The defense gets their shot in this highly publicized trial of a former neighborhood watch captain shooting and killing an unarmed teenager. The defense was granted a legal victory. They can smear the name of Trayvon Martin by bringing up the teen's previous drug use.
The controversy in Sanford, Florida can't stop the trial by media folks. They're already assuming that it's a wrap, that idiot will walk free. But how could he walk free?
They've listened to many witnesses and for every witness that defended Martin, they ended up saying it helped that idiot prove that he was defending himself.
Now the conservative media's new hero for life is a neighbor named Jonathon Good. He was the witness who claimed that Martin was on top of that idiot when they had an altercation. Of course, he's the one who threw out the notion of the teenager beating this idiot with mix martial arts-style fighting.
Who would believe that?
Those who push the buttons of the Black community. The conservative agitators can't stomach enough of this media's assume guilt of the idiot.
Okay here's some of the latest things that happened in the trial.
The idiot was training for mix-martial arts. Say what?
He studied the arts of MMA! I mean I thought it was Trayvon Martin on top of him with blow by blow, slamming the head of that idiot. I thought he covered his mouth claiming he couldn't breathe. So I guess he couldn't get help!
CNN and The Raw Story report that a mixed-martial arts (MMA) trainer testified for the defense on Monday that idiot “didn’t know how to really effectively punch” even though he had trained the former neighborhood watchmen for over a year.
“He was just physically soft,” Adam Pollock told the court. “He was an overweight, large man when he came to us, and very pleasant — a very nice man, but physically soft. He was predominately fat, not a lot of muscle, not a lot of strength.”
Under cross-examination, Pollock admitted that idiot could have lost as much as 80 pounds and had a body mass index as low as 16 percent at the time that he shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
Added that the Associated Press reports that Judge Debra Nelson on Monday denied a prosecution request to keep out parts of a toxicology report that shows Martin had small amounts of marijuana in his system.
Prosecutors argued the information would be prejudicial.
But defense attorneys said it was relevant since Zimmerman believed Martin was under the influence at the time he spotted him in his neighborhood.
Added that more information comes from The Smoking Gun.
Nelson, who previously granted a prosecution motion to limit testimony about the government toxicology report, reversed herself in the wake of last Friday’s testimony by the medical examiner who performed the Martin autopsy. Zimmerman’s lawyers will apparently introduce findings from the toxicology report through the testimony of a defense forensics expert.
Medical examiner Shiping Bao told jurors that he had changed his opinion with regard to whether Martin’s marijuana level could have affected his physical or mental state on the night of the shooting. Bao initially concluded that the amount of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) in Martin’s blood would not have had any effect on his behavior.

In Zimmerman’s call to a non-emergency police line, he told a dispatcher that a person he was observing (who turned out to be Martin) appeared to be “on drugs.”
Zimmerman’s lawyers have previously argued that they should be allowed to introduce evidence of Martin’s drug use, pointing to text messages appearing to refer to his use of marijuana. Additionally, the attorneys also unsuccessfully argued for the admittance of a pair of photos of pot plants that were found on Martin’s cell phone.

White men who go to the NRA Convention, talk about firearms and take pictures while holding a firearm.
Each White mass killer holds a gun or shows off their weapons to friends. They always brag about how they could take out a group of people with a magazine clip.
Any White teenager could be smoking weed and holding a firearm.
Any White extremists could say that if weed was to cause the teenager to be violent, then should we say that a talk radio host who was caught using Oxycontin on a phony prescription is prone to violence as well.
A person who operates a firearm is likely to use it. Once they use it, it's a life changing experience.
No where in America should a person who operated in a firearm without being tested for drugs. A person must pass a strict background check before they can operate a firearm.

They cannot and absolutely cannot understand that the teenager was unarmed.
That idiot does have injuries. But he's not brain-dead. He's alive with a smirk!
Taking advice from a talk radio host may be the undoing. I mean how would he feel if he was the one being profiled by a Black neighborhood watch captain?
How would he feel if he was to confront this person and they get into an altercation?
How would that idiot's family feel if they lost their son?
Well know before the month of August. And hopeful this decision brings closure.
Again we don't assume he's guilty. But clearly, based on the evidence and the shoddy stories from both the defense and prosecutors, we can't determine whether he'll go to the iron college or walk free.
Clearly, I am hopeful that justice will be served.

Even if true how is it relevant he had none of that with him and not even zimmeran's side is questioning that he was just going from the store to his father's place of residence. I tend to believe Zimmerman's side of the story but there's zero evidence that trayvon was doing anything wrong in this case I don't know who threw the first punch but trayvon wasn't the one following/harassing zimmerman. I don't think he deserves to go to jail for murder or manslaughter because I think he thought his life was in jeopardy but that doesn't make the situation any better he was definitely the instigator after being asked to stand down by emergency services. He may have been justified and he may not be guilty but the blame is still on him. He wasn't defending his home being broken into, he was harassing a minor going from the store to his parents house.

wow...about time they let Zimmerman prove that poor little trayvon was a thug. This case never should have been brought forward. First, you can't convict on murder because there was a fight... in 2nd degree murder you have to have planned on... with intent to kill. That did'nt happen... so the only thing they can get him on is manslaughter... and they cant get him on that because Zimmerman was trying to protect himself... the prosecution has FAILED.... Zimmerman has been accused of Molesting witness number 9, he was arrested for assault of a police officer, his ex file domestic violence charges against him, he was fired from a security job for throwing a drunk female customer across the room. Why was he denied by the police department a job? This does not seen like the kind of man that republican should be champion. All of the party concerned are democrats, why do we care so much. Myth 5 – Marijuana Makes You Less Aggressive.
Wrong! Many people believe that marijuana makes you mellow. However, studies have shown that marijuana users are more likely to engage in aggressive behavior than non-marijuana smokers. In other words, the more a person smokes marijuana, the more likely that person will engage in other criminal activities such as stealing, destroying property, fighting others, committing weapons offenses, and engaging in other aggressive behavior.
So, while marijuana smokers do get the munchies, they also are more unstable and more likely to engage in other criminal activities than non-drug users.
The New Independence
Evidence is evidence. Pot impairs judgement. The evidence is clear that Zimmerman used his gun in self defense.
He was questioned by police on the night of the shooting and released. It was only the following "Racial" outcry that turned this into a circus.
Travyon Marton, always pictured as a 12-year-old little boy, was a 6'3", 17-year-old young man who attacked an Hispanic man. And then...to add to the race baiting the media calls Zimmerman a "White-Hispanic" which was a term NEVER used before.
That is like saying Obama is a White-Black because he is mixed. Sorry...but too often the Sharpton crew like to refer to anyone who is even a little bit of another ethnicity (mixed with White) as THAT ethnicity (Black, Hispanic, Asian, etc.).

That's not an "only" thing. The prosecution overcharged with 2nd Degree Murder. The prosecution is trying to show that GZ was racist. Part of that was GZ saying that TM looked like he was on drugs. The prosecution is portraying that comment as racist -- GZ sees a black teen and assumes that he is on drugs. The jury needs to know that TM *was* on drugs. P.S. I smoke weed every day. Legalize!
