Freedom of speech led to a major beat down of a man in Dayton, Ohio.
Caleb Morris isn't the innocent victim as the junk food media has painted out to be. I've done some checking into the 21-year old's profile and see he's a perennial resident of the local lockup. He's no angel.
However he didn't deserve the beat down from a bunch of stupid ass Black teens. He can say NIGGER all he wants. But again, he better remember how people especially Black men react to it. Some will just ignore you and sigh. Some will land a five finger roll directly in your face.
Sometimes you feel justified giving a five finger roll to the agitator, but think what could happen if the law see you do it?
You'll be the one locked up. Not the agitator. Even though the agitator started the conflict, he didn't land the first five finger roll.
A racial comment may have led to a man being beaten in Downtown Dayton by a group of teenagers.
According to a Dayton police report, a Montgomery County deputy driving an unmarked car came upon a man lying in the middle of South Ludlow Street, being kicked and beaten by 9 teenagers. It happened at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday night.
The Dayton Daily News reports a police deputy approached and the attackers scattered. After a brief foot pursuit, responding officers were able to catch two of the teens.
Caleb Morris is no stranger to the county lockup. He's been in trouble for more than popping off his mouth. But those drugs he's injected or snorted. |
Morris, who is white, admitted his girlfriend made racial comments to the group of black teenagers.
According to the report, Morris said his girlfriend rode away on a bicycle while he tried to outrun the group.
Morris stated they caught up with him and yelled to give them "everything" he had. Morris stated he pulled out $3 but the teens didn't take it. Instead, he said they began punching him in the face and chest. Morris told officers the teens pulled a stun gun and stunned him in the back and side. He said he fell to the ground and the teen's began laughing at him as they kicked him in the chest and side.
According to the report, that's when the deputy turned the corner and the attackers took off.
Two teenage boys were taken to the Juvenile Justice Center and charged with aggravated robbery, according to the report.
A medic was called to the scene to treat Morris.
