Gucci Mane and Future squashed their beef. The two were quietly feuding over the release of a mixtape.

The junk food media just found out that Gucci Mane and Future were feuding for over four years.

The two had just squashed their feud this month.

It started back when Gucci Mane got out of federal time out. He was thirsty for music to be released. He called up Future and asked if he could work on a collaboration follow up to their wildly successful mixtape Free Bricks.

So in September 2016, the pair released Free Bricks 2: Zone 6 Edition on DatPiff for free. Apparently, Future was pretty pissed that he didn't get the mixtape released through APPLE, which Future has a contractual music agreement with. Most music is being streamed through Spotify, Tidal, APPLE Music and Pandora with royalties fees going to the artist.

Future released What A Time To Be Alive with Drake the past year through APPLE.

Gucci Mane and Future had a fallout soon after that.

The mixtape had production for Zaytoven, Southside Sizzle, London on Da Track and Metro Boomin'.

A week later, he released the "1017 vs. The World" mixtape with Lil Uzi Vert.

On a podcast, Gucci Mane admits that he was feuding the rapper over the issue.

Gucci Mane appeared on Big Bank and DJ Scream's podcast Big Facts where he addressed his phone call with Future. He said that the two reconciled their differences after he admitted he was in the wrong for dropping the mixtape without his approval.

He also addressed his feud with Waka Flocka Flame. He also said he will never work with Clifford "T.I." Harris, Jeezy or anyone who "hides" behind Jay-Z.

The 40-year old rapper is the most consistent rapper in modern history.

Gucci Mane has released 13 studio albums and over 71 mixtapes throughout his career. In 2007, he founded his own label, 1017 Records. He has worked with artists such as Drake, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Selena Gomez, Mariah Carey and Marilyn Manson. His prolific mixtape releases and long-standing presence as a trap music innovator in the Atlanta music scene has established him as a major influence on younger Atlanta rappers like Young Thug, Migos, Rich Homie Quan, 21 Savage and Lil Yachty, and he has been called an "avatar of East Atlanta," and "the most influential underground rapper of the past decade"

Gucci Mane escaped a LIFE term in the iron college back in the 2000s. He was attacked by a group of men at a house in Decatur, Georgia. Gucci Mane and his companions shot at the group, killing one.

The attacker, Pookie Loc, was found later behind a nearby middle school. The rapper turned himself in to police investigators on and was subsequently charged with murder. He claimed that the shots fired by him and his party were in self-defense.

The DeKalb County district attorney's office dropped the murder charge in 2006 due to insufficient evidence.

Gucci Mane (born Radric Davis) is a rapper, songwriter, actor, media personality and convicted felon.

He also goes by the names Guwop, Mr. So Icey, Mr. Zone 6, East Atlanta Santa and LaFlare.

Future (born Nayvadius Wilburn) is a rapper, singer, songwriter, producer, media personality and media mogul. He is the father of at least nine children (of them nine, two are disputed). My second cousin had a child with the entertainer.

He also goes by the names Pluto, Future Hendrix, Meathead and Ca$h.
