Birdman: Tyga 'Bout Close To Being Fired Out The Cannon!

Another family affair. YMCMB artist Tyga going after Drake.

Compton rapper Tyga is feuding with Canadian rapper Drake. Both artists are on YMCMB.

Bryan "Birdman/Baby" Williams is the CEO of Cash Money and founder of Rich Gang Music.

He and his brother Ronald "Slim" Williams started the Cash Money label in 1989. They sparked a global movement with the rise of Lil' Wayne.

Lil' Wayne managed to start up his own label in 2007. He created Young Money and singed Drake, Nicki Minaj and Tyga to the label. Things were good until Tyga released "Make It Work".

Birdman now speaking out and he's hinting that if Tyga don't shut the fuck up, the CEO will bury this guy. By saying "bury this guy", the Cash Money label will drop Tyga and he'll have to strike it on his own.

Juvie, the original member of the Hot Boys decides to resign to Cash Money after bitching about how he's not collecting his portion of the royalties the label took from his hit singles. After all, Juvie was doing some dumb shit and owing the gubmint lots of money for not only unpaid debts but child support.

Tyga signed to Cash Money through Lil' Wayne's Young Money label in 2009. He's dropped two albums on that label and the third album is slated for a Winter release.

Tyga is a fresh face with the same antics. His hit singles "Rack City" and "Hookah" have gained mainstream success. But his success is often ignored because the top acts are Lil' Wayne, Drake and Nicki Minaj. He's one of the only member from Young Money to at least go Gold on his albums.

Except Tyga, the albums released through Young Money have been nominated for Grammy's.

The way its going, his album might be put on the shelf.

Tyga aired out his issues with YMCMB on Twitter, called Drake “fake” in a Vibe interview and maybe dissed him again on “Make it Work,” Birdman has finally weighed in on the status of his camp.
Bryan "Birdman" Williams expressed interest in snatching up Rich Homie Quan (left) and Young Thug to his new Rich Gang label.
MTV and Hollywood Life reported that Birdman visited New York City’s Hot 97 radio station on Monday night, to promote his upcoming Rich Gang project and admitted that he still hasn't figured out the exact source of Tyga's discontent.

“I didn't see that coming and still I haven’t gotten to the bottom of none of that,” he told Funkmaster Flex. “I talk to Drake all the time, we always talk and I don’t really know what’s happening with all that.”

“He might be in his feelings,” he said. “And I got all love and respect for Tyga, that’s been my lil’ bro, but my intake is, I’m family oriented — either you in or you out. If you’re out, you’re an outcast to me. If you’re in, you’re family.”

He added that Tyga can’t touch Drake musically, and that’s indisputable. “Drake is Drake, there’s really no comparison,” he said. “He’s in a lane by himself when it comes to making music, you can’t compare nobody to what he do, because nobody do what he does.

“Me knowing Tyga — Tyga know where he stand in this game compared to Drake, that ain't no secret. Numbers don’t lie.”

True that. Tyga's Hotel California mustered 239,000 compared to the 2.4 million album Nothing Was The Same sold by Drake.
