Gun Violence Never Takes A Break!

Gun violence is a major problem in the United States. Trump ain't stopping it.
We have so much shit going on in the United States. We have an incompetent president named Donald J. Trump, Sr. He is the 45th President of the United States. He is hoping to secure a second term despite the huge mess we're in.

With his presidency in jeopardy, Trump is hoping to capitalize off the "Great Culture War" to win a second term.

We have a global pandemic. The COVID-19 disease has killed over 150,000 Americans. There are over 5 million confirmed cases in the United States. We are the leading country for human-to-human transfer. The European Union, Canada and even Mexico are banning Americans from entry.

We have unrest in the country. After numerous incident of people of color being killed by police, the calls for police reform are growing. Seeing white people calling the law on people of color and using deadly violence against people of color has opened wounds. The term "Karen" has become symbolic with white people doing three things:

A. Calling the law on Black people minding their business.
B. Pulling a firearm or shooting an unarmed Black person while claiming self-defense.
C. Responding on social media or denouncing movements in racial angst.

Then we have protest to tear down statues of controversial figures like Christopher Columbus, Robert E. Lee, Jefferson Davis and Andrew Jackson. Trump has vowed to protect these statues.

Then of course, unemployment is high. With the coronavirus, the trade war between China and uncertainty with the stock market, folks are losing their jobs. We are seeing legendary companies go out of business in the age of Trump. We have 11.4% unemployment. We have over 40 million people of work. The entertainment industry and many in the service industry took a hit.

And of course the number one threat in the country, gun violence.

The Fourth of July weekend was bloody in Chicago, Memphis, Omaha, Cleveland and New York City.

Chicago, there were 30 people shot and eight of them were fatal.

There were 37 people shot in New York City and four of them were fatal.

There were incidents all across the country. There were five shootings in Seattle's CHOP zone.

There was a shooting at a Walmart distribution center in Red Bluff, California.

There was a mass shooting in South Carolina at a nightclub. Reminder, no social distancing in the facility.
Gun violence claims over 100 lives a day.
There were a handful of domestic violence events in the United States where a person shot and killed their partner/spouse or their children.

There were a handful of incidents where children were killed by firearms. I've heard stories about children finding firearms and playing with them killing either themselves or another child.

I wish I could have covered these stories. I mean they were everywhere. But since the COVID-19 crisis and unrest in the country thanks to the death of George Floyd, we have put the main issues to the backburner.

Trump has been slow on fixing gun violence.

The websites Everytown, Gun Violence Archive, Mass Shooting Tracker has been covering every shooting in the United States.

Here's a map.
Gun violence is everywhere. But it's mostly in east of the Mississippi River.

Every day, 100 Americans are killed with guns and hundreds more are shot and injured. The effects of gun violence extend far beyond these casualties—gun violence shapes the lives of millions of Americans who witness it, know someone who was shot, or live in fear of the next shooting.

We have a global pandemic that is killing 150,000 Americans. The coronavirus deaths are still happening and folks are not social distancing. We have an economic recession. With the coronavirus spreading from coast to coast, many companies are closing up for good and placing Americans out of work. They are over 45 million Americans out of work. There are thousands of Americans who are being killed by gun violence. Everyday at least 95 people died from gun violence. I can't even tell you how many stories I've missed involving gun violence in the country.

WHEN COPS SEE A BLACK MAN WITH A FIREARM REGARDLESS OF IT BEING LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, THEY AUTOMATICALLY SHOOT THE BLACK MAN. EVEN AN UNARMED BLACK MAN JUST REACHING FOR A WALLET OR A DOOR HANDLE COULD BE KILLED BY THE COPS. NOW A BLACK MAN FLEEING AN ARRESTING OFFICER COULD BE KILLED. WHETHER THEY'RE IN THEIR VEHICLE OR RUNNING FROM THEM. THE COPS WILL SHOOT THE BLACK MAN.

THE POLICE AND JUNK FOOD MEDIA TRY TO MAKE THE VICTIM, "THE BAD GUY" BY BRINGING UP HIS PAST HISTORY, HIS SOCIAL MEDIA OR HIS FAMILY LIFE.

MANY WHITES (IN LARGE GROUPS) HAVE FIREARMS IN FRONT OF POLICE AND THEY NEVER GET SHOT OR KILLED. WHY AREN'T THEY AFRAID OF THEM?

WHENEVER SOMEONE COMPLAINS ABOUT THE LACK OF BLACK FATHERS, I CONTINUE TO DENOUNCE THIS BULLSHIT. I OFTEN REMIND THEM THAT THE POLICE KILL BLACK FATHERS. THE POLICE LEAVE CHILDREN OF COLOR WITHOUT A BLACK FATHER. AND NO AMOUNT OF MONEY COULD BRING THE PEACE AND TRANQUILITY TO THE FAMILIES OF THOSE KILLED BY THE COPS.

We have unrest in the nation. African Americans and Native Americans had enough of the status quo in politics, religion, entertainment and the law. The need to change started on May 25, 2020 when a cop placed his knee on the neck of an American citizen. He screamed, "I can't breathe...." and cried for his "mama."

No amount of criminal acts this man done justified that cop's actions. It's has frustrated me to hear folks like Candace Owens, Larry Elder, Leo Terrell, Jesse Lee Peterson, Terrence K. Williams, Kevin Jackson, Diamond & Silk and Allen West defend the actions of bad cops and white vigilantes.

And of course, leftists like Cornel West, Nina Turner, Jeffery Shaun King, Benjamin Dixon and Killer Mike. These coons are trying to infiltrate the debate with "pie in the sky" policies from a failed presidential candidate. They are deliberately sabotaging the Democratic Party's chances of winning the election. Black voters picked their nominee and these coons are trying to sow discourse to white progressives and young voters.

I don't give a fuck about someone's past encounters with police. That doesn't justify the death of anyone.

Moments of silence, street memorials, naming of public places, saying "Your heart goes out to...," lowering of flags and hashtags are platitudes. They are a huge waste of time. It's a man-made crisis created by a lazy ass government. They are enabling this. Donald J. Trump, Congress and the National Rifle Association are a bunch of lily-livered cowards. They are numb to gun violence.

Trump and lawmakers elected to federal office made politics extremely toxic. It's not just the fault of our dear leader and lawmakers, but relentless agitators on the 24/7 cable news channels. They are profiting off division and divisiveness. The internet is also a problem. It's is a breeding ground for potential mass shooters. Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media outlets have been "ground zero" for disinformation, partisan threats and social activism. Incels and social outcasts find their outlets on sites that inspire them to cause harm to their fellow human beings.

It never happens in your community.......! Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. A mass shooting will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how "guns save lives." They don't. The only thing that survives a gun shooting is the gun.

FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP!

I DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING ON THE INTERNET OR THE COP'S VERSION.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

THERE IS NO GOD!

GOD IS NOT FIXING THIS!

We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.
