The Dirty Cop That Threatened Phoenix Family Fired Out The Cannon!

Black couple sues Phoenix Police after a dirty cop threatened to kill them. That dirty cop was too toxic for the department.

The dirty cop who threatened to shoot and kill a Phoenix couple over a child shoplifting a measly doll from a Family Dollar store is fired out the cannon. He recorded on camera yanking the male and female passenger out their vehicle and screaming at them that they could die if they don't comply.

This happened quietly while the couple plans to file a federal lawsuit against the dirty cop, the city and the Maricopa County prosecutor.

Chris Meyer, the former dirty cop held a five months pregnant Iesha Harper at gunpoint and dragged her boyfriend Dravon Amers in front of their children. They were accused of shoplifting from a store and he followed a lead that led to the confrontational stop.

The dirty cop was notified on Tuesday that he was fired out the cannon. The city's disciplinary board recommended a six-week suspension. Police chief Jeri Williams said that he's too toxic for the force and they had to let his ass go.

The other dirty cop who wasn't named got a warning and stripped of his beat route. He was also yelling foul language at the couple. The dirty cop was at best trying to mediate the situation without violence.

The video was shared in June and it went viral. It went into a public backlash.

Mayor Kate Gallego and Williams were told that accountability matters and if they didn't fire those cops out the cannon, they will fire them out of the cannon in the next election.

Ames and Harper both deny shoplifting. They did apologize for the actions of their daughter but remained the public that the police reacting to a petty shoplifting in such a matter is a reason to why they have decided to file a lawsuit against the city.

They filed a federal lawsuit that could estimate within $10 million in punitive damages.

The incident went viral. Onlookers film two dirty cops berating a mother holding her child. They threatened to shoot her.

Their one year old daughter was burned by the hot ground. The cops pulled the little girl out the car without her shoes.

Videos taken by onlookers showed outrage by the cops.

"Put your fucking hands up! You're gonna get fucking shot." - said the dirty cop.

"My hands are up. My hands are up." - said Ames.

"If I tell you to do something, you fucking do it." - said the dirty cop.

"Yes, sir." - said Ames.

The law then arrested the two and shield their children from seeing their parents from getting into the cruiser. The Maricopa County prosecutor dropped the shoplifting and resisting arrest charges from the couple.

Phoenix mayor Kate Gallego and police chief Jeri Williams got an earful of concern.

At a presser, Ames responded: "A police officer, we don't know who he is, a guy, random guy came up to the door banging on the window with a gun, says he's going to shoot us in our face, telling us to get out of the car. He hasn't alerted us that we're being pulled over anything. If you look at the video pretty good, I'm snatched out the car and I fly back and that's when he grabs me out the car. My hands up the whole time."

He later added, "I think I might be able to get a good night's rest for once knowing that he's fired and it won't happen to no one else. I think it's a step in the right direction for change."

The Phoenix Police Union will dispute the firing. They will immediately appeal the decision. They will try to do a smear campaign against the mayor, the police chief, Ames and Harper. They will say that the public needs to see the whole tape from shoplifting to the pull over. They would encourage far-white trolls to question the validity of the couple. The far-white will troll social media and blogs like this one to sow their concerns about "Blacks getting away with everything, while cops and white people often footed with the bill or their careers."

Yeah, me and LeReyna will expect some form of trolling from a far-white agitator.

Ames and Harper apologized for shoplifting incident. They condemned the actions of the Phoenix Metro Police after they were pulled out of their car at gunpoint.

In the video, the little girl did take the toy. Harper told the girl to put it back. Harper was getting impatient with a shopper who was talking to the cashier. So she decided to leave. The little girl ran outside to the car with the toy and Harper threw the products recklessly on the shelf. Harper apologized for that. The doll was later returned to the store.

However, video does show Ames shoplifting a pair of socks.

Ames has apologized for that incident. Family Dollar has not pressed charges against the couple.

The couple are not banned from the stores. Hopefully this incident does show light to how Black people are treated by the law. A non-violent crime leads to a violent encounter. Petty theft could be a death sentence if you're a Black person. So don't give me that, "Well they did steal" bullshit.

Who gives a fuck about what they done?

Family Dollar and its parent company Dollar Tree are insured and they can replace products. Those involved will be banned from the store if the company places them on a list of shoppers who aren't allowed in the store.

I often say that "The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law." I meant that. Those accused have a right to defend themselves in a jury of their own peers. I don't care if the individual is 100% caught in the act, the court must prove the reasons to why the actions were committed.

Law enforcement have a sworn duty to protect the lives of the public, the property of the community and the keep public informed on actions done by their officers.

Bad cops will get good cops killed. I am not joking. For every bad cop, somewhere in the United States and Canada, one good cop will pay the price.
