Kindra Chapman (right) was busted for taking a person's cell phone. Once she got put in the lockup she ends up dead. Now people are talking and they're starting a new hashtag #IfIDieInPoliceCustody |
For theft charge 18-year old Kindra Chapman got a few nights in an Alabama lockup.
After a few hours in the lockup, she would be dead. Now the internet is lit up over her death.
What started off as a first-degree robbery charge ended like this. Sounds similar to the death of Sandra Bland who died in a Texas lockup.
Authorities put Kindra in lockup after she took a person's phone. Officers in the town of Homewood say that she was found unresponsive with a bed sheet tied around her neck.
What will the racist right paint Kindra as? I mean giving the bird isn't a crime, but to the racist right it is! |
Now the hashtag #IfIDieInPoliceCustody is picking up steam on the social media.
The Alabama state attorney hasn't commented on this situation but I will assure you that me and S. Baldwin will talk about it.
World News Today send our condolences to the family of Kindra Chapman and Sandra Bland.
