Dems Bring The Articles Of Impeachment 🍑!

Articles of Impeachment are issued against Trump. By next week, the House of Representatives will vote on indicting Trump of high crimes and misdemeanors.
The House of Representatives will vote on two major issues before their Winter Recess. The first is a victory for Donald J. Trump. The controversial USMCA (new NAFTA) is going to a bipartisan deal.

The deal will establish a new trade partnership with Canada, The United States and Mexico. The deal will have to be cleared through the Senate and a treaty must be passed before its ratified.

Even in a moment of bipartisanship, the Congress continues to stay divided. With Trump in office, the country gotten more polarized. The Republican controlled Senate is streamlining federal appointees despite not being qualified or too controversial for holding. The Democratic controlled House of Representatives have passed hundreds of bills only for them to be stalled by the "Grim Ripper" Mitch McConnell.

Trump claims the Democrats are doing nothing. The Democrats are shooting back, saying Trump and Republicans are allowing foreign influences help them win elections and they're going against the people who voted them in power.

Nothing is worse than see white elected leaders squabbling over who's better. The white superiority complex exists in the Republican and Democratic Parties respectively. The leaders are old, white, rich, well-off and tone deaf.

There are going to be two Articles of Impeachments issued by the Judiciary Committee.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has announced the formal articles on Tuesday.

As President of the United States, Donald J. Trump is being impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors that include, "abuse of power of the presidency by ignoring and injuring national security and other vital national interests to obtain an improper personal political benefit." The second one was "obstruction of Congress by failing to obligate to subpoenas issued by members. Those in the Executive Branch being lawfully subpoenaed by Congress failed to testify under oath. Those in the White House defied lawful subpoenas by withholding documents required by Congress."

The Articles of Impeachment against Trump could come by next Wednesday. Trump will join Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton as the third president to be impeached. It could weaken his presidential powers and also force future presidents from allocating foreign assistance or intelligence without Congressional approval.

By January, the U.S. Senate will hold a trial and have Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts oversee the trial. If removed by 2/3 of the Senate, Trump will be forced to stepped down and Mike Pence will become the 46th President of the United States.

Trump and his lawyers strongly believe that the Senate will not convict him. The trial will have Republicans calling Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, the whistleblower and others into the Senate to testify under oath on what they know about the Ukraine call. Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will force the four senators running for president to come back.
Trump has lawyered up and is preparing for the Senate trial.
McConnell has signalled that he will make this a quick trial. However, the evidence from the House of Representatives will be used.

This is not a joke. The House of Representatives have formally filed Articles of Impeachment against President Donald J. Trump. The issues are serious and does carry a lot of weight.

Yes, this is going into an election year. The junk food media will decipher if the Congress did the right move.

As of today, Trump has a 63% chance of winning his reelection. He is very unpopular in most polls but he seems to be doing fine among white males, white females, those without college education and those who Evangelical. Trump has 5% of the Black vote. 8% of the Hispanic vote. Republican support for Trump itself is 89%. Trump support among independents is 48%.

Trump has strong chances of winning Ohio, Florida, Iowa and North Carolina.

Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Nevada are swing.

Trump is likely to win Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

More developments on the impeachment of Donald J. Trump are coming. Stayed tuned.
