Heather North Passed away!

The death of actress Heather North. She voice Daphne Blake, a character from Scooby-Doo.
Iconic actress Heather North has passed away. She was best known for playing Daphne Blake, the danger prone member of Mystery, Inc. Daphne is a main character from the iconic cartoon series Scooby-Doo.

North died at her home after a long time illness in Studio City, California. She died on November 30th. The junk food media reported this today.

The actress was 71 years old.

She was born in Pasadena. She got early roles in acting. North starred in the Disney movie, The Barefoot Executive with Kurt Russell.

She appeared on Days of Our Lives. She was Sandy Horton and played the role for several years.

She was the voice of Daphne until 2003. Voice actress, comedian and singer Grey DeLisle took over voice after North retired from acting.
Scooby-Doo and the cast of Mystery, Inc. The controversial character Scrappy-Doo as added in the early 1980s. The show took a nosedive afterwards.
Her late husband was H. Wesley Kenney, an Emmy Award-winning producer who directed soap operas and directed All in the Family during the 1974-75 season. He died in January 2015.

North played roles in Mr. Novak, Budget, The Fugitive, The Monkees, My Three Sons, Adam-12 and other shows.

She is survived by son and three step children.

Entertainment lost a legend.
