A Wisconsin cop is in big trouble after a motorist posted a video of him allegedly planting a baggie in the backseat of his car.

The Caledonia, Wisconsin Police Department are dismissing a white cop deliberately throwing a baggie into the seat of a vehicle. One of the passengers filmed the encounter and called out the cop for doing it.

Rapper GlockBoy La Savoo a rapper from Wisconsin was one of four people detained for a traffic stop in the village.

He records the Caledonia police officer approach his vehicle before tossing an item into the backseat of the car. 

"Hey Bro, what's that?" 

The officer is heard saying "What's what?"

La Savoo said "What you just threw in here. I got you on camera, bro."

The officer responded saying "I got you on camera too."

As La Savoo turns his camera towards the vehicle's passenger seat, he sees a baggie and the cop would soon put his gloves on as he was preparing to conduct a search. The police said that they pulled over a vehicle that was traveling over the speed limit. They detained the driver and the passengers. 

They said that the a plastic baggie was removed from a passenger's pocket. They said it had no illegal substance in the baggie. They said that they discourage "officers from discarding items into a citizen's vehicle, the video is clear that the officer is NOT planting evidence or doing anything illegal. Additionally, the empty corner tear is not itself illegal."

No one was arrest but the citation was given to the driver.

They claim no wrongdoing but the video footage does make you wonder if the person wasn't filming.

Say if La Savoo was out of the vehicle and detained on the ground and the cop would "magically" found a baggie in the vehicle. The Caledonia cops would immediately prompt a search despite a verbal command saying they refuse the searching of their vehicle.

The police department claims that the incident doesn't show the moment when the cop pulled a baggie out of the pocket of one of the passengers. 

Nonetheless, the whole ordeal should bring attention to unlawful detaining and searches.

If the motorist is pulled over and there's passengers, they can say they refuse to be searched and detained. They have the right to not show identification if they're not the driver.

It never stops!

It never happens in your community....... Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how this gun reform is taking away your rights. I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth. I don't want hear folks say this is not white privilege. I don't want to hear folks say masks impede their freedoms. I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. These incidents are a tragic part of American history.

We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.

Former presidential candidate and media mogul Kanye West decides to revive his failing rap career by hosting a music release for his latest album DONDA. He showed up late and couldn't get his act together. West is best known for his support of Washed Up 45 and his own presidential bid under the Birthday Party ticket. He appeared on ballot in 25 states. He literally wanted to be a spoiler so he could assist Washed Up 45 in defeating Joe Biden.

West held a massive listening party at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Thursday night for his long-awaited, much-hyped 10th album. And while those lucky fans in attendance got to hear the album in full, the rest of us are still waiting -- because as of this writing, "DONDA" has still not surfaced on streaming services.

Given the mystique around West's persona and the tendency to see him as a sort of tortured genius or a tinderbox ready to explode, fans weren't totally surprised by the delay -- most of them noted a postponement was practically inevitable. Still, considering the fascination with West's personal life (especially in the midst of his split from Kim Kardashian) and his puzzling public antics (like that 2020 presidential run), the disappointment among Kanye fans was palpable.

Kanye West's antics continue on.

According to The New York Times, West held court at the stadium without a microphone and "walked around on a white tarp, delivering outsize gestures and dance moves to his new music for less than an hour before leaving. ... For much of the night, West stood in the center of the stadium’s football field, in the middle of a spotlight, surrounded by fog. When he walked around the venue, he spent a good portion of his time in front of the section where his four children with Kim Kardashian, North, Saint, Psalm and Chicago, were seated. Despite the fact that she has filed for divorce from West, Kardashian and her sister Khloe were also in attendance."

West's album is named in tribute to his late mother, Donda West, who died in 2007 from complications related to plastic surgery. In further commemoration of DONDA, West gave 5,000 tickets to Thursday’s listening session to faculty and students at historically Black colleges and universities in Atlanta, including Morris Brown, Clark Atlanta, Morehouse and Spelman. Kevin James, president of Morris Brown College, was also present to give West a "token of appreciation" on behalf of Donda, who taught at the school for nearly two decades and was chair of the English department.

After West's performance, the city of Atlanta presented the rapper with a plaque backstage at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The rapper was born in Atlanta, and the city officially proclaimed July 22 "Kanye West Day."

A white nationalist who may have appeared at the U.S. Capitol during the insurrection was banned on Twitter.

This white nationalist is 22 years old and has a following around the far-right circles. He is best known for his denial of the Holocaust. He went to the 2017 violent white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, and frequently espousing overt racism. For years, he managed to keep his verified Twitter profile and his privileged access.

Well he became the latest member of the ban club. The social media platform has banned Washed Up 45 permanently after he constantly incited violence, spread misinformation about COVID-19 and kept lying about the 2020 U.S. election. He constantly kept lying about the election being stolen from him.

Washed Up 45 is suing Twitter, Facebook and Google. Twitter for permanently ban, Facebook for the two year ban and Google for limiting his speeches post-presidency and eliminating white nationalists websites from being first entry.

Arizona lawmaker friendship with white extremist is well known.

Twitter finally stripped his access for unclear reasons. Company spokesperson Trenton Kennedy declined to specify why they did so, telling Mother Jones only that he’d been “permanently suspended for repeated violations of the Twitter Rules.” He declined to share more information.

He went to CPAC Dallas to crash the event and hunt RINOS. He was partially responsible for harassing the former reality television star and athlete who is running for governor of California.

The former is an Olympic athlete who married Kris and raised his two daughters Kendell and Kylie.

The former step-father of Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Rob Kardashian came out a transgender and transitioned into a woman. According to this white nationalist, they believe she was a distraction to conservatives and they wanted to make "him" feel welcomed.

The white nationalists were harassing her during her appearance at CPAC.

Just before his Twitter ban, the white nationalist spent Friday morning tweeting about his plans to crash a Conservative Political Action Conference event this weekend in Texas, boasting to his followers that “most likely, I’ll be getting physically removed from CPAC in Dallas on Saturday.” While some conservative voices and organizations like CPAC have distanced themselves from the white nationalist over his history of pro-white power and racist statements, he’s been embraced by other prominent figures on the right, including Rep. Karen Gosar (R-AZ).

Gosar thinks like Rep. Karen Gohmert (R-TX), Rep. Karen Boebert (R-CO), Rep. Karen Roy (R-TX), Rep. Karen Cawthorn (R-NC), Rep. Marjorie Karen Greene (R-GA), Rep. Karen Gaetz (R-FL), former lawmaker Karen King of Iowa and former lawmaker Karen Tancredo of Colorado.

This white nationalist has been trying to court influence with these members of Congress.

Actor, comedian and rabbi Jackie Mason passed away at the age of 93.

Was born Yacov Moshe Hakohen Maza. He was known for his 1986 one-man show The World According to Me! He won a Special Tony Award, an Outer Critics Circle Award, an Ace Award and Emmy Award and earned a Grammy nomination. 

Known for his rapid-fire befuddled observations in a decades long stand up career died in New York. His longtime friend and collaborator Raoul Felder told CNN on Saturday night.

"He died peacefully with several close friends and family at his side," Felder said. Mason had been hospitalized for two weeks with difficulty breathing.

Although born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Jackie came of age in Brooklyn, New York with brief career turns as an amateur boxer and ordained rabbi before getting into the comedy scene. He was the master of the "Borscht Belt" style of standup, leaning heavily on his Jewish culture and expressions. In his later years, he would curate a vlog called "The Ultimate Jew" on his website.

Mason love attention from his fans and enjoyed the spotlight throughout his life.

"He would talk to anybody on the street, even when he was at the height of his fame," Felder said of his longtime friend.

He added that Mason's on-stage persona as a man whose wheels were constantly turning was no act.

"I would get phone calls that would start with, 'Let me ask you something.' and I knew he had a thought of a hypothetical lawsuit to right some terrible wrong," Felder said.

Mason had once held a longstanding feud with Ed Sullivan. He apparently gave the late night host the middle finger because he had to cut his set due to Lyndon B Johnson's presidential statement. The finger incident led to Sullivan banning him from the show and it did significant damage on Mason's career. They dubbed him as unreliable, volatile and obscene. He failed to get substantial TV work for nearly two decades.

Many fans also knew that Mason had a role on The Simpsons as Krusty the Clown's father Hyman Krustofsky, a orthodox Jewish rabbi who denounced the clown's antics in the earlier seasons of the longtime show. Mason's character was killed off in 2014.

Jackie leaves behind a wife Jyll Rosenfeld and daughter Sheba Mason, who is also a comedian.

Mason was considered a bigot towards Blacks and Palestinians. He called New York mayor David Dinkins "a fancy schvartze with a mustache." That was a Yiddish term for NIGGER. He also called former president Barack Obama the term which forced him eventually off The Simpsons.

Mason called for the total expulsion of Palestinians from Israel, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem (known as a Nakba).

Slated for attendance at the theater on Saturday included most of the Republicans competing in the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial and U.S. Senate primary races. 

But many of the expected thousands in attendance will want to know if the former president will run for again in 2024.

The white nationalist will headline the event with a "Rally to Protect Our Elections."

Let's go back to listening to Jake Tapper on CNN saying that Republicans and the former president are trying to rewrite history, lie about the election and downplay the insurrection.

The former R&B singer is currently awaiting trial for sexual contact with minors, harboring child pornography and using underage minors in sex trafficking. He is in federal time out and on suicide watch.

On Friday, prosecutors in New York filed a 55-page motion asking a judge for permission to admit new evidence in the former R&B singer's sexual abuse trial.

Federal prosecutors say they have evidence of several previously uncharged crimes committed by the predator, including bribing officials for information and sexually abusing underage boys.

The sexaul predator couldn't make bail.

The former R&B singer, 54, is set to face trial on August 9th in a federal court in New York. He faces racketeering charges for allegedly running an elaborate criminal enterprise to kidnap and sexually exploit young women.

The original New York indictment from March 2020 refers to six victims. The latest court filing refers to 20 Jane Does, and 2 John Does, according to NPR.

One of the new allegations made by prosecutors is that in 2006 the predator began a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old boy he met at a McDonald's in Chicago.

According to the filing, the boy introduced the predator to a second teenage boy aged 16 or 17, with who the predator also had a sexual relationship with. Prosecutors allege that the singer coerced the second boy to have sex with others, which he often videotaped.

In the complaint, prosecutors added that they have a witness who claims the predator made her download child pornography involving boys.

Prosecutors also allege that in 2019 the predator bribed a Cook County clerk in Illinois in an attempt to gain information about his legal case following the release of the documentary series Surviving R. Kelly. 

The document cites an audio recording of a phone call between the predator and his "crisis manager." They discuss bribing the clerk with $2,500 and providing them with a burner phone to relay information back to the predator's team.

Prosecutors also want to introduce evidence that in 1994 the predator bribed an Illinois state employee with $500 to create a fake ID for the underage singer Aaliyah so that he could marry her. 

The court filing alleges that the predator believed he had impregnated Aaliyah, then 15, and wanted to marry her, so she could not be made to testify against him in court. Aaliyah died in a plane crash in 2001.

Prosecutors also want to play videos and audio recordings for the jury, showing the predator physically and verbally abusing women.

Other allegations in the filing include unlawful imprisonment, hush-money payments, and physical abuse.

The predator remains in prison in Brooklyn and has pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him.

In addition to the New York trial, the predator also faces charges of possessing child pornography and obstructing federal agents by bribing his victims in a separate case in Chicago, Illinois.

The Chicago trial is currently scheduled for September.

It appears that the race to replace Marcia Fudge is becoming a national story. The race is now between two Black women and the future of the Democratic Party. Which way should the party go?

Which agenda should the Democrats align with?

Former Ohio state senator and former Bernie Sanders presidential advisor Nina Turner is facing off against Cuyahoga County councilwoman Shontel Brown. The two are now using these last weeks for their closing messages. Turner is pushing on name recognition and policies like the Green New Deal, Medicare for All and ending college debt. Brown is pushing for internet access to communities, ending gun violence, food deserts, voter suppression and improving Cleveland and Akron.

As I stated earlier, I endorse Shontel Brown for Congress. She is prepared to take on the challenges for Ohio's 11th Congressional District. 

I believe that her local ties and her support of President Joe Biden's agenda will help her in the end.

Turner on the other hand, has name recognition and a national profile. She has embraced the policies of Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Turner has also embraced their endorsements and the donations from online supporters. 

Ocasio-Cortez, Democratic lawmaker from New York speaks on behalf of Turner and is trying to rally support for her.

Turner initially in the lead and perceived a frontrunner saw her poll numbers drop. Now she's trying to revert to baseless allegations and conspiracies.

The tensions are there between the two. The Turner campaign has called Brown's record as a councilwoman indistinguishable and made claims that she benefited from granting contracts to her boyfriend and family members.

Brown said that Turner is more focused on getting soundbites and not focusing on real issues in the distirct.

The race is tightening and many will come out and vote for either two women in a relatively safe district for Democrats. With Tim Ryan willing to give up his seat for a run at the U.S. Senate, the Democrats are banking on a candidate who won't be an anchor.

The race is almost over and it's expected to be a nail biter. Turner lead collapsed.

Turner is that anchor.

As many of you read on Journal de le Reyna, I've posted many stories on Turner. From the insufferable supporters of Bernie Sanders to the current race, Turner represents the controversial problems the Democratic Party is facing. How far should the party go without losing voters? I mean Washed Up 45 has a 90% approval rating with Republicans. Even though he is no longer in office, he still is trolling with large rallies and pushing conspiracies to generate buzz for a 2024 run. 

With Republicans capitalizing off of fear-mongering and the culture war, Turner could hurt the Biden agenda and progressive movement. She will be a distraction and an ineffective leader who appears more on television, radio and the internet. She would be an activist not a lawmaker. It will hurt the progressive movement and it will certainly not get things back to normal.

If you live in Ohio's 11th Congressional District, please vote in the election. Vote for Shontel Brown.

She will be the perfect candidate to represent Cleveland, Akron and the region. She is not perfect and does have controversial issues attached to her, but she's far better than Turner. 

Turner is too much of an activist. She will be the anchor tied to the Democrats neck. She will be too polarizing and it will make it difficult for Tim Ryan, the moderate running for U.S. Senate to win. It will also make Republicans redistrict the area to make Turner and Marcy Kaptur fight over the district.

Turner will cost Democrats in Ohio seats because she's tied to Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Cori Bush and Rashida Tlaib. They have no accomplishments as lawmakers. I respect their passion but they need to work on fixing the problems and help President Joe Biden succeed. 

VOTE FOR SHONTEL BROWN.

The Cleveland Baseball Team officially has a new name. 

Major League Baseball has confirmed that the Cleveland Indians are no more. It will be named as the Cleveland Guardians. The Cleveland baseball club was founded in 1915 and is considered one of the longest active of the 30 current Major League Baseball teams.

The team was known in the beginning as the Grand Rapid Rustlers, the Cleveland Lake Shores, the Cleveland Bluebirds, the Cleveland Bronchos, the Cleveland Naps and finally the Cleveland Indians.

The Guardians will debut in the 2021-22 season. 

The move will certainly drive the far-right nuts. After all, they're invested their time in the "Great Culture War." 

Washed Up 45 has already weighed in the change of the team.

“Can anybody believe that the Cleveland Indians, a storied and cherished baseball franchise since taking the name in 1915, are changing their name to the Guardians? Such a disgrace, and I guarantee that the people who are most angry about it are the many Indians of our Country. Wouldn’t it be an honor to have a team named the Cleveland Indians, and wouldn’t it be disrespectful to rip that name and logo off of those jerseys?  The people of Cleveland cannot be thrilled and I, as a FORMER baseball fan, cannot believe things such as this are happening. A small group of people, with absolutely crazy ideas and policies, is forcing these changes to destroy our culture and heritage. At some point, the people will not take it anymore!”

White House press secretary Jan Psaki was asked about the name change and the former president.

She basically said that the White House supports the change and isn't concerned about what the former president (tweets) or whatever he decides to throw out in a press release.

The Cleveland baseball franchise finally conceded to the longstanding racism of the previous name and logo. The Indians and Chief Woo-Hoo were controversial from the start. It depicted Native Americans in a negative light and it was over 100 years before they can finally decided to change the name.

Also a few white nationalists and enablers decided to get into the matter.

Karen Cruz, the senator from Texas as usual being a troll.

The former Ohio state treasurer and crossdresser Karen Mandel decided to throw his opinion into the matter.

Both Republicans are upset over an offensive logo and namesake being permanently retired.

By the way, the special election to replace Marcia Fudge is active. There are 13 candidates in the race but it seems like two candidates are emerging as the top tiers.
