If The Guy Was Black.....!

If he was a Black man, he would be dead in less than a minute.
We close out 2018 with many stories involving gun violence. There's two websites that I like for you to check out. The website, Mass Shooting Tracker covers the latest mass shootings in the United States. The other website is the Gun Violence Memorial, a website that is dedicated to the victims of gun violence the junk food media never covers nationally.

The United States is the only place in the world where firearms outnumber the human population.

A man enraged by the pack of cigarettes purchased in a Florida convenience store pulls out a semi automatic firearm and threatens the clerk and customers.

He was promptly arrested without any shots fired.

Guess what color he was?

In the state of Florida, you can open carry but with limitations. You can't carry an AR-15 assualt rifle into a place of business. You can use a handgun in defense of your life or your property if you're threatened and there's no means of escape. Hence, the ridiculous Stand Your Ground law.

A Lauderhill man was arrested last week after police said after he threatened a store clerk with a loaded long rifle because he was upset over the price of cigarettes.

Robert Lewis Miller was charged for the criminal aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Notice the Black men inside the store. Calm not overreacting.
He was upset over two packs of cigarettes for $5.50 each. The total was $11.

He constantly believed it was $10 for two packs.

The clerk contacted his manager and confirmed the price was $5.50 per pack. Miller, who was holding a $10 bill, then repeatedly shouted at the clerk and threatened him, saying "Come on let's fight," the report said. The clerk told Miller to leave the store but when Miller left he said he would be back, the report said.

Notice the Black people inside the store. They were calm.

A few minutes, Miller returned, holding a Wesson M&P-15 long rifle. Surveillance video from the store shows Miller walking into the store with the rifle slung over his shoulder as shocked customers move away from him and leave the store.

He approached the clerk and said, "You must not know who I am" and then pointed the rifle at the clerk, the report said. Miller kept repeatedly shouting, "You must not know who I am" and clerk ducked behind the counter and called 911. Miller left the store once he realized the clerk had called police, the report said.

Police said an officer arrested Miller while he was still holding the rifle. Police said the rifle was loaded.

Miller appeared in court last week, where Judge Kim Mollica set his bond at $25,000. He was ordered surrender any weapons in his possession to police, wear a GPS monitor and have no contact with the victim or the Lauderhill Supermarket.

Prosecutors had argued for $50,000 bond, saying his response to the higher price of cigarettes was "extremely alarming and concerning."
Only in Florida, a white man could enter a store with a loaded rifle and not get shot.
Had it been a Black man coming in with an assault rifle, the store clerk would have used deadly force. The store clerk would have immediately called the law and the law would have instantly killed the Black man.

This white guy who apparently was under the influence of alcohol managed to come into a store with a loaded firearm and no one seemed scared. The perception of white man with a gun being a "good guy" came to the mind of the store clerk.

That's the mentality of Americans.

White man with a firearm, pause.

Black man with a firearm, respond.

This is a norm. We got to change gun laws in the United States.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.
