Trump Sips A Diet Coke With Kim Jong Un!

Trump is willing to meet Kim Jong Un. He is willing to talk to North Korea's leader without any preconditions.

The right was complaining about Barack Obama talking to foreign leaders who were considered the enemy.

The Iranian nuclear deal was the P5+1 Agreement. It was praised by the United Nations and world leaders. It was a historical deal.

Republicans opposed this. They were pretty vocal about it.

I remember Sean "Softball" Hannity, his network Fox News, talk radio and conservative blogs were trashing Obama for talking with the enemy. I remember Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Joni Ernst, Tom Cotton, Joe Manchin, Chuck Schumer, Ron Johnson and Mike Lee were bitching about the nuclear agreement.

Now the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) announced that they are willing to broker a truce with the Republic of Korea (South Korea) and the United States.

Decisions, decisions.

Donald J. Trump announced that he will have sit down with the DPRK's leader Kim Jong Un without any preconditions.

I would say that Trump's decision is smart and dumb at the same time.

We don't know what kind of agreement was worked behind the scenes.

Trump was threatening North Korea constantly. Taunted Jong Un as "Rocket Man" with the leader calling him a "dotard."

If things work out in the long run, maybe we can find neutral ground with North Korea.

Who knows?

Trump has no experience in foreign relations.
