Weed Got The Affluenza Murderer Locked Up!

Texas man who claimed he suffered from affluenza killed four in his truck. Now six years later, the man still causing drama.

The man who drove his truck into a vehicle killing four and injuring six is back in the news.

We start off the new year with a controversial figure in American justice.

This guy who drove his father's truck while under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. He was driving down a Burleson, Texas road at a high rate of speed. He ended up crashing into a vehicle killing a mother, her daughter and a man who helped them fix a tire. He also seriously injured his friend and two other people who rode with him. He was allegedly stealing from a Walmart and had stole alcohol and food.

The four victims of this Texas man's reckless decision to drive under the influence.

The victims who died were Brian Jennings, Breanna Mitchell, Hollie and Shelby Boyles.

Sergio Molina was seriously injured. He was left paralyzed and now communicates through blinking.

The man claimed he suffered from "affluenza" and wasn't responsible for his actions. The Texas jury found him guilty of involuntary manslaughter but let him walk only if he was to pay back the family and get drug and alcohol treatment. He basically got a slap on the wrist. Well during his in-house, he was filmed playing beer pong and crashing into a friend's table. The judge saw that and ordered him to head to the county lockup.

He asked his mother to help him hide from the state authorities. So they gathered a month's worth of things and hot tailed it to Mexico. That placed them both on Interpol and the FBI's most warned list.

During their near month stay, the man was acting inappropriate to adult entertainers. The Mexican government realized the man was wanted in the United States. So they did a setup. They ordered a pizza and wings. The delivery man was an undercover and they quick arrest. So they grabbed him and his mother and immediately placed them in holding. His mother returned to the states and faced federal charges of eluding. The man tried to stay in Mexico but the country immediately kicked him out.

The U.S. Marshals would soon grab them and send them back to Texas. The judge ordered him to serve at least nine months in the county lockup. Once he was released, he was given a curfew, a locking device that prevents him from driving under the influence and told to never have contact with the victims.

Well he violated his terms again.

The man's mother faced federal charges for taking him across borders. The woman is now divorced from the suspect's father.

The man is being held without a "get out free card" in Tarrant County lockup.

County boys said the man violated in-house during a mandatory drug testing when he tested positive for THC, the juice that gives marijuana the high.

The murderer is on violated terms so we don't know if he'll be revoked his in-house or given a stiffer terms of in-house. When he fled to Mexico, the state of Texas believed he was a flight risk if given a "get out free card." So instead, they're going to give him a reminder, they ain't playing.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
