The Squinty Eyed Bigot Is The New Attorney General!

Jeff Sessions is appointed as the Attorney General. The squinty eyed bigot.

Jeff Sessions is confirmed as the next Attorney General of the United States.

Formerly a federal prosecutor and senator, Sessions will run the U.S. Justice Department. He will likely make the department even more polarizing. The confirmation vote came with a partisan vote.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) joined the Republicans in putting Session in the department. Manchin who is up for reelection in 2018 is the second most vulnerable Democrat running for reelection. He is disliked among Democrats and poorly among West Virginia residents.

Sessions couldn't vote on himself. So he voted present.

The fuhrer Donald J. Trump fired acting attorney general Sally Yates, who didn't back the fuhrer's executive order banning Muslims and immigrants from entering the country.

Sessions was opposed by many civil rights groups, who have concerns about his record on voting rights and hate crimes. Many Democrats doubted that Sessions would stand up to the fuhrer.

Democrats can oppose all they want, the Republicans got the advantage when former senator Harry Reid got rid of the 60 vote majority rule on cabinet nominees.
