Biden Accuser Heads To The Law!

Biden accuser files a criminal complaint.
A kind reminder to those who supported Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and his bid for president.

Sanders failed to build a coalition of supporters. Sanders counted on a large field still in the race and a plurality of delegates. He attacked the top-tier candidates and allowed his supporters and surrogates to create whisper campaigns against them. He only managed to win a handful of a states in the primary. His supporters attacked progressive allies and pushed conspiracies similar to how they've done Hillary Clinton.

It's a frustrating dealing with Sanders supporters. They are insufferable assholes and one of the key reasons to why Biden won the primaries. Folks were turned off to that nonsense. The Democratic Party won back the House of Representatives and are close to winning back the Senate. They are banking on a united front to stop Donald J. Trump and Republicans.

Alexandra Tara Reade is the woman who accused former vice president Joe Biden of sexual abuse is back in the news again. The accuser files a formal complain in Washington, DC.

Social media is trending with the hashtag, "Former Biden" and "#ImNotVotingForJoe" and "#JoeBidenDementia."

Donald J. Trump, his son, Donald Trump, Jr. the Russian Federation and the Bernie Bros are amplifying this for the purpose of sowing discourse within the Democratic Party and to eventually weaken Biden.

Reade accused Biden of sexual assault in 1993 when he was then a U.S. Senator from Delaware.

Reade said Biden shoved his hand under her skirt and penetrated her with is fingers while they stood in a senate corridor. The Biden Campaign denied the allegations.

The complaint was filed with The DC Metro Police, not the U.S. Capitol Police.

A department spokesperson was not immediately able to provide a copy of the police report.

The Biden campaign came to his defense in late March when Reade made the allegations on Katie Halper's podcast.

"Women have the right to tell their story, and reporters have an obligation to rigorous vet those claims," Deputy Campaign Manager and Communication Director Kate Bedingfield said. "We encourage them to do so, because these accusations are false."

Reade was among the women who came out last year alleging he was too handsy.
Biden with actress/activist Alyssa Milano. The activist is being harassed by the Bernie Bros over the Tara Reade allegations.
Reade first made the claims against Biden last month. In a tweet, Reade thanked those who helped her come forward with the allegations, as well as "luminaries" who have supported her such as Susan Sarandon, John Cusack, and Rose McGowan.

Reade also confirmed that the statute of limitations around the claims against Biden have passed.

"I filed a police report for safety reasons only. All crim [sic] stats beyond limitations. Gratitude for all who have stood by me," Reade tweeted.

Reade also referenced scrutiny she received after it emerged she wrote a blog post in 2018 praising Russian President Vladimir Putin as a "compassionate, caring, visionary leader." The blog post has since been deleted and she has distanced herself from the remarks.

"I have been smeared and called vile names by Biden supporters. I was also accused of being called a Russian agent. I am not," Reade tweeted. "I will continue to speak out."

Speaking to Newsweek, Reade said she decided to come forward with the claims against Biden to ensure that "powerful men" are held accountable for their actions.

"I was trying to have a deeper conversation about sexual harassment in the workplace and powerful men," Reade said. "I'm not going to get traditional justice, like with [Harvey] Weinstein's case. I'm looking for something more existential-to not have to keep a secret because it's somebody powerful."

In a statement at the time, Biden's team denied the accusations against him.

"Women have a right to tell their story, and reporters have an obligation to rigorously vet those claims," said Deputy Campaign Manager and Communications Director Kate Bedingfield. "We encourage them to do so, because these accusations are false."
