friends and acquaintances have said she exploited the Biden name to gain sympathy. She may have lied about her credentials and stole from people who trusted her. She also writes for RT, a media arm of Russian government propaganda. 

At first, I thought it was believable. But the more I heard from her and the constant attacks on those who criticized the allegations, the likelihood of her misleading folks is high. 

So in the cases of Noel Clarke, T.I., Matt Gaetz, Donald J. Trump and numerous others, I will not rush to judgement. The facts will come out before I cast the stones.

I delayed my posting of Slim Language 2 because I was feeling a bit under the weather. No I didn't have COVID-19. However, I did get the Mordona shot back in March and the second one in April.

I've been working a lot these past months and again, Blogger's new interface sucks. It's pretty much been a drag on postings. Google is literally killing its brands. However, I am not going to stop posting on Journal de la Reyna. I am slowing down a bit. We'll still cover issues and talk about the latest things in the country. However, I am tone it down a bit.

He was calling the agitators out for peddling out false and misleading information about Biden's commitment to helping people of color.

Biden issued executive orders on his first days in office. He had issued the Advancing Racial Equality and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government, Ensuring a Lawful and Accurate Enumeration and Apportionment Pursuant to the Decennial Census, Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation, Reforming Our Incarceration System to Eliminate the Use of Privately Operated Criminal Detention Facilities, Condemning and Combating Racism, Xenophobia, and Intolerance Against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States, Tribal Consultation and Strengthening Nation-to-Nation Relationship, and is demanding Congress pass the George Floyd Policing Act. 

Dr. Umar Johnson is a Looney Coon who stole from Blacks.

Biden picked Kamala Harris, a woman of color. She is Black and South Asian. She is the daughter of a Jamaican father and Indian mother. The first woman to be Vice President of the United States.

Biden's promise to work on behalf of African Americans, Asian Americans, Native Americans, Hispanic/Latino Americans and LGBTQ is happening.

Jermaine Shoemake (Umar Johnson) is a shyster activist. He has been making the claims he is a direct descendant of Frederick Douglass. He also is a conspiracy nut. He claims that Barack Obama never did anything for the Black community. Johnson is often quiet when it came to Washed Up 45. Obviously, the divisive nature of Washed Up 45 made Johnson love his rhetoric. Johnson is homophobic, sexist and clout chaser. 

Johnson raised money for the Marcus Garvey/Frederick Douglass Academy. The school isn't built and folks are not happy about wasting their money

The Republican Response was done by Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC). Scott, the only Black Republican senator delivers a hodge podge of deflection and denialism. He also made the ridiculous claim that America isn't a racist country.  He forgotten that white terrorist killed nine people at Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina.

But by the way, I've been called a NIGGER and UNCLE TOM by those on the left.....!

The response is a tool for potential candidates. Scott is floated the idea he may run for president.

After four years of dealing with Washed Up 45, Scott made the claim that Democrats are "pulling us further apart." Given that the white nationalist Republican Party demonized the first Black president. 

The white nationalists and this enabler denied him a third Supreme Court nominee with the bullshit claim the American voter must have a say in their pick. Zoom to four years later, the white nationalists and this enabler rammed through an inexperienced Supreme Court nominee two weeks before the election. They also had the audacity to claim that the Democrats want to pack the courts after denying over 100 nominees under the first Black president. The Republican leader in the Senate said his goal was to make him a one term president. 

Washed Up 45 unfortunately became the latest president in modern history to join the one term club.

Scott made the claim the he won't waste Americans time with finger-pointing or partisan bickering.

However, Scott made some ridiculous claims that the Democrats are "socialists." He claim that the Georgia voting laws passed this year are better than the New York voting laws. 

He flat out denied racism exists. He said that Democrats rejected his proposal in the last session. 

He claims that the president is using tax dollars to fund abortions.

Scott credited Washed Up 45 for the vaccine rollout. From what I remember, Washed Up 45 had nothing to do with Pfizer or Mordona. He was pushing hydroxyquinoline and telling Americans to inject disinfectants and bleach to fight the coronavirus. Washed Up 45 blundered his greatest test as president. Had he acted early and took the threat seriously, he would have been reelected. 

Over 600,000 Americans are dead from the coronavirus.

Operation Warp Speed was 10 months too late and thousands of dead bodies later.

The Republican Party often uses tokenism as an excuse to deny their party caters to white nationalism.

Scott's remarks fell flat. It will not be rememberable. It will be another mark on history as a tepid speech. Scott offered no counter proposals to Biden's agenda. He just basically threw shit to the wall hoping it will stick.

When the Republican Party nominates a person of color to be their nominee for President of the United States, they need to shut the fuck up. The white nationalist Republican Party can fuck off.

The Democratic Party nominated twice the first Black man to be their nominee. The American people voted twice for Barack H. Obama II. 

Barack Obama is the first African American, born of a Black Kenyan father and American white mother to be the President of the United States. He was the 44th President of the United States.

The Democratic Party nominated Joseph R. Biden II and his running mate Kamala D. Harris. Biden lives in Wilmington, Delaware. He was Obama's former vice president.

Harris is the first woman of color to be the Vice President of the United States. 

She is half-Black and half-South Asian. She is the first woman to be on a ticket to be nominated and elected as the 49th Vice President of the United States.

While not a State of the Union, the President of the United States does a Joint Session of Congress.The House Speaker invites the president to speak to the chamber of Congress. The House members and Senators, federal officials and members of the Supreme Court gather in the House Chamber to hear the president. Usually a member of the Congress invites a person to the event. The president and first lady will also address the guest in the audience as well. This is a basic televised speech where the president talks to the American people about an agenda with the sense of urgency. It is basically a plea to the Congress to work on behalf the common good. Usually after a presidential speech, there is the opposition's rebuttal.

The rebuttal will showcase a lawmaker or a person in the news delivering a counter proposal or a direct attack on the president's agenda. It showcases the potential challengers going into a presidential election year.

The 46th President of the United States, Joseph R. Biden, Jr. will deliver his first televised speech. It will be a historical first. He will have two women in the background. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Vice President Kamala Harris, a former California senator will be in the background. 

Pelosi was famous for the reaction to the "You Lie" moment with Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) during Barack Obama's first Joint Session of Congress. She also was caught on camera tearing up the entire speech of Donald J. Trump's last State of The Union Address.

Tonight, due to COVID-19, the speech will not have a large gathering of members. Likely Republican members will not attend the event. They are protesting the speech due to the border issues and Biden's proposals to infrastructure, taxes and his agenda.

The president will be introduced and he will be cheered by the Congress. As he heads to the podium, the president will hand the speaker and vice president his speech. He will read off his agenda.

Since January 6, 2021, the country is deeply divided. Biden's predecessor left a heavy mess on the country. He has continued to push the lies that the election was stolen. He continues to push misinformation about Biden's health and mental fitness. His allies on Fox News and within the Republican Party continue to find outrage with "cancel culture" and things to "own the libs."

Biden goes through his first 100 days with 53% job approval.

The U.S. Justice Department conducted a federal watch of a handful of associates tied to Washed Up 45. It appears the FBI is now zeroing in on a former federal prosecutor turned former New York City mayor.

Rudy Giuliani has been under federal watch for years. The former lawyer for Washed Up 45 has been in heavy contact with people who may have ties to the Kremlin. He has openly bragged about meeting an agent of the Kremlin. 

Let's also not that Giuliani also faced heat for a "sting" operation. He was trying to undress himself around actress Maria Bakalova. Bakalova portrayed herself as a 15 year old girl in the Borat sequel. 

The feds raided Giuliani’s Manhattan home and office Wednesday, seizing computers and cellphones in a major escalation of the Justice Department’s investigation into the business dealings of former Washed Up 45's personal lawyer.

Giuliani, the 76-year-old former New York City mayor once celebrated for his leadership after 9/11, has been under federal scrutiny for several years over his ties to Ukraine. The dual searches sent the strongest signal yet that he could eventually face federal charges.

Agents searched Giuliani’s Madison Avenue apartment and Park Avenue office, people familiar with the investigation told The Associated Press. The warrants, which required approval from the top levels of the Justice Department, signify that prosecutors believe they have probable cause that Giuliani committed a federal crime — though they do not guarantee that charges will materialize.

A third search warrant was served on a phone belonging to Washington lawyer Victoria Toensing, a former federal prosecutor and close ally of Giuliani and Washed Up 45. Her law firm issued a statement saying she was informed that she is not a target of the investigation.

The full scope of the investigation is unclear, but it at least partly involves Giuliani’s dealings in Ukraine, law enforcement officials have told the AP.

The people discussing the searches and Wednesday’s developments could not do so publicly and spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity. News of the search was first reported by The New York Times.

In a statement issued through his lawyer, Giuliani accused federal authorities of a “corrupt double standard,” invoking allegations he’s pushed against prominent Democrats, and said that the Justice Department was “running rough shod over the constitutional rights of anyone involved in, or legally defending, former President Donald J. Trump.”

“Mr. Giuliani respects the law, and he can demonstrate that his conduct as a lawyer and a citizen was absolutely legal and ethical,” the statement said.

Giuliani’s son, Andrew Giuliani, told reporters the raids were “disgusting” and “absolutely absurd.”

A Justice Department spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The U.S. Attorney’s office in Manhattan and the FBI’s New York office declined to comment.

The federal probe into Giuliani’s Ukraine dealings stalled last year because of a dispute over investigative tactics as Washed Up 45 unsuccessfully sought a second term. Giuliani subsequently took on a leading role in disputing the election results on the Republican’s behalf.

Wednesday’s raids came months after Washed Up 45 left office and lost his ability to pardon allies for federal crimes. The former president himself no longer enjoys the legal protections the Oval Office once provided him — though there is no indication Washed Up 45 is eyed in this probe.

Washed Up 45’s spokesman did not immediate respond to questions about Wednesday’s events.

Many people in Washed Up 45’s orbit have been ensnared in previous federal investigations, namely special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe of Russian election interference. But most of those criminal cases either fizzled or fell apart. Giuliani’s is different.

Giuliani was central to the then-president’s efforts to dig up dirt against Democratic rival Joe Biden and to press Ukraine for an investigation into Biden and his son, Hunter — who himself now faces a criminal tax probe by the Justice Department.

Giuliani also sought to undermine former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, who was pushed out on Washed Up 45’s orders, and met several times with a Ukrainian lawmaker who released edited recordings of Biden in an effort to smear him before the election.

Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello, said the warrants involved an allegation that Giuliani failed to register as a foreign agent and that investigative documents mentioned John Solomon, a former columnist and frequent Fox News commentator with close ties to Giuliani, who pushed baseless or unsubstantiated allegations involving Ukraine and Biden during the 2020 election.

Phone records published by House Democrats in 2019 in the wake of Washed Up 45’s first impeachment trial showed frequent contacts involving Giuliani, Solomon and Lev Parnas, a Giuliani associate who is under indictment on charges of using foreign money to make illegal campaign contributions.

Contacted Wednesday, Solomon said it was news to him that the Justice Department was interested in any communications he had with Giuliani, though he said it was not entirely surprising given the issues raised in the impeachment trial.

“He was someone that tried to pass information to me. I didn’t use most of it,” Solomon said of Giuliani. “If they want to look at that, there’s not going to be anything surprising in it.”

Everything was sitting “in plain view,” Solomon said. He said he believed his reporting had “stood the test of time” and maintained that he was “unaware of a single factual error” in any of his stories.

Solomon’s former employer, The Hill newspaper, published a review last year of some of his columns and determined they were lacking in context and missing key disclosures. Solomon previously worked for The Associated Press, departing the news organization in 2006.

The federal Foreign Agents Registration Act requires people who lobby on behalf of a foreign government or entity to register with the Justice Department. The once-obscure law, aimed at improving transparency, has received a burst of attention in recent years — particularly during Mueller’s probe, which revealed an array of foreign influence operations in the U.S.

Federal prosecutors in the Manhattan office Giuliani himself once led — springing to prominence in the 1980s with high-profile prosecutions of Mafia figures — had pushed last year for a search warrant for records. Those included some of Giuliani’s communications, but officials in the Trump-era Justice Department would not sign off on the request, according to multiple people who insisted on anonymity to speak about the ongoing investigation with which they were familiar.

Officials in the then-deputy attorney general’s office raised concerns about both the scope of the request, which they thought would contain communications that could be covered by legal privilege between Giuliani and Washed Up 45, and the method of obtaining the records, three of the people said.

The issue was widely expected to be revisited by the Justice Department once Attorney General Merrick Garland assumed office, given the need for the department’s upper echelons to sign off on warrants served on lawyers. Garland was confirmed last month, and Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco was confirmed to her position and sworn in last week.
