There should be accountability for last week's attack on the U.S. Capitol. I strongly believe that Fox News, Newsmax, OANN and social media have played a role in the deadly riots in which five people died.

Fox News and its lineup of far-right extremists advocated and promoted the baseless claims that the U.S. presidential elections were stolen from former president Donald J. Trump.

The idiot riled up his supporters to storm the capitol.

Many of these individuals destroyed Congressional offices and had plotted to kidnap or execute federal lawmakers.

Since the election, Fox News has been bleeding ratings. The far-right network has been promising that Trump would win his reelection. The network and its sister network Fox Business have promote Trumpism throughout his four years.

Sean "Softball" Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Fox & Friends, Lou Dobbs, Steve Hilton, Maria Bartiromo, Laura Ingraham. Mark Levin and The Five are responsible for the chaos.

They churned up the white nationalist rhetoric and enabled Trump supporters.

It appears that Rupert Murdoch is coming back the states to take back control of his network.

Suzanne Scott's job on the line.

Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott and president Jay Wallace are in the crosshairs of the Fox Corporation. The Australian-American media mogul is primarily the reason to why the news has went to the gutter.

Conservatives appear to turn on Fox News as well. After the network accurately called Arizona for Joe Biden, the viewers quickly turned on the network. Even Trump called the network to order them to withhold their call. Fox News refused to do so and it led to a biter fallout between the former president and his once beloved network.`

With ratings in free fall and viewers turning to Newsmax and OANN for their viewing, Murdoch is trying to bring Fox News from the brink of collapse. The network has been trailing its main competitors CNN and MSNBC.

In the wake of the U.S. Capitol chaos, CNN led the key demos and won nightly in primetime.

MSNBC's appointment of Joy Reid to the 7pm spot destroyed Martha MacCallum's primetime spot. Now she will be demoted to the afternoon spots and the network is preparing for another opinion show with another far-right agitator.

With CNN and MSNBC diversifying its lineup and hiring people of color to run the network, Fox News is still struggling to pull in people of color.

Fox News is yellow journalism on steroids. It is nothing more than propaganda for the Republican Party as well as the legacies of Donald J. Trump and George W. Bush.

Jay Wallace could be out too.

With President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in charge, we're going to expect Fox News to inflame tensions. We're going to expect the network pretend that the last weeks of Trump's presidency were some of the best years.

Murdoch's return to Fox News is basically a clean up strategy. The 90-year old media mogul and far-right extremist launched Fox News in 1996 with the late Roger Ailes.

Ailes was fired out the cannon in 2016 after sexual abuse allegations surfaced. The network's biggest star Bill O'Reilly was soon fired out the cannon for sexual abuse allegations in 2017.

The network continues to still have allegations of misconduct.

Murdoch's goal now is to bring order to the network and it could mean the firing of Scott and Wallace who took control of the network in 2016.

Fox's goal was to be a balance to the news which leaned to the left. The network shortly became the No. 1 when George W. Bush became the President of the United States. Since then, Fox News remained the top cable news channel. It profited well during the years.

It propped up Bush and Trump while demonizing Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and now Joe Biden.

It is dubbed Republican propaganda and Trump TV.
