Tensions In Chi!

The city of Chicago continues to have gun violence. The police and armed individuals are shooting at one another.

Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Illinois governor J.B. Pritzker and mayor Lori Lightfoot are aware of the tension in America's third largest city, Chicago.

Chicago has seen over 500 people killed by gun violence. There has to be over 20,000 shootings this year in the city alone.

Lightfoot has said that Trump can help by signing legislation to curb gun violence. Trump has signed off an order for federal agents to come to Chicago, Baltimore, New York, Portland, Kansas City and Washington, DC.

The city has been the scapegoat of the Trump culture war. The presidential reelection campaign is running on the great culture war against Democratic presumptive nominee Joe Biden. Trump as well as his far-right allies are desperate to win this reelection.

They have used Chicago-based entertainer and presidential candidate Kanye West. The troubled entertainer has opened himself to a federal probe after a Republican operative dropped off ballots in Wisconsin that may contained forgeries. West, 43 openly admitted that he is trying to help Trump win reelection by getting fans to vote for him instead of Biden. Idiot entertainers Tauheed Epps (aka 2 Chainz "Tity Boi") and Nick Cannon have said they'll endorse a Kanye West presidency.

They have used the tactics of leftists. The leftist agitators Jeffery Shaun King, Nina Turner, Katie Halper, Ryan Grim, The Young Turks, Krystal Ball, Cornel West and Kyle Kulinski are creating tension. They are trying to sabotage Biden with rumors and allegations. They tried it with the Tara Reade accusations and failed. Now they're running on fumes and baseless 30 second clips.

They have tried with the "Biden in the basement" nonsense. Fox News caught Biden bicycling in Delaware and appearing to be in good health. The far-right and leftists are pretend doctors who claim that Biden has cognitive disorder or mild dementia. Biden admits he has a stuttering problem and has trouble trying to clarify words but no other health issues that are concerning.

They are trying to smear Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL), Rep. Val Demings (D-FL), Stacey Abrams and Susan Rice. These women of color are considered finalists in Biden's running mate challenge. The former vice president who was picked by Barack Obama has been pressured to pick a woman of color. The leftists want that "half-a-bowl of shit" Nina Turner as the running mate. If not her, they want Rep. Karen Bass (D-CA). They far-right have criticized her support for Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan and her trip to Cuba.

Harris and Demings were lawyers before they were involved in law enforcement. Harris was a former California Attorney General. She is being dogged by the leftists because of her duties of enforcing criminal penalties for felons. Demings is being dogged about her days as Orlando Police Chief and the handling of cases under her tenure.

Abrams is being caricatured on white nationalist websites. She is being hammered for her previous stances while being a state lawmaker in Georgia. Rice will be relentless dogged over Benghazi. The September 11, 2012 embassy attack got more attention than George W. Bush's failure on September 11, 2001. The far-right will relentlessly ignore the COVID-19 pandemic killing over 200,000 Americans for the four Americans who died in a militant attack on a U.S. barracks in Libya. A place that the far-right can't even point out on a map.

And of course, Chicago is the new anchor Trump will hang on Biden's neck.

Lightfoot is being hammered for her handling of gun violence.

The city of Chicago and Portland, Oregon have seen unrest since the George Floyd tragedy. Many protesters are calling for the dismantling of military style policing (the so-called "defund the police" movement).

Lightfoot had just concluded her presser and the city is on high alert. The city has ordered drawbridges at the Chicago River and issued a mandatory curfew for residents. They also announced that more than 100 people were arrested for rioting and disturbing the peace. The city is asking for the state to charge those involved with felonies.

Chicago Police once again face scrutiny. A man was allegedly carrying a gun was shot by the law.

It led to hundreds of peoples who swept the Magnificent Mile (North Michigan Avenue).

Along with Police Superintendent David Brown, Lightfoot condemned the actions of those who destroyed property and injured 13 officers trying to disperse the crowds.

Unrest in Chicago continues.

"This wasn't an organized protest, it was an incident of pure criminality," said Brown. "Criminals took to streets with confidence that there would be no consequences for their actions. I refuse to let these cowardly acts hold our city hostage."

Lightfoot added:

"We are waking up in shock this morning," she said. "This had nothing to do with protected First Amendment expression...This was abject criminal behavior... This is straight up felony criminal conduct."

NBC News reports that the shooting happened on Sunday when the police responded to a call of a person with a gun in Chicago's 7th District, according to the Chicago Police. Officers said they tried to confront a man who matched the description of the person with the gun when police say the suspect fled and fired a gun towards officers during a foot chase.

The officers fired at the man, striking him, according to the police, who said his firearm was recovered at the scene. The man, who police said was a 20-year old with previous arrest for burglary, child endangerment and domestic battery was taken to a local hospital where his condition is unknown.

Three officers were placed in the freezer pending an investigation into use of force being justified.

Brown said "tempers flared, fueled by misinformation" about the shooting. Police said that social media posts encouraging looting weren't from Chicago residents. However, the news spread and folks came to the city and reports of a mob scene began shortly after midnight.

Some of the officers sustained injuries. One sergeant got hit with a bottle and another officer got a broken nose. The injuries weren't non-lethal.

Those involved could face up to ten years in the iron college in Illinois. The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of a law.

Everyday at least 103 people die from gun violence. I can't even tell you how many stories I've missed involving gun violence in the country.

The month of July had some of the worst incidents of gun violence.

EVEN AN UNARMED BLACK MAN JUST REACHING FOR A WALLET OR A DOOR HANDLE COULD BE KILLED BY THE COPS. NOW A BLACK MAN FLEEING AN ARRESTING OFFICER COULD BE KILLED. WHETHER THEY'RE IN THEIR VEHICLE OR RUNNING FROM THEM. THE COPS WILL SHOOT THE BLACK MAN.

THE POLICE AND JUNK FOOD MEDIA TRY TO MAKE THE VICTIM, "THE BAD GUY" BY BRINGING UP HIS PAST HISTORY, HIS SOCIAL MEDIA OR HIS FAMILY LIFE. 

MANY WHITES (IN LARGE GROUPS) HAVE FIREARMS IN FRONT OF POLICE AND THEY NEVER GET SHOT OR KILLED. WHY AREN'T THEY AFRAID OF THEM?

WHENEVER SOMEONE COMPLAINS ABOUT THE LACK OF BLACK FATHERS, I CONTINUE TO DENOUNCE THIS BULLSHIT. I OFTEN REMIND THEM THAT THE POLICE KILL BLACK FATHERS. THE POLICE LEAVE CHILDREN OF COLOR WITHOUT A BLACK FATHER. AND NO AMOUNT OF MONEY COULD BRING THE PEACE AND TRANQUILITY TO THE FAMILIES OF THOSE KILLED BY THE COPS.

We have unrest in the nation. African Americans and Native Americans had enough of the status quo in politics, religion, entertainment and law. The need to change started on May 25, 2020 when a cop placed his knee on the neck of an American citizen. He screamed, "I can't breathe...." and cried for his "mama."

Trump wants to call himself a "law and order" president. He has ordered federal agents into Chicago and other large municipalities.

No amount of criminal acts this man done justified that cop's actions. It's has frustrated me to hear folks like Candace Owens, Larry Elder, Leo Terrell, Jesse Lee Peterson, Terrence K. Williams, Kevin Jackson, Diamond & Silk and Allen West defend the actions of bad cops and white vigilantes.

I don't give a fuck about someone's past encounters with police. That doesn't justify the death of anyone.

The status quo of the gun culture. Now is not the time to talk about gun violence!

If there were more security guards and more civilians (aka the good guy) with a gun.......

They learn how to use firearms from watching (or listening) to gangsta rap.

They watch violent movies.

They don't have fathers or mothers in their lives and it results in them committing criminal acts.

Moments of silence, street memorials, naming of public places, saying "Your heart goes out to...," lowering of flags and hashtags are platitudes. They are a huge waste of time. It's a man-made crisis created by a lazy ass government. They are enabling this. Donald J. Trump, Congress and the National Rifle Association are a bunch of lily-livered cowards. They are numb to gun violence.

The "good guy" with a firearm is the most dangerous person to have a firearm. Matter of fact, the NICE GUYS are often the ones who are spurned by society. Bad relationships, losing your job, jealousy over promotions, family feuds and racism are typical NICE GUY issues.

NICE GUYS ARE THE MOST DANGEROUS INDIVIDUALS WITH A FIREARM.

THE NICE GUY GETS SPURNED BY SOCIETY. THEY TAKE REVENGE ON SOCIETY.

RESTRAINING ORDERS ARE JUST A PIECE OF PAPER. THEY WILL NOT (I REPEAT) STOP A "MAD" INDIVIDUAL FROM OBTAINING A FIREARM.

Don't you just want to scream!?

Scream in the faces of these damn lawmakers whenever they offer their "thoughts and prayers" to every fucking mass shooting in the United States. They will offer their condolences and say a word vomit how they sympathize with the deceased. Some here will tell us that "now isn't the time to talk." Others will say that "the NRA has too much influence on gun laws."

We will talk about this for a few days and then we're off to another controversy. The next controversy would either be something done by Trump, a politician, an entertainer or we will experience another mass shooting. The next mass shooting will be even worse than the last one.

I repeat myself over and over again! I use the same old copy and paste. I hear the same trolls saying that there's nothing we can do. I keep hearing "concern" trolls telling us that it's their own fault for their own deaths. I hear the same old talking points about "good guys with guns" and "god's given rights."

Every time these folks offer "thoughts and prayers," "their condolences," "their hearts going out to," and "their apologies," they are not sincere. For every naming of a road, park, bench, building and holiday, it won't matter to the community. For every time they lower flags, offer moments of silence and candlelight vigils, we just offer "feel good-isms."

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence.

We have mass shootings in the United States everyday. We are the only country in the world that continues to do nothing about this. Donald J. Trump, Congress, the National Rifle Association and agitators in the junk food media have moved on from dealing with this. They're too busy sniping over partisan blame games. With Trump being impeached while in office, he's unlikely to focus on gun violence.

Trump and lawmakers elected to federal office made politics extremely toxic. It's not just the fault of our dear leader and lawmakers, but relentless agitators on the 24/7 cable news channels. They are profiting off division and divisiveness. The internet is also a problem. It's is a breeding ground for potential mass shooters. Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media outlets have been "ground zero" for disinformation, partisan threats and social activism. Incels and social outcasts find their outlets on sites that inspire them to cause harm to their fellow human beings.

It never happens in your community.......! Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. A mass shooting will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how "guns save lives." They don't. The only thing that survives a gun shooting is the gun.

FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP!

We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.
