Trump Threatens A Federal Judge!

Roger Stone's hasn't got his serving of federal time out. Trump and the Department of Justice intervened and it cause a great deal of controversy.
Federal judge Amy Berman Jackson dismissed controversial agitator Roger Stone's lawyers request for a new trial. The judge also faced heat from America's so-called "untouchable" president.

Republicans have now set the new standard for legacies to come. Any president after Donald J. Trump can get away with anything if they choose.

Republicans and especially the folks over at Pervert Murdoch's Fox News Channel can't say shit when a Democratic president does the very shit they've praised Trump for.

Stone is being sent to federal time out for apparently a lengthy bid but its in limbo right now.

Attorney General William Barr intervened in the prosecution and conviction of Roger Stone on behalf of Donald J. Trump. The very same folks who were upset over Bill Clinton talking to then Attorney General Loretta Lynch are praising Trump's intervention.

Trump made his intentions to interfere known on social media.

This unprecedented move is one of the reasons why Democrats slapped the articles of impeachment charges on him. He is doing things that are going against the oath he took once he was sworn in as president.

He's getting to be more like Richard Nixon everyday.
Trump's threatens Amy Berman Jackson, a federal judge.
Trump had a word vomit this afternoon calling the Stone conviction a travesty. He said no one knows what Stone done and claims that the trial was a sham.

Stone was convicted of lying to Congress, obstruction of justice and repeated violations under house arrest. He was also told to stay off the junk food media after he was caught posting an image of Jackson with cross hairs attached to her face.

Federal prosecutors said that Stone committed a "direct and brazen attack on the rule of law" by lying to Congress and obstructing justice.

He was a part of the Robert Mueller investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 U.S. Election.

Stone was involved in the Wikileaks scandal. He had found out when Julian Assange was going to get the DNC emails and John Podesta's emails. The emails were supposedly damaging to Hillary Clinton and Stone pushed for its release. Trump apparently greenlighted the whole ordeal.
He says he is untouchable.
Stone repeatedly lied to the House Intelligence Committee about his efforts, falsing denying he talked to the Trump campaign and demanded a federal witness to lie or scuttle (take a bullet) for Trump.

Stone who is an openly flamboyant far-white agitator has maintained he is innocent. He openly mocked the trial and appeared on Sean "Softball" Hannity's shitshow to demand the feds probe the federal judge, Mueller and other entities who were investigating him. That put him on a gag order to not talk about the case. He kept repeatedly violating his terms of the gag order. By then, Jackson ordered him to no longer use the internet and write statements to his lawyers.

Prosecutors recommended at least 7 to 9 in federal time out. However, the serving was placed on hold. Since he's a first time offender, he was spared at least 50 years in federal time out. However, he's expected to get at least 10 if the judge hands it down regardless of Barr.

Barr's meddling got U.S. prosecutors who Trump appointed fired up. Four federal prosecutors quit.

They were pissed that they proven that Stone did wrong and Barr was trying to obstruct justice on behalf of Trump.
William Barr is still a dirty cop.
The swift backlash on Tuesday are causing an issue for which Democrats demand answers. They accuse the Justice Department of political meddling in a criminal prosecution.

Barr just now accepted a House request to testify under oath about the meddling in Stone's serving.

Amy Berman Jackson was appointed as U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Columbia under Barack Obama in 2011. She presided over Roger Stone, Rick Gates and Paul Manafort's cases involving the investigation into Russia's meddling. She also sentenced Alex van de Zwann, a famed Dutch attorney and Trump ally to prison. Jackson was involved in the serving of former U.S. lawmaker Jesse Jackson, Jr. and wife Sandy for corruption. She is married to Darryl W. Jackson, who worked in the Export Enforcement as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for George W. Bush.

They have on son name Matt Jackson. If you're not familiar with Matt, he was one of the Jeopardy constants who became iconic for his rapid fire answers and is a part of the elite members of All-Star Jeopardy greats.

He ranks up with the likes of Ken Jennings, James Holzhauer, Julia Collins, Buzzy Cohen, Austin Rogers, Brad Rutter and Colby Burnett.
