Now The Lawsuits Against Clinton!

I blame Hillary Clinton for the death of my son. Pat Smith at the RNC. Smith relentless fight against Clinton now merits a frivolous lawsuit.

Larry Klayman is a vexatious lawyer who continues to agitate these baseless claims against the Clintons and Obamas. Klayman has filed a federal lawsuit against Hillary Clinton on behalf of the mother of Sean Smith and the father of Tyrone Woods.

Patricia Smith and Charles Woods blame Clinton and President Barack Obama for the deaths of their sons. They conclude that her email server contributed to the deaths.

The lawsuit contends that "the deaths of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods were directly and proximately caused by the negligent and reckless actions" of Clinton, who was secretary of State at the time. It goes on to specifically fault Clinton's use of a private email server while at the State Department, saying any information received or sent through her personal account was "compromised" and ultimately helped facilitate the attack.

The suit was filed in federal court in Washington, D.C., on Monday.

Smith and Woods are represented by attorney Larry Klayman, who has long targeted the Clintons, dating back to the administration of President Bill Clinton during the 1990s.

The lawsuit also alleges defamation by Clinton over her public statements about whether she'd attributed the attack to an anti-Muslim video in her discussions with family members.

Smith spoke at last month's Republican National Convention in Cleveland and delivered a blistering critique of Hillary Clinton's handling of Benghazi, where four Americans, including Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods, lost their lives.

"I blame Hillary Clinton personally for the death of my son," Patricia Smith said.
The right won't let this go.
In a statement provided to The New York Times and NBC News, Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill said of the lawsuit: “While no one can imagine the pain of the families of the brave Americans we lost at Benghazi, there have been nine different investigations into this attack and none found any evidence whatsoever of any wrongdoing on the part of Hillary Clinton.”

While many agitators on Fox News trash Khizr Khan and Saddique Mateen, Smith and Woods made numerous appearances on the cable network. Fox News hasn't hosted Khan or Mateen on their programs.

Smith appeared more on Fox News to trash Clinton and Obama for their alleged roles in the 2012 Benghazi attack.

I will catch you up on the scandal that won't go away. On September 11, 2012, there was an attack on the Libyan U.S. Consulate and CIA-annex by terrorist under the guise of protests. The CIA gave information to President Barack Obama and his administration. They believed that protests sparked by a video. Susan Rice then U.N. Secretary appeared on GOP Sundays to blame the video for the attacks. It turned out that a group with associations to al Qaeda were responsible for the attack.

Ambassador Chris Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Glen Doherty and Sean Smith were killed and the terrorists were caught within the next year.

Blame Clinton not the terrorists.
Around that time, perennial loser Mitt Romney and his allies were licking their chops hoping to score political points on President Barack Obama being aloof on terrorism. At the third debate, Romney claimed Obama wasn't concerned about the Benghazi attack. Obama struck back and CNN Candy Crowley corrected Romney on the accusations of being a stand down order.

When the president won his reelection, Republicans would launch investigations into his role in the Benghazi attack. After the president and his top officials were cleared of any wrong-doing, Clinton would announce her run for president. Clinton was then subjected to many criticism and allegations.

When her emails being used on a personal server instead of a government server, Republicans seethed. The seething led to Republicans launched into many investigations and smear campaigns against Clinton.

In June, House Republicans issued a report from a two-year investigation into the Benghazi attacks that cited the Obama administration for security lapses but revealed nothing particularly new about Clinton's handling of the matter.

The following month, FBI Director James Comey sharply criticized Clinton's use of private email servers while at the State Department as "extremely careless," but argued that she should face no criminal charges, a recommendation Attorney General Loretta Lynch soon after adopted.

I believe this smells of desperation. Clinton is beating Donald Trump by almost double digits.

The federal government officials can't be sued for the deaths of workers who were willing to scarifice for their lives for their country.
