Entertainer smacks more than his hands.

The entertainer is promoting his acts Big Sean, John Legend and Pusha T new albums and his new child North.

He and reality turdelebrity Kim Kardashian had a child this year and the couple are planning on moving to France.

Kanye West assaults the paparazzi.
The entertainer usually rants and raves for shock value. He's notorious for showing out in the crowds.

But this time, his shock value may land him in the courtroom and soon the iron college.

The entertainer was spotted assaulting a paparazzi. This time it's going to not only cost him a few stacks for the injures and replacement of equipment, but six months as parent.

He was spotted in Los Angeles and the paparazzi took a picture of him and probably asked an insulting question towards him. And you know what he does from there. He's pummels the guy.

The Associated Press reports that prosecutors have charged Kanye West with misdemeanor battery over a July scuffle with a celebrity photographer at Los Angeles International Airport.

City attorney's spokesman Frank Mateljan says West was also charged Friday with one count of attempted grand theft. The rapper's arraignment has been set for Oct. 10 but he is not required to appear if he has an attorney.

Photographer Daniel Ramos claims West punched him in an unprovoked attack and wrestled his camera to the ground during an incident at the airport on July 19.

Prosecutors declined to file felony charges against West, but city prosecutors decided to pursue misdemeanor charges. Each carries a penalty of up to six months in jail or a $1,000 fine.

An email sent to West's record label for comment was not immediately returned.

West was raised in a middle-class household in Chicago, Illinois, and began rapping in the third grade, becoming involved in the city's hip hop scene. West attended art school for one semester before dropping out to pursue music entirely in the late 1990s. Although his real desire was to become a rapper, record executives did not take West seriously, viewing him as a producer first and foremost. After being signed to Roc-A-Fella in 2002, West released his debut album The College Dropout in 2004 to commercial and critical acclaim. The baroque-inspired Late Registration followed in 2005, and Graduation in 2007. West switched rapping for singing on his dark 2008 effort 808's & Heartbreak, and embraced maximalism on 2010's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Following several collaborations, West released his sixth album, Yeezus, in 2013.

He is closely associated with his mentor, media mogul Jay-Z.

His G.O.O.D. Music label signed on John Legend, Big Sean, Pusha T, and legendary rapper Q-Tip to his label. He's a rapper, producer, director and media mogul. He's known for his controversial antics while on camera.

Here's two controversial things from YouTube. His rant during a listening party for Pusha T.

And his video Blood On The Leaves.
