Hurricane Chris Served For Murder!

One hit wonder rapper faces murder charges.

Christopher Dooley, Jr. known professionally as Hurricane Chris is being charged with second-degree murder in Louisiana. The Shreveport-based entertainer just got a cash out on $500,000.

According to the XXL, the rapper was in possession of stolen items as well. The dispute happened at a Texaco gas station.

The 31 year old entertainer, told the law he shot a man because he thought he was trying to steal his vehicle. Officers are investigating the incident. The video footage obtained from the gas station shows that the rapper didn't use deadly force in self defense.

Law enforcement says the vehicle in question was stolen from Texas.

The man the entertainer shot was taken to a local hospital and died shortly after.

The entertainer came to fame with his trap single, "Ay Bay Bay" which came off his debut album 51/50 Ratchet. He also had a song called "Hallie Berry (She's Fine).

The victim is said to have entered the gas station and made a purchase. He is believed to have observed a silver Mercedes parked by the front entrance of the gas station and then approached the vehicle.

"The victim opened the front driver door when he was confronted by the accused," the arrest reports stated.

It continued by stating that the victim and the accused had a verbal conversation. The victim was standing in one place.

After several minutes, the suspect allegedly fired shots at the victim. The entertainer did not attempt to render aid to the victim or call emergency services and was "observed pacing back and forth for several minutes," while the victim was lying on the ground.

Once the Shreveport Police arrived to the scene, the suspect advised them that he shot the victim after a physical confrontation.

With second-degree murder charges in Louisiana, the suspect is facing 40 to LIFE and possibly the DEATH card in the state.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
