The disgraced National Security Adviser is going to head to federal time out. Before he does, Flynn is singing like a canary.

The former Army Lt. General Michael Flynn was cooperating with Robert Mueller and some of the most damaging things came to light today. It also puts Donald J. Trump back on the defense and gives House Democrats more reason to consider impeachment.

Mueller's special prosecution team had obtained information from Flynn about his conversations with members of Trump's transition team and House Republicans. This could be very damaging to Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA). They have been fingered as people who may have told Flynn to lie to federal prosecutors.

"The defendant informed the government of multiple instances, both before and after his guilty pleas, where either he or his attorneys recieved communications from persons connected to the Administration or Congress that could have affected both his willingness to cooperate and the completeness of that cooperation."

Now a federal judge wants Flynn's conversation with Russian officials. They have to submit the actual recordings of those conversations.

Flynn had lied about his talks with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak shortly before Trump took office.

Efforts to interfere both before and after his guilty plea could be a problem for Flynn and those associated to him.

Now if Trump is on a voicemail, that could spell the end of his term. The Republicans won't remove him from office but if Democrats in the House can impeach him, he will lose presidential powers.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan was appointed by Bill Clinton. Sullivan ordered federal prosecutors to provide all information before May 31.

Flynn also has dirt on Wikileaks. The former Trump advisor described to investigators statements from senior campaign officials about Wikileaks which published Democratic emails that were hacked by Russian Intelligence officers "to which only a select few people were privy," prosecutors said. That includes conversations with senior campaign officials "during which the prospect of reaching out to Wikileaks was discussed."
