Words To Michael Clarke Duncan!

Le Reyna posted the tragic news of actor Michael Clarke Duncan passing away today. I just found out about it and I want to share a few words about the famed celebrity.

Standing at 6'5" over 300 lbs, the former bodyguard is best known for his Oscar nominated role as John Coffey in the movie The Green Mile.

He participated in movies and television programs such as the Will Ferrell movie Tallageda Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, King of The Hill, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Friday, and Sin City.

To hear about his passing has completely shocked me. I was alerted by my friend and her link to the celebrity news agitation website TMZ.

Many in Hollywood and abroad have send their condolences to the lovable giant.

Publicist Joy Fehily released a statement from Clarke's fiancée, reality television star, Omarosa Manigault, saying the 54-year-old actor died Monday morning in a Los Angeles hospital after nearly two months of treatment following the July 13 heart attack.

The 6-foot-5, 300-pound Duncan appeared in dozens of films, including such box office hits as "Armageddon," "Planet of the Apes" and "Kung Fu Panda,"

Duncan had a handful of minor roles before "The Green Mile" brought him an Academy Award nomination for best supporting actor. The 1999 film, based on the Stephen King novel of the same name, starred Tom Hanks as a corrections officer at a penitentiary in the 1930s. Duncan played John Coffey, a convicted murderer.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family and many friends of Michael Clarke Duncan.
