The Law Caught The Second Killer Of Jazmine Barnes!

This knothead was caught. He is accused of killing a 7-year old girl in a drive-by shooting.

Shaun King was on SiriusXM's Make It Plain with Mark Thompson a few days ago bringing skepticism towards the allegations that the attack on Jazmine Barnes and her family. He believes that there's a connection. He along with many in the social media blogosphere are relieved the killers of this little girl were captured.

Okay, the second suspect was arrested this week in the shooting death of that little girl.

USA Today reports Texas prosecutors are filing capital murder charges the second black man in the drive-by shooting of Barnes, authorities in Houston said Tuesday.

The killer could face the DEATH card in the Dec. 30 tragedy.

Jazmine's mother was driving Jazmine and her three sisters when they stopped at a light. A car rolled up and someone began shooting, killing Jazmine and wounding her mother, LaPorsha Washington, family members told police.

Social media helped find Jazmine Barnes' killers.

The case drew international attention when family members said they believed the shooter was a white male, raising the spectre of a racial hate crime.

Investigators later identified two Black males as suspects based on a tip to social activist Shaun King. The suspects were arrested at a traffic stop Saturday, and Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said Black told investigators he was the driver and one of the men fired the shots.

One of the killers also said the men believed they were shooting into the car of men they had tangled with at a club hours earlier. The first killer was charged with murder hours after his arrest. At the time, the killer was held on drug charges.

The two face death if convicted.

On Tuesday, on the basis of additional corroborating evidence, prosecutors with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted a capital murder charge against the suspect," Gonzalez said in a statement.

Jazmine was laid to rest Tuesday at a funeral in Houston.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
