Rick Gates Pays For Helping 45!

Rick Gates gets a light tap. If he was a Black man, he wouldn't be privileged to 45 days in federal time out.
All roads lead back to Sean "Softball" Hannity. The far-white annoying agitator is so deep in this. He's the unofficial White House chief advisor to Donald J. Trump. He has a platform to talk radio, cable news and social media. Somehow, he's "untouchable." I don't believe it. I believe he's going to get caught up in this mess and sooner or later, this noise pollution will be in the history books.

The former campaign operative who assisted Paul Manafort cover up financial crimes is getting time in the federal time out. He cooperated with the FBI and helped bring down Manafort, Julian Assange, Michael Flynn, George Papadopoulos, Roger Stone and Michael Cohen.

The feds are watching former California Republican lawmaker Dana Rohrabacher, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), Sean "Softball" Hannity, John Solomon and Rudy Giuliani. They were mentioned in federal documents and haven't been criminally charged as of yet. They have been denying wrong-doing and have often tried to sidestep the controversy towards Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden.

As deputy campaign manager, Rick Gates was found guilty in failure to register as a foreign agent, tax fraud, campaign finance fraud, concealing foreign assets without proper acknowledgement and lying to Congress.

At first, Gates pled not guilty but realized that he's going to be getting 50 years in federal time out if found guilty. He decided to cooperate with the feds and "snitched" on key Trump allies.

He also ensnared a former advisor to Barack Obama. Greg Craig, a White House counsel under Obama was acquitted in Washington, DC in regards to him lying to the feds about his work for Ukraine.

The judge who served Roger Stone, Judge Amy Berman Jackson gave Gates a 45 day sentence. He will be required to serve his time at a low-level facility at her discretion. He will be given three years of probation. He will no longer be allowed to travel outside the United States for any foreign activities. He will lose his passport and be restrained to in-house and mandatory restrictions on his internet access.

Gates' lawyers wanted the judge to give him, in-house. She didn't believe he was sorry for his actions and decided to give him a lesson in justice.

He is still talking to the feds and is offering information in regards to Trump and Mike Pence.

Manafort who is sentenced to 7 years and 4 months in federal time out is expected to appear at Manhattan federal court in regards to his appeal and other criminal charges. He also has state charges on his plate. Those charges could put him in the iron college for 40 years in the state of New York.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
