Dirty cop being charged for manslaughter.

The Dallas County prosecutor had decided to indict the dirty cop who killed an unarmed Black man inside his own apartment. The cop, Amber Guyger returned from shift and entered the wrong apartment, she claims.

The white cop is identified and will be likely charged with manslaughter. The charge carries 15 to LIFE in the iron college. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Botham Jean was murdered in cold blood.

Someone on social media leaked the name to the public. They also shared a video of the cop in full uniform crying into her phone in an apartment block. She is heard screaming "oh god" into the phone before she dashes out of view.

All Lives Matter.
Dallas Police initially said they would seek her arrest but then handed the case over to the Texas Rangers in order for an unbiased investigations. The Texas Rangers postponed seeking a warrant for manslaughter charges, saying they needed more time to investigate the evidence.

Guyger had shot another person in 2017. She claimed the suspect took her Taser. The victim, Uvaldo Perez, was shot in the abdomen, but survived and sentenced to a few years for drug charges. His conviction could be overturned.

She claimed that she went into the wrong apartment and shot a man. She believed the victim's apartment was hers when she entered.

The hand gesture.
The responding officers came within five minutes and rushed Botham Jean to the hospital. He would soon die at the local hospital. Botham was an accountant who grew up in St. Lucia. He would attended Harding University in Arkansas and worked for the firm PwC.

The chief of Dallas Police, U. Renee Hall said that she didn't want to speculate race or fatigue as a factor.

Some on social media has found some images that display a possible bias.

Botham was regarded by neighbors and family as guy with an infectious smile. He was a devout Christian and a talented singer. His mother slammed the cop for taking her son away.

Allison Jean felt that Guyger was just negligent. Had her son been white, the response would have been fast and he would be alive today.
