He was given a hard line from federal judge Amy Berman Jackson. She gave him a 85% gag order.

He shared a disturbing picture of the federal judge with crosshairs in the background.

She ordered him to appear in federal court this week to explain the reason to why he would post a picture of her near crosshairs.

Stone's social media post gives the impression that he threatened a federal judge.

He had no answer and repeatedly apologized for the act.

The federal judge was not playing with him. She told him to stop talking about the case. This meant not only he was to stay quiet but he will no longer mention his case while on television, radio and social media.

He was close to losing his internet privileges and be sent to federal time out.
