Cook County prosecutor Kim Foxx has announced that singer R. Kelly will be indicted on 10 counts of sexual assault and intentional sexual abuse of underage girls.

The 52-year old singer must surrender to the law as of tonight. He will lose his passport, his bank account and be held in the county lockup until trial.

The judge ordered the singer to report. The judge imposed a no get out card. So that means, Robert Sylvester Kelly is pretty much fucked.

He can't do music nor he can leave the county lockup at given time.

The trial will be in March so for the next two weeks he will have to prepare himself for a court trial that could put his ass in the iron college for 40 years.

Allegations stemmed from women who claimed that Kelly would do some nasty stuff on them. At the time of these encounters, four of the five women were underage.

Michael Avenatti has confirmed that he obtained a graphic video of the singer having a love tryst with an underage girl. CNN and the Cook County prosecutor confirmed the video's existence.

"The day of reckoning for R. Kelly has arrived," said Avenatti.

If he is convicted, the music catalog will definitely be removed. The feds might get involved. Since this involved minors, the Department of Homeland Security HTX (Human Trafficking Unit) may determine whether he will face charges for producing kiddie porn.

Since the Surviving R. Kelly documentary, the singer found himself in real trouble. Many of his concerts were cancelled, Sony's RCA Music cancelled his album and dropped him, and his was prevented from entering his recording studio during after hours and radio stations dropped his latest singles.
