Lil Wayne Faces A Dime!

Lil Wayne faces the music. He could have 10 years in federal time for that shiny gold gun.

HER NAME IS BREONNA TAYLOR!

BLOGGER IS TRASH!

The 38-year old entertainer is facing 10 in federal time out for that gold-plated firearm.

Better ask President Donald J. Trump for that pardon …. It’s gonna cost him some money!

Back in October, Lil Wayne announced his support for the outgoing president during the elections.

The entertainer had been charged with criminal possession of a firearm and ammunition as a prior. Having weapons under disability charge is a federal sandwich since he was an intern in the state of New York. Someone tipped the feds to a private plane with marijuana, cocaine, purple drank and that shiny gold-plated, .45 caliber handgun in a Louis Vuitton bookbag.

Known legally as Dwayne Michael Carter, the rapper went to Miami federal court to enter a plea guilty to the criminal charges. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida confirms that the entertainer has a lengthy bid for his guilty plea.

The entertainer was arrested in December 2019 when he arrived on flight from California at the Opa Locka Executive Airport. Officers spoke with the entertainer. He admitted that he had illegal narcotics and a firearm in his bag.

He also released his mixtape No Ceilings 3. I won’t cover the album. But you can listen to it here.

The lawyers for him said he never used the firearm.

“The charge is that because he was convicted of a felony in the past, he is prohibited from possessing a firearm,” attorney Howard Srebnick said.

He will be served on January 28, 2021.

“The federal sentencing guidelines call for substantially lower and I would not look at the maximum exposure to decide anyone’s sentence and all the facts need to be thoroughly reviewed,” sailed Ronald Richards, another attorney for the entertainer.

The entertainer pleaded guilty in October 2009 to a felony gun charge as part of a deal with the New York prosecutors. The charges stemmed from his arrest in 2007 outside of New York City’s Beacon Theater in which a .40 caliber pistol was found on his tour bus.

Under federal law, convicted felons are banned from possessing firearms.

Wheezy had served eight months of his year in the iron college. Now this could be 10 years in the federal time out. He better hope that Trump will do a pardon before he’s out on January 20th, 2021.
