Dirty Ex-Cop Served In Atatiana Jefferson Murder!

Dirty cop indicted on murder of Atatiana Jefferson.
The dirty cop who killed Atatiana Jefferson is being served. The Texas state prosecutor has filed murder charges against the former Fort Worth cop who shot through a window while Atatiana was playing a video game with her nephew.

Her death came a few days after a jury convicted a former Dallas cop who killed Botham Jean in his own apartment. The victim, a young African American woman and the suspect was two year member of the Fort Worth Police Department.

It became a national story because the junk food media was going to taint the reputation of this young Black woman.

According to the reports, there was a non-emergency call placed to the residence that Atatiana was staying. The neighbor called on a "welfare check." The dirty cop was wearing his body camera when he answered the call.
Atatiana Jefferson was protecting herself inside her home when a dirty cop without prejudice shot her.
The dirty cop checked around the property and went into the backyard. Within a few seconds, he saw Atatiana and he yelled, "put your hands up! Show me your hands!" and then fired a single shot through the window.

Jefferson was came to the window assuming that there was a prowler in the backyard. The victim was armed according to the 8-year old nephew.

The cop didn't acknowledge himself as a police officer and shot her immediately. She would die at the scene.
Her life mattered.
At first, the cops were going to defend this dirty cop's actions. But in the body camera, the realized that the cop failed at job. So instead of being fired out the cannon, he quit. However, the Tarrant County prosecutors decided that he's not off the hook.

Now facing a 5 to LIFE in the iron college, the dirty cop got to lawyer up and prove to the state that he "feared for his life." Obviously, if he feared for his life, he should have not went into a backyard without at least acknowledging he's a cop.

S. Lee Merritt is representing the family. He hopes that the state sends this dirty cop to the iron college for a long time.

The news isn't all good for the family. Atatiana's father passed away a month later after a heart attack.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. He is facing murder charges which is punishable for 5 to LIFE in the state of Texas.
