Brett Kavanaugh Felt #MeToo!

Supreme Court nominee is accused of raping a woman when he was young.
In a last minute attempt to sink the nomination bid of Brett Kavanaugh, the Democrats obtained some damaging information that was handed over to the FBI.

The allegations could slow down the Supreme Court confirmation but its highly unlikely. By October 1, the court will have him seated. Democrats better be the firm opposition of this nominee.

Kavanaugh will replace Anthony Kennedy, the controversial justice who often swing the most important decisions. He would often side with conservatives but most recent decisions favor progressives.

Kavanaugh decisions with the conservative wing could rollback regulations, pro-choice, gay rights, minority rights and land protection. He decisions with the conservative wing could grant powers to the president, military and corporations.

Allegedly, when Kavanaugh was a teenager, he sexually assaulted a woman.

During his confirmation hearing, the Democrats complained that the documents weren't being released. Republicans held back some documents intentionally.

This may be a #MeToo moment for the Supreme Court nominee.

The bombshell charge, which Kavanaugh denied said that he was at a teenage party with the alleged victim. The woman claims that Kavanaugh and a friend were drunk that day. They turned up the volume of music in the room so her cries were drowned out. They had sexually assaulted her and she managed to break free. In her telling of the story, she managed to escape their room.

The White House fired back saying this is a ploy. They believe this is a last ditch effort to sink a candidate qualified to be seated in the Supreme Court.

Republicans said this is a concern but they claim there's no proof of an incident occurring.

The FBI won't look into the matter (for now).

Ronan Farrow, who is known for bombshell stories that toppled CBS CEO Les Moonves and Harvey Weinstein wrote in the New Yorker that there could be more women coming forward.
