Cop Walk In De'Von Bailey Shooting!

Cops walk in the shooting of De'Von Bailey.
So don't be surprised when cops are killed and people of color are cheering it. I am not condoning violence against law enforcement. I am just giving a hypothetical to the situation if another first responder is killed in the line of duty.

Yes, police have a split second decision when it comes to apprehending an armed perpetrator.

If the perpetrator flees, then it's required for law enforcement to give chase. Only time it comes to deadly force is when the suspect is reaching for something. It only takes a few seconds for a suspect to reach for something. However, cops are already trigger ready.

The decisions to not hold law enforcement accountable for the deaths of unarmed or armed citizens is controversial to say at least.

Still, the families of those killed by police violence will never get justice.

De'Von Bailey didn't get a chance to be tried in a court of law. He didn't have an opportunity to make a move against the cops who shot him. His life came to an end when cops chased him.

The cops who shot him aren't being charged.

Colorado Springs, Colorado is on high alert.

The two officers who fatally shot a fleeing Bailey will not face criminal charges after a grand jury ruled that the use of deadly force was justified.

The 19-year old was shot in the back multiple times while running away from the two cops.

EL Paso County District Attorney Dan May who is likely a Republican announced that the decision by the grand jury was unanimous. The rule was a "No True Bill," which dismisses defendants when the grand jury can't gather enough evidence to convict the subjects.

The attorney representing Bailey's family condemned the district attorney and police department.
De'Von Bailey got no justice.
"For De'Von's family, the decision was like a kick in the gut, but of course we are not one bit surprised," said Mari Newman, the attorney in charge of Bailey's family. "This is the exact results that the system was designed to yield when a tainted investigation is presented by a biased prosecutor. This is precisely why we have been calling for an independent prosecutor and an independent investigation from the beginning."

Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers. Thoughts and prayers will not heal wounds or bring back the dead. It's meaningless platitudes and folks need to stop doing this. They need to demand lawmakers in Washington do something about gun violence.

Mind you they'll do something about raising ages on cigarette and tobacco usage but never a law to stop mass shootings or eliminating the "fear for your life" excuse when cops shoot unarmed people.

I've said it time after time.

BAD COPS WILL GET GOOD COPS KILLED.

Again, I don't condone any attacks on law enforcement. However, I demand better community policing. I demand that police unions stop demonizing unarmed people of color who were killed. I want the junk food media to stop bringing up the criminal history of individuals killed by the police. If the suspect was unarmed, the junk food media should not try to justify that person's death by talking about minor encounters with law enforcement. No one is perfect. No one is above the law.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.
