The "other" woman ratted acquitted shooter George Zimmerman out for his antics. Now the woman want her man back in her arms. George Zimmerman escaped murder charges after he killed unarmed teen Trayvon Martin in 2012. He was found not guilty in July 2013.

The trials and tribulations of acquitted shooter George Zimmerman. The controversial case has made him one of the most hated individuals in America. A hero to the racist right, a murderer to the Black community, Zimmerman hasn't gotten through one full year without controversy.

A few months back, the man was charged with felonious assault after he threatened his girlfriend with his firearm.

His girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe wants to get the heat off him.

Zimmerman, 30, who faces a felony aggravated assault charge as well as lesser charges stemming from the incident, is asking to have conditions of his bail modified so he can resume contact with Samantha Scheibe.

According to court documents filed by Zimmerman's attorney Jayne Weintraub, Scheibe, 27, gave a sworn statement in which she wrote, "I do not want George Zimmerman charged."

Zimmerman, who had been acquitted earlier this year of murder in the death of teenager Trayvon Martin, had posted a $9,000 bond and was barred from any contact with Scheibe. He was also ordered to give up his guns and wear an electronic monitor.

Shellie Zimmerman filed for divorce after the trial. George Zimmerman had threaten her and his father-in-law after they came to blows outside their home.

Scheibe's new affidavit taken Dec. 6 stated, "When I was being questioned by police I felt very intimidated...I believe that the police misinterpreted me and that I may have misspoken about certain facts in my statement to police."

Scheibe wrote that Zimmerman "never pointed a gun at or toward my face in a threatening manner" and that "I want to be with George."

Weintraub claims that Scheibe reached out to her and asked that the order barring contact between herself and Zimmerman be lifted.

Scheibe originally told a 911 dispatcher that the incident began when the former neighborhood watch captain grew upset during an argument and brandished a weapon at her.

"He's in my house, breaking all my s--- because I asked him to leave," Scheibe told the dispatcher. "He's got a freaking gun, breaking all my stuff right now."

If these transgressions were caused by Trayvon Martin, he would have been locked up.

Scheibe said at the time Zimmerman pushed her out the home and locked her out. Authorities said when they arrived Scheibe gave them keys to the home, and that they had to push through obstacles by the door to get in.

At the time, Zimmerman told police that Scheibe instigated the incident.

The November incident was Zimmerman's latest run-in with the law since his acquittal in Martin's death.

In September, he was arrested and then released without charges after his wife called 911 to say Zimmerman punched his father-in-law in the nose and threatened to shoot him and his wife.

Zimmerman claimed that he was acting in a "defensive manner" during the incident, according to police, who later added that they never found a gun on Zimmerman.

He has also been pulled over for speeding, once in July and again in September. During the July incident, he alerted the officer that he had a gun in his glove compartment.

On July 18, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office said Zimmerman was one of two men who came to the aid of a family who became trapped inside their Ford Explorer after it rolled over on the side of the highway.

By the time police arrived, two people -- including Zimmerman -- helped the family get out of the overturned car, according to the sheriff's office.

I am getting really tired of hearing about this guy in the news.

Um, this comes as no surprise but I am not a fan of you, your brother Robert, Jr., your "unofficial" spokesperson Frank Taaffe and Sean Hannity (by whom I refer to as That Guy Who Helped Obama Win).

I have a bias against people like you. The bias is stupidity. 

Stupidity isn't a BLACK AND WHITE thing.

It's a common theme and it affects all races, genders, and it doesn't matter what age it is.

You do stupid things like point a gun at a girlfriend, you're begging for trouble.

You shouldn't even think of having a gun after this trial, but since you want to do a victory lap in your hoodie, I guess you get what you pay for.

Yeah, I believe that the court decision was fair. Although, I didn't agree with the decision, I stand by it and hope that the jurors understand what they've done.

I'm certain that you can at least try to have a normal life. But since this was a high profile case and it was elevated by the likes of Al Sharpton (by whom I refer to as Rev. Perm), wherever you go, the cloud of guilt and suspicion will continue to plague you.

I know that you, your wife and this woman here are not attention whores. I understand that things happen.

It's natural that we all have disputes.

But in no way I will tolerate all this hoopla by the likes of you, your wife and this woman.

You people need to sit your asses down and solve these problems before you end up causing harm.

You ended a young man's life over a confrontation you should've avoided in the first place. You wanted to be a freaking hero. You want to meddle in affairs you have no business. 

Who's to say that kid Trayvon Martin didn't "Stand His Ground"?

You are the living example of the bipolar disorder most American fear: The reactionary.

I don't know you personally, but clearly from all the run-ins with the law to the outpouring of sympathy from the likes of That Guy Who Helped Obama Win, you are a media whore.

You're a delusional, hyperactive, bipolar narcissist with a reckless fascination with firearms. You're not a Democrat like those folks over at Breitfart claim you are. You're an endorsement of the stupidity that comes straight out of Sarah Palin's c*nt.

The So-Called Knockout Game Comes To Ohio!

Bartholomew Snow and another man knocked out Matthew Gutierrez. He didn't think that punch would kill him.

Hey the KNOCKOUT GAME came to Ohio. The victim was a White man. He was punched in the nose.

He ended up dying from his injuries. The local junk food media claims he was punched so hard he had a brain aneurysm rupture. But you wouldn't believe who was the suspect in this knockout game?

It wasn't those Black thugs, you and Sean Hannity (who I refer to as That Guy Who Helped Obama Win) been harping about for the last few months. It was is a WHITE GUY. And this White guy was a perennial of the county lockup.

If found guilty this man Bartholomew Snow will now probably get life in the iron college for the death of 29-year old Matthew Gutierrez.

The Dayton Daily News reports that the Montgomery County Sheriff and Dayton Police are working with the bus service over the alleged assault. The Dayton RTA which has a transit center in the center of the city has evidence that a scuffle occurred.

Bartholomew Snow, 33, was arrested at about 6 p.m. Police said he will likely be booked into the Montgomery County lockup this evening pending a charge of felonious assault, but different charges could be forthcoming when the case is presented to prosecutors.

The family Gutierrez said he suffered swelling on the brain before being put in a medically induced coma and eventually being declared brain dead.

Gutierrez was trying to rebound from his previous run ins with the law. He was trying to get a bus when these men ran up on him with "medicine".

Like every good Samaritan, you would inform the security about the problem. Who would figure that telling would land a five finger roll on the man?

His brother, William Lynch, said Gutierrez was the youngest of five siblings and father to three sons, two with his fiance.

Matt Gutierrez was killed after he gotten assaulted by men at local transit center.

Gutierrez was living in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction's NOVA house and was 90 days sober from a heroin addiction, according to Lynch.

"He was no saint by no means," Lynch said. "But he was clean and sober. He was doing good."

Police first made contact with Gutierrez at about 5 p.m. Friday. He said he'd been punched in the face by one of two suspects and he was bleeding from his nose, according to the report.

He was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where he was treated and released.

His sister told police that his head was still hurting after being released so she took him to Kettering Medical Center. There he was given a CAT scan and released again.

"They said if he gets worse to bring him back," Lynch said.

The next day, his sister called 911 because Gutierrez awoke throwing up blood and stopped breathing. He was once again rushed to Kettering Medical Center, where he died.

The coroner's office said an autopsy is planned for Tuesday.

"The whole thing has not been handled well from the moment he approached the cop at the hub," Lynch said. Gutierrez's family said they want answers and accused the police department of not taking the investigation seriously.

"There are so many cameras. There are so many cops. It's supposed to be a safe place," Lynch said of the RTA hub. "I don't understand."

Dayton's RTA Transit Center was the scene where an incident of the so-called Knockout game occurred.

Lynch said the family was told a homicide detective has been assigned to the case.

Gutierrez told police on Friday that the men who attacked him may have been angry because he previously reported them to security for selling drugs at the RTA hub.

One suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 150 to 160 pounds with a goatee. He was wearing a tan Carhartt-brand jacket with a gray hooded sweatshirt underneath on Friday.

The second suspect is described in the police report as a black male in his late 20s, 6 feet tall, 120 to 130 pounds, wearing a maroon hat.

When the black male is caught for this crime, it will be front page on The Drudge Report (I refer to as That Guy Who Throw Shit On The Wall).

Washed Up Reality Star Invokes Hitler!

Do you remember the list of celebrities that America hates?  Meet Tila Tequila.

The Raw Story has another gem and it features a washed up celebrity and her stupidity.

Tila Tequila is a entertainer who rose to fame as that broad who wanted men and women to work their asses off for her affections. She would dub this "A Shot At Love" and it was on MTV. It ran for three seasons and gain notoriety for her being this Asian American girl who was a heavily tattooed diva who wanted to find the right person to be with.

I once dated a woman from Covington, Ohio who was a die hard drinker and reality television watcher.

This woman would introduce me to the broad's reality series. I found it to be really distasteful. I mean who would risk their time to date a woman who rose to fame on showing a couple of boobs for a few dollars.

I mean this broad has dated NFL stars, NBA players and a heiress from Johnson & Johnson (before she ended up killing herself on a drug binge). This broad pissed off many Jewish Americans with her little getup.

James Howe was murdered. He worked on a reality show for washed up reality star Tila Tequila.

“I am not going to sit here and say that I hate Jewish people because that is not the case nor is this about Jews,” Tequila wrote.

“It is about Hitler and his side of the story that was never told since he was not the victor. However, those of you with a closed mind can think I am being anti-Semite all you want because I already told you that I am not, nor will I repeat myself again.”


The barrage of pro-Nazi imagery came less than two years after a public statement on Tequila’s part declaring she had converted to Judaism, saying “I just feel like the Jewish people have such a beautiful way about them, and I can’t wait to officially be Jewish. Shabbat Shalom.”

Animal New York reported that Tequila also used anti-Semitic language in a December 6 post making light of the death of 42-year-old James Howe, who was shot and killed in their home on November 27.

I am guessing that the Anti-Defamation League will not be pleased with her response.

Although, she is entitled to express this outfit and endorsement of this horrible war lord, she should know better. I am sure that America's Next Top Model will have no problem letting this one go!

And believe me she should take her silly ass out of the limelight. It's not helpful for America Next Top Model to have this woman acting a fool when the cameras aren't running.

Tila Nguyen (born October 24, 1981), better known by her stage names Tila Tequila and Miss Tila, is a Singaporean-born American model and television personality.

She is known for her appearances in the men's magazines Stuff, Maxim, Penthouse, her role as host of the Fuse TV show featuring performance striptease, Pants-Off Dance-Off and her position as the most popular artist on MySpace (according to page views) circa April 2006.

Nguyen was allegedly choked and restrained by former boyfriend Shawne Merriman, who was later arrested.

San Diego district attorney Bonnie Dumanis decided not to charge Merriman after her office spent three days reviewing reports from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.

Nguyen sued Merriman for $1.5 million. Several weeks later, Merriman countersued, alleging intentional interference with contract, unfair competition, and trademark infringement. Merriman claimed that she was on a serious drug binge and he was trying to prevent her from acting a fool.

She declined to respond to his more recent actions, and a default judgment was entered in his favor for $2 million.

Nguyen stated she was engaged to heiress Casey Johnson and was photographed with a diamond ring.

Johnson, who had long suffered from Type I Diabetes, was found dead in 2010. The Los Angeles Coroner's Office announced that Johnson "died from diabetic ketoacidosis, a life-threatening condition caused by a lack of insulin and high blood sugar". She was reported to have neglected to take her medication, and died naturally.

In 2011 Vivid Entertainment released a video of Nguyen engaging in sexual acts with pornographic actresses Kristina Rose and Charlie Laine.

Nguyen has stated that the video was made for personal use and she did not consent to its release.

It was reported that Nguyen has agreed to check into rehab after having reportedly "almost died" from an attempted suicide by overdosing on pills. The incident caused her to be hospitalized from a brain aneurysm.

Nguyen completed her rehab treatment in 2012.

Upon completing her treatment, Nguyen opened up about her near-death experience to US Weekly stating "I can remember feeling like the bones were popping out the side of my head [because] the pain was so bad. I took some medications and tried to go for a nap, but when I woke up I was vomiting. I really thought I was going to die.

She was born in Singapore, raised in Houston, Texas, and now lives in Los Angeles, California.

Newlyweds Kill Sex Partner!

Love isn't a crime unless you have a sickening fetish to kill. A 22-year old man and his 18-year old wife are likely going to spend the rest of their lives (apart) in the iron college if they're found guilty in the murder of a man who wanted to have sex with them on Craigslist.

A couple from Pennsylvania is charged with murder of a man who answered a Craigslist ad.

The fetish couple who wanted to pleasure themselves with the sight of blood. Now their little sex game got them facing murder charges. Somehow, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win (known as Sean Hannity to those who aren't familiar with the nickname) and Racist Asshat Colin Flaherty ignored this story because it didn't fit their narrative of "BLACK ON WHITE CRIME".

What these two did was totally wrong. It wasn't because they're WHITE PEOPLE, but it's because these two were freaks and they didn't care who's lives they taken. For that, they suffer.

Troy Laferrara paid the price for a sexual encounter.

These 20-somethings are pretty stupid. Instead of spending their time working on the American dream, they'll be facing be spending time apart in the iron college for the rest of their lives. That's if the judge is litigant enough to spare them from the gas chamber.

Elyette Barbour, 22, and his wife Miranda Barbour 18, were married just three weeks when they allegedly killed Troy Laferrara, 42, after setting up a meeting with him on Craigslist.

According to police in Sunbury, Pennsylvania., Elyette Barbour said the couple had tried to kill other people in the past but were not successful until they met with Laferrara. The murder occurred on Elyette Barbour's 22nd birthday according to the police affidavit.

Police said even after arresting the couple, they were still reviewing other previous suspicious activity or events that might be related to the couple, including the death of the biological father of Miranda Barbour's 1-year-old child.

"We have unresolved issues and that is one unresolved issue," Sunbury Police Chief Stephen Mazzeo said of the unidentified man's death. "We are looking at liaising with other departments."

Mazzeo said the couple had recently moved to Pennsylvania from North Carolina and at this time police were not looking for any other accomplices in the murder.

Police arrested Miranda Barbour on Tuesday and she was charged with homicide Wednesday. She told police that she consistently met with men who wanted companionship and was compensated for this with money.

Miranda Barbour told police she met Laferrara through Craigslist and met him only once. According to police, Barbour said that after picking up Laferrara at a mall, she stabbed him only after he put his hands around her neck and groped her.

Although originally police did not arrest Elyette Barbour, they were suspicious of him after finding video of the couple buying cleaning supplies the night of Laferrara's murder.

On Friday, Elyette Barbour was arrested after allegedly admitting to police that he had been hiding in the back seat of his wife's car under a blanket when she met Laferrara.

He allegedly told police that after his wife signaled him he jumped out and wrapped a cord around Laferrara's neck as his wife stabbed him. Laferrara's body was found with 20 stab wounds, according to police.

Police said after the couple dumped Laferrara's body, they then cleaned their car and went to dinner. Elyette Barbour was arraigned Friday on charges of homicide and aggravated assault.

According to the arrest affidavit, Elyette Barbour said the couple killed Laferrara because they just wanted to murder someone together. Calls to Miranda Barbour's public defender were not immediately returned. It was unclear Saturday morning whether Elyette Barbour had an attorney.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Troy Laferrara. We believe Elyette and Miranda Barbour are innocent until proven guilty. However, if the evidence is proven they've murdered this man, we would like to see justice serve to the family of the victim. They should either get the gas chamber or life in the iron college for their crime.

Roaches Survive The Winter!

Cockroaches survive the winter.

Reported from FoxNY and the Associated Press, a species of the cockroach is surviving those cold nights in the fall. Biologist are knocking down the stereotype that roaches run to the heat.

The High Line, a park that turned a dilapidated stretch of elevated railway on Manhattan's West Side into one of New York's newest tourist attractions, may have brought a different kind of visitor: a cockroach that can withstand harsh winter cold and never seen before in the U.S.

Rutgers University insect biologists Jessica Ware and Dominic Evangelista said the species Periplaneta japonica is well documented in Asia but was never confirmed in the United States until now. The scientists, whose findings were published in the Journal of Economic Entomology, say it is too soon to predict the impact but that there is probably little cause for concern.

"Because this species is very similar to cockroach species that already exist in the urban environment," Evangelista said, "they likely will compete with each other for space and for food."

That competition, Ware said, will likely keep the population low, "because more time and energy spent competing means less time and energy to devote to reproduction."

Michael Scharf, a professor of urban entomology at Purdue University, said the discovery is something to monitor.

"To be truly invasive, a species has to move in and take over and out-compete a native species," he said. "There's no evidence of that, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be concerned about it."

The newcomer was first spotted in New York in 2012, by an exterminator working on the High Line.

The scientists suspect the little critter was likely a stowaway in the soil of ornamental plants used to adorn the park. "Many nurseries in the United States have some native plants and some imported plants," Ware said. "It's not a far stretch to picture that that is the source."

Periplaneta japonica has special powers not seen in the local roach population: It can survive outdoors in the freezing cold.

"There has been some confirmation that it does very well in cold climates, so it is very conceivable that it could live outdoors during winter in New York," Ware said. "I could imagine japonica being outside and walking around, though I don't know how well it would do in dirty New York snow."

The likelihood that the new species will mate with the locals to create a hybrid super-roach is slim.

Rand Paul's Condescending To "THE BLACKS" Tour!

The controversial stallmigo hasn't done anything that merits a historical nod, but yet he's on Loserville and every other outlet bragging about him stepping foot in one of the nation's most populated cities to go bankrupt.

Stallmigo Rand Paul is a fixture on the networks. A little too much for the fellow Kentuckians, though.

He makes an appearance on Loserville Sunday and talks about his days in the Motor City and the president's healthcare law.

He claims that he's opened a Republican office in Detroit. The Detroit Free Press gets reaction from Michigan Democrats on the Tea Party politico's visit.

Democrats responded in a variety of ways to the stallmigos's Friday visit to Detroit.

The Kentucky Republican was in town helping the GOP effort to start reaching out to minorities in Michigan and to introduce his "Economic Freedom Zones" plan.

Paul plans to introduce legislation next week that would turn zip codes with unemployment rates over 1.5 times the average into zones where federal income taxes would be reduced to 5 percent, capital gains taxes would be eliminated and other incentives would be offered to potential residents and entrepreneurs.

But Michigan Democratic Party officials called Paul's involvement in the GOP's African American outreach effort "bizarre."

"Sen. Paul was a vocal opponent of the auto rescue, which saved over a million jobs, and led the Republican effort to shut down the government, costing Michigan's economy hundreds of millions," said state Democratic Party spokesman Josh Pugh.

"... It's time for our elected leaders to stop the tax giveaways, invest in communities and improve education."

Paul said Friday that he asked U.S. Sen. Carl Levin (D-Detroit) to support the legislation.

Levin's response landed somewhere in between the positions of Granholm and Pugh, saying some aspects of the proposal could be helpful, but that he disagrees with much, "and probably most" of it.

“Targeted tax incentives, or removing tax disincentives for those who live or work in the city, could help as part of a strategy for Detroit’s future," Levin said in a statement.

“However, no plan can succeed unless it includes investments in public services and infrastructure, like education and neighborhood renovation, to help build a foundation for a safe and prosperous community."

State Rep. Thomas Stallworth (D-Detroit), who leads the Michigan Legislative Black Caucus, said urban communities need more help than tax relief would provide for low-income residents.

"Detroit and other urban cities throughout Michigan don’t need this type of help," Stallworth said in a statement. "We need investment in our communities that bring good paying jobs, and funding for education and training."

Yeah, Republicans and the Black community are distant cousins. Very distant.

The party can barely crack over 10% of the vote. In the mind of most White conservative men, Black people are "natural born criminals". The continuous talk about the "knockout game" and "Obama's sons" are some of the reasons for the turmoil between the Black community and Republicans.

Currently, a majority of the Republican voter base is White American. While historically the party had been supporters of rights for African Americans since the 1860s, it lost its leadership position; the GOP has been winning under 15% of the black vote in recent national elections (1980 to 2008). The party has recently nominated African American candidates for senator or governor in Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Maryland, though none were successful. In the 2010 elections, two African American Republicans were elected to the U.S. House of Representatives.

The Republican Party abolished slavery under Abraham Lincoln, defeated the Slave Power, and gave blacks the vote during Reconstruction in the late 1860s. Until the New Deal of the 1930s, blacks supported the GOP by large margins.

Most black voters switched to the Democratic Party in the 1930s when the New Deal offered them employment opportunities, and major figures, such as Eleanor Roosevelt, began to support civil rights.

They became one of the core components of the New Deal Coalition. In the South, blacks were able to vote in large numbers after 1965, when a bipartisan coalition passed the Voting Rights Act, and ever since have formed a significant portion (20–50%) of the Democratic vote in that region.

In recent decades, the party has been moderately successful in gaining support from Hispanic and Asian American voters. George W. Bush, who campaigned energetically for Hispanic votes, received 35% of their vote in 2000 and 44% in 2004.

The party's strong anti-communist stance has made it popular among some minority groups from current and former Communist states, in particular Cuban Americans, Korean Americans, Chinese Americans, and Vietnamese Americans. The election of Bobby Jindal as Governor of Louisiana has been hailed as pathbreaking.

He is the first elected minority governor in Louisiana and the first state governor of Indian descent.

In the 2008 presidential election, John McCain won 55% of white votes, 35% of Asian votes, 31% of Hispanic votes, and 4% of African American votes.

In the 2010 House election, the GOP won 60% of the white votes, 38% of Hispanic votes, and 9% of the African American vote.

According to John Avlon in 2013, the Republican party is more diverse at the statewide elected official level than the Democratic Party, including Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval and South Carolina Senator Tim Scott.

For decades, a greater percentage of white voters identified themselves as Democrats, rather than Republicans. However, since the mid-1990s whites have been more likely to self-identify as Republicans than Democrats.

Rand Paul is condescending.

Out of one breathe he wants people to support "freedom". But in the same voice, he wants to take away that freedom from those who he wants to "help".

He has no accomplishments in his state and is very unpopular there. He has an disapproval of 38%  - an approval of 32%.

Before I go, I want to to send my condolences to my grandma Gladdis Thomaston who just passed away Saturday. I will miss my grandma. And even in sadness and sorrow, we move forward. That's what I will do in the spirit of my family.

Better On The Other Side!

As I just got off my job, I gotten word that my grandma Gladis had passed away today.

She lived a great life and the family will miss her. It's hard and I'm soaking with emotional distress.

And even though, I can't shed tears like my mom and sister, I do show my sorrows tonight for the passing of my grandma.

Like it hits close to home when you lose a family member. Yes, it does hurt alot.

But we'll be alright. We all know that she cared for us and loved us dearly.

Let's hope we can live to see the days pass by.
