Mississippi Teens Faces LIFE For Killing Mother!

Mississippi teen could face LIFE in the iron college for killing her mother. This teen and her sister shot and stabbed their mother. They claim she was abusive towards them.
Mississippi teens are facing a lifetime of bars after they killed their mother. Now there is a movement to help get them acquitted.

The teens are Black.

Amariyona Hall and her sister are being charged with murder. The 14 year old and 12 year old teens are being charged for the brutal shooting and stabbing of their mother Erica Hall.

The mother was stabbed in the back outside their trailer in rural Mississippi. Under state law, if the suspect is 13 years or older, they are automatically charged as adults in a crime.

The girls confessed to the criminal act after they said that said their mother was abusive. They said that they shot her in the chest and stabbed her repeatedly.

The prosecutors say that they premeditated the attack but their lawyers want the case thrown out.

Their father Eddie Isaac had already posted their get out of free card. They are on in-house pending the trial.

The two are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The charges could carry LIFE in the iron college for the two teens.

This happened in January. The girls lawyer says they acted in self-defense. Police say that the girls confessed to plotting the attack and they lured Erica outside by knocking on the door.
Erica Hall was a mother of four. Two daughters shot and stabbed her.
The investigators determined that Amariyona then stabbed the mother and the younger sister then shot her. The teens stabbed the mother a few more times and then fled.

The woman's body was soon discovered outside the trial home in Magnolia, Mississippi.

She had a knife in the back and had been shot once in the chest with their mother's small handgun.

There was an argument between the mother and teens before the shooting.

Amariyona Hall and sister.
Relatives said that the girls fled the scene and asked neighbors if they could get them to McComb.

In the week before the killing, the mother called the law saying that the daughters tried to run her over with her own vehicle.

The mother also leaves behind two other children. The other children are 16 and 1 year old. They were not involved in this.

Any thoughts to this tragedy?

Would this had been different if this was a white girl?

Again, there's a push for justice reform. Many Americans who saw how Paul Manafort was treated are now calling for equal justice. Whereas wealthy and powerful individuals get off with criminal acts and the poor often suffer, the American court system is clearly not fair to people of color.

Yeah, don't give me that bullshit about how Jared Fogle and Bill Cosby. They were rich and powerful.

Fogle managed to get 15 instead of LIFE. Cosby gets at least 3 years before he's released. Both had iconic status.

Just today, Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman are facing federal charges in a conspiracy to defraud millions in a scam to get their daughters into prestigious schools.
