What Happened To Robert Hugh-Patrick Gray?

Florida man was killed by a neighbor in front of his girlfriend and child.
Again it happened in Florida.

That "Stand Your Ground" Law doesn't mean you deputize yourself to be a police officer. This killer learned that the "good guy with a gun" defense might not work in a courtroom.

The murder of Robert Hugh-Patrick Gray happened only a mere few days ago.

Let me be clear: This murder happened on Christmas.

The 38 year old father of a child got shot and killed by this killer named Jonathan Velasquez. This man thought he was about to see Gray physically assault his girlfriend, Taniqua Kales. Instead of dialing 9-1-1 to let the law handle the matter, Velasquez decided to take matters into his own hands.

Gray and Kales were arguing in the backyard and the two got physical. Allegedly, Gray was slapped by his girlfriend in the backyard and then they go into their house. Gray would smash the glass sliding door and they proceed to head inside.

The argument got heated.

Velasquez then ran into the home where he was staying, grabbed his firearm, then fired a shot into the ground. He ordered Gray to get out the house.

Velasquez in position stance saw Gray exit his home and hide behind a tree in the backyard. The killer would soon dial 9-1-1 to report that he is about to confront the neighbor. As the two got close, two rounds went off and Gray went down.

Kales shocked would dial 9-1-1 saying that this killer "across the street shot him for no fucking reason."

This law would arrive and try to revive him. They took him to the local hospital and he would soon passed away from his injuries.

The law stated clearly that this killer "took it upon himself to retrieve his gun prior to calling 9-1-1."

Yes, Gray and Kales both have a domestic violence history. However, that's why the law is called not an idiot who believes he could "save the day" by killing a man.
This guy looks like George Zimmerman.
Velasquez said that he knew what domestic violence looked like. He is trying to justify his actions by stating his mother used to have this happen to her when she was married to his father.

The killer now faces murder. This carry the potential of LIFE or DEATH in the state of Florida. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

This is the crazy shit about firearms. This is why it's painful to see that dumbass Ron DeSantis become the next Florida governor and Rick Scott become the next U.S. Senator. They both are Republicans who believe that guns save lives and not the law. They both are corrupt lawmakers and have shady ties to Donald J. Trump and the National Rifle Association.

They are openly racist and painfully annoying like their good buddy, Sean "Softball" Hannity.
