Cuba Gooding, Jr. Felt #MeToo!

Cuba Gooding, Jr. found himself in a legal matter again.

Disgraced entertainer Cuba Gooding, Jr. is expected to surrender to the New York Police Department sometime today. The 51-year old entertainer was in Manhattan on Sunday. He was there with friends and was singing for the crowd.

The victim said that a drunken Gooding groped her breast without her consent.

She called 911.

The NYPD Special Victims Division will be investigating the criminal act and they will file charges against him.

He was in California planning his legal defense. He will be issued a warrant on the incident.

Gooding and his publicist had no comment on this.

These charges are serious. He could face felonious assault and sexual battery. The charges could put him in the iron college for up to three years. He would have to be enrolled in Offender U under TIER I or II status.

He will have to surrender his passport, be voided of electronics, avoid contact with the victim (by which payoffs or private conversations), take classes on dealing with alcohol and drug abuse.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Cuba Gooding, Jr. was married to his former wife Sara and have three children with her.

He was best known for his role in the iconic movie Boyz N The Hood.
