I strongly believe that Fox, MSNBC, Newsnation and CNN did a disservice to the Democratic Party. They hold them accountable for everything. But to make nice with President-elect Donald J. Trump and Republicans, they have to let them bullshit to the masses without being fact checked.
Anyway, Chris Wallace joined CNN in 2022. He announced he will leave the controversial cable outlet soon.
A representative for CNN confirmed the news to USA TODAY on Monday. Mark Thompson, CEO and chairman of CNN, said in a statement that Wallace is "one of the most respected political journalists in the news business with a unique track record across radio, print, broadcast television, cable television and streaming."
Wallace, 77, announced his impending departure to The Daily Beast on Monday, sharing that he intends to take his talents to an independent streaming or podcasting platform.
"We want to thank him for the dedication and wisdom he’s brought to all his work at CNN and to wish him the very best for the future," the statement concluded.
Wallace, who hosts "Who's Talking to Chris Wallace?" on Max and anchors "The Chris Wallace Show" on Saturdays for CNN, will wrap his duties at the broadcaster by the end of the year, per The Daily Beast. The outlet reported "The Chris Wallace Show" will end next month, and Friday's episode of "Who's Talking" will be its last.
Trump has exhausted so many. His neverending antics will further America in decline and push forth a new era where other countries will emerge as a superpower.
Trump and President Joe Biden sped it up because of their old stubborn ways.
Israel comes to mind.
Wallace was sick and tired of the political madness.
The former "Fox News Sunday" anchor made waves in 2021 when he announced he would be leaving Fox News after nearly two decades. At the time, he was slated to be one of the headlining news personalities at streamer CNN+, but the service was scrapped in its entirety within weeks.
While at Fox, Wallace moderated debates ahead of both the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections.
Speaking with USA TODAY in 2022, Wallace admitted it was "a bumpy road" to getting to "Who's Talking."
"I've spent 18 years hosting a Sunday talk show, and I very much enjoyed that. But I've got a lot more interests than just politics," he said at the time. "I love entertainment, and I love sports and I'm fascinated by business and I'm very interested in culture."
Wallace also revealed, "I just frankly got tired of covering politics implicitly."
"Covering politics exclusively, it becomes so incremental," he said. "I mean, how many weeks in a row was it, 'Here's the minuscule development on the Build Back Better bill?' You feel like you're slicing this salami thinner and thinner."
On "Who's Talking," Wallace has interviewed figures from Robert De Niro, Whoopi Goldberg, Matt Damon and Carol Burnett to Sen. Bernie Sanders, Gloria Steinem, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Dr. Anthony Fauci and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
In a recent interview with The Arizona Republic, part of the USA TODAY Network, Wallace admitted he still enjoys covering U.S. politics after decades in the profession.
"Yeah, I do. God help me, I still love it. I still am excited — you know, by all the things that I do. I love covering a political campaign. I love the interviews I do."
When asked how much longer he sees himself interviewing people, Wallace referenced the longevity of his father, the late "60 Minutes" correspondent and investigative journalist Mike Wallace.
"I can't give you a number, but I will say Wallaces work. You know, my dad was still working late into his 80s. I don't know if I'll go that long, but I'm not about to hang it up," he said. "Life has a way of deciding things for you. But at this point, knock on wood, I've got my wits, I've got my energy about me and my curiosity is running strong. What else do you need?"
In 2020, Trump did not invite Biden to the White House. In 2020, Biden invited Trump to show at least he doesn't hold grudges.
The status quo.
President Joe Biden turns 82 on Nov. 20. He is the oldest serving president and will retire from politics after that. Incoming, the oldest elected president, Donald J. Trump.
At age 78, he will be the oldest elected president again. His birthday is June 14.
He is younger than Biden but will be months ahead of Biden at age.
Biden was elected at 77. He turned 78 soon after.
Trump surpassed him.
Today, Biden welcomes Trump to the White House.
The president will appear at the inauguration for Trump and J.D. Vance.
Trump did not invite Biden to the White House or attended his inauguration.
Biden still showing respect for the office will offer Trump a peaceful transition.
Trump denied Biden many times a peaceful transition.
Y'all voted for this.
Trump has not learned anything and folks who voted for him will soon find out how dim witted his policies are. But the Democrats brought it on themselves.
Supporting Israel, not fighting against the disinformation and not holding Trump accountable led him back into the White House.
Family Dollar is expected to close up to 1,000 stores. The end game is the parent company Dollar Tree is selling it off and the company itself has experienced some downturn.
Y'all voted for this. Expect this to happen more once President Joe Biden is out and future President Donald J. Trump is in.
Dayton, Ohio is expected to lose seven stores in the near future. One located close to downtown is closing. The nearest Family Dollar is located four miles.
The Family Dollar at 1130 N. Main St. at E. Helena Street, about a mile north of downtown, is set to close Nov. 23. The store is selling items at a 20% discount this week. The store is expected to offer sales of 30% off next week and 40% off in its final week of operation. They remodeled the store in Nov. 2023.
It shocked shoppers and angered community residents who already fed up with food deserts and corporations forcing out smaller stores.
The recent Family Dollar closures were on N. James H. McGee Boulevard, N. Gettysburg Avenue and Salem Avenue. Future locations expected to close include Patterson Road and W. Third St. (Westown Shopping Center).
In a Nov. 4 press release, Dollar Tree notes that the company is exploring the sale of Family Dollar, among other considerations. "The Family Dollar business segment... could include a potential sale, spin-off, or other disposition of the business," the statement reads.
In March 2024, Family Dollar announced plans to close 1,000 stores. The company pointed to inflation, a shift in consumer spending, and safety concerns were all factors contributing to lower sales and profit below expectations.
The dwindling locations began affecting Ohio around April, when Family Dollar announced it would be laying off some or all of the 265 employees who work at those locations on or around April 20.
The chain will also shut down more than 300 Family Dollar and 30 Dollar Tree stores at over the next several years, according to a company press release from April 2024.
Republicans continue to hold the House. Thanks to the Democrats ignoring the issues that voters cared about, Republicans have a chance to pass Donald J. Trump's agenda without opposition.
Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) will likely keep the House Speaker role. He will face some opposition from Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) but it will not stop the Republican Party's nomination of Johnson.
The Democrats and Republican sabotaged President Joe Biden.
The Democrats and Republicans sabotaged Vice President Kamala Harris.
Biden sabotaged his presidency by siding with Israel and giving aid and comfort to the apartheid ethnostate. Trump will only increase aid to Israel.
Y'all voted for this.
If the Democrats would have listened to the protesters. If the Democrats would have listened to border state mayors. If the Democrats would have listened to parents.
C'mon, I have no freaking clue to how the Democrats lost.
But I guess the support for Israel doomed them.
Israel being a big issue as well as the economy, immigration and democracy helped Trump and hurt Harris.
Racism and sexism was an issue but not a huge issue.
Pollsters got it wrong.
Democrats squandered their majorities because of their support of Israel.
Young voters, Muslim, Arab American, Black men, Latinos, LGBTQ Americans and especially Black women are not monolithic. Democrats have taken advantage of them and it's time to stop scaring voters.
Stop supporting Israel. Stop pandering. Stop treating MAGAland as idiots. Focus on a strategy that can at least win voters over. No more identity politics.
Y'all voted for this. Ohio is declining and by 2050, Georgia and North Carolina will surpass the state in population.
Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), vice president-elect will resign in early January and Ohio governor Mike DeWine will pick a Republican replacement to fill seat.
He will be the first Ohioan in over 100 years to be the Vice President of the United States.
Middletown is the city where he grew up in. The city will have a honorary road, school or memorial to the controversial lawmaker.
Ohio is on the road to decline.
Department of Development officials are projecting that the state of Ohio is in the beginning stages of a long-term population decline, according to a new report.
The department predicts that 675,000 will leave the state by 2050.
Ohio voted for Donald J. Trump three times. J.D. Vance will be the Ohioan who becomes vice president.
The gradual decrease in residents is due to slow migration patterns, an aging population and declining fertility rates, according to the report.
From 2020 to 2050, department officials project that the population will decrease by 5.7%, or approximately 675,552 people.
The report states the population began decreasing in 2020 because of a “sharp increase in mortality” during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ohio saw a record number of resident deaths in 2020 at 143,000. That number increased again in 2021 with 147,500 deaths.
Ohio declines. White majority state still.
“However, the declining fertility rate and the aging of the population have occurred over the longer term, so the record number of Ohio resident deaths in 2020 and in 2021 have simply accelerated the timetable – and likely the magnitude – of expected population losses,” the report states.
A map provided by the Department of Development projects that Clark, Preble, and Darke counties will see the greatest population decline in the Miami Valley.
Warren, Greene, and Miami counties are projected to see the biggest population growth.
According to NBC-4 TV, population loss can affect Ohio in several ways, including reducing government services and city maintenance, and lower city and state tax collections.
Ohio gained approximately 60,000 people through domestic and international migration in the 2010s, making it the first decade since the 1950s where more people moved in instead of out.
According to the report, Ohio is the seventh-most populated state, but the Department of Development predicts Georgia and North Carolina will surpass the Buckeye State by 2030.
“Ohio is expected to remain the ninth most populous state for many years beyond the scope of these projections,” the report reads.
Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, West Virginia and Missouri are the Rust Belt.
These states are declining in population and it is expected that Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Michigan will lose a representative come 2030.
New York, California, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Missouri will lose a seat while Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Georgia and North Carolina will gain one.
Seth Moulton opposes transgender women in women's sports. Okay, that's his opinion. Moulton tells Democrats to focus on issues that voters care about.
We doing this again.
Stop getting mad at the latest noise from these folks. It didn't do us any good to get riled up over remarks from lawmakers. Just stop.
Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) must be defeated at the ballot box. Quit trying to force members out because of some opinion.
This is why the Democrats are losing.
We latch on to things that have no damn change in strategy.
As I explained in post election, Democrats are their own worst enemy. We already have enough of this with Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA). With independents Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema gone, we will have folks like Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Sen-elect Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) joining Fetterman in being moderate or saying shit that may affect the chances of retaking the senate.
In 2026, Democrats will have to defend seats in states Trump won and face opposition from progressives who still feel that support for Israel will do us in.
Fuck the noise.
Moulton believes transgender women should not play in women's sports.
Okay, I don't agree with him but I am not going to waste my time driving him to the Republican House conference. The Democrats are calling for him to resign.
Keep this up and he will join the Republican conference.
Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) and Tulsi Gabbard are examples of this.
Moulton supports abortion right, same-sex marriage, and opposed Protecting Women and Girls in Sports act 2023. He supports legal immigration and advocates for immigration reform, but opposes illegal immigration and has called it "something we have to confront". In 2022 and 2023, Moulton cosponsored the Transgender Bill of Rights and voted in favor of the Equality Act.
Following Vice President Kamala Harris' loss in the presidential election, he expressed opposition to transgender participation in girls' sports, saying that he does not want his daughters "getting run over on a playing field by a male or formerly male athlete." Following his remarks, his campaign manager resigned in protest, his comments were condemned by Salem mayor Dominick Pangallo and he faced protest from constituents. In an MSNBC interview, he refused to apologize and claimed the backlash "[proved] his point".
"I meant what I said as a dad, and I mean that we ought to be able to have a discussion in the Democratic Party about contentious issues. Now, this is just one example. We have a lot of problems with many issues," he said. "We can't connect to American voters about the economy. Why is it that they trust someone who's going to raise American prices at a time when we're suffering from inflation? We can't acknowledge that we have a problem at the border. And many of the same people criticizing me today are this, are the same folks who said, 'Ignore the border; it's not an issue.' Who said inflation is transient? I mean, I don't even know what that means. Who attacked me when I said President Biden should step down? When actually, that's what the voters were saying. So, what I said is consistent with the views of the majority of Americans, but it's shut out of the Democratic Party debate. And I think that's a problem for the party."
"Congressman Moulton is not the only Massachusetts Democrat seeking to have difficult conversations in the wake of the election," said Steve Kerrigan, chair of the Massachusetts Democratic Party. "This process is critical for the future of not just our party, but our country. But my hope is that we do it in a thoughtful manner that doesn't target or demonize anyone. Congressman Moulton and I have always had a positive, straightforward relationship, and I know that will continue, but, as I’ve said, his comments don’t reflect the values of our party, which stands firmly with transgender people and the entire LGBTQ+ community."
"If you care about the rights of LGBTQ people, trans people or any other minority, I wouldn't put your faith in the Republicans," Moulton also said. "I would put your faith in Democrats, which means that we need to figure out how to appeal to the majority of Americans so that we can start winning elections again."
Moulton is coming to terms with a second Trump term.
President-elect Donald J. Trump and Vice President-elect J.D. Vance will take reign on Jan. 20, 2025. They will enact Agenda 47 or Project 2025.

Enough of the shock and awe. Let's stop destroying our own. Let these idiots speak their minds. It's the voters decision to keep them or get rid of them.
Besides, if they're so obsessed with being in other people's business in the restroom, the locker room, the bedroom or the local hotel, that will reflect on the laws they pass and the results of voter outrage.
Let the Republican Party overplay their hand. They always do.
Their incompetence will result in someone's life being affected and it will result in rejection of them.
Tony Todd, the prolific voice actor has passed away.
American actor who is known for his role in Candyman, the DC Universe and numerous other voice roles has passed away on Nov. 6.
Tony Todd, the iconic actor who was famous as horror villain Candyman, voiced Zoom in the TV series The Flash and the voice of Darkseid in the Justice League DCMU has passed away at the age of 69.
Todd died Wednesday at his home in the Los Angeles area, his manager Jeffrey Goldberg said in a statement to The Associated Press.
“I had the privilege to have Tony as my friend and client for over 30 years and I will miss that amazing man every single day,” Goldberg said.
“Known worldwide for his towering presence, both physically and artistically, Tony leaves behind an indelible legacy in film, theater, and the hearts of those who had the honor of knowing him,” Goldberg’s management company said in announcing the death.
“We bid farewell to Tony Todd, a giant of cinema and a beloved soul whose impact on our lives and the world of film will never be forgotten,” it said.
Todd’s film resume included roles in award-winning movies such as the Oliver Stone-directed classic “Platoon,” released in 1986.
Todd was also known for his role in the 2000 horror film “Final Destination” and its sequel in 2003. The film company New Line Cinema mourned Todd’s death on social media over the weekend:
“The industry has lost a legend,” the company said on Instagram. “We have lost a cherished friend. Rest in peace, Tony.”
In “Candyman,” released in 1992 and followed by a remake in 2021, Todd played a menacing killer who had a hook on one arm. The premise is built around an urban myth that Candyman roamed the Cabrini-Green housing projects in Chicago and could be summoned by saying his name five times in front of a mirror. The 2021 movie explores societal problems such as racism and police brutality.
Todd played Darkseid in the Justice League Dark Apocalypse film.
Todd’s television career included roles in “Night Court,” “Matlock” and “Law & Order.”
“Off-screen, Tony was cherished as a mentor, a friend, and a beacon of kindness and wisdom,” Goldberg’s company said. “He gave his time and resources to aspiring actors, consistently advocating for greater representation and authenticity within the industry.”
“Those who knew him will remember his warm laugh, generous spirit, and his dedication to his craft,” the company said. “Whether on stage, on screen, or in personal conversations, Tony brought an unyielding honesty that resonated deeply with his friends, family, and fans.”
Todd appeared in more than 100 theatrical and television films and played opposite many major Hollywood stars. His film credits include: Platoon (1986), Night of the Living Dead (1990), Candyman (1992), The Crow (1994), The Rock (1996), Wishmaster (1997), the Final Destination series (2000–2025), Minotaur (2006), and Beg (2010). Todd was the voice of The Fallen in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009) and was also in the Rel Dowdell film Changing the Game. Todd was a special guest of the Weekend of Horror Creation Entertainment on May 23, 2010, and Screamfest LA. Todd portrayed Reverend Zombie in Hatchet II, which was released in a limited number of theaters on October 1, 2010. Todd returned as William Bludworth, when he filmed Final Destination: Bloodlines in 2024.
Todd's other television appearances include a recurring role on Boston Public and guest appearances on Law & Order, Homicide: Life on the Street, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, Xena: Warrior Princess as Cecrops, The X-Files, Smallville, Psych, 24, Charmed, Stargate SG-1, Andromeda, Criminal Minds, 21 Jump Street, and Chuck.
Todd is one of the few actors to have portrayed two different speaking roles on 24. He was initially cast as Detective Michael Norris in season three and four years later as General Benjamin Juma in both 24: Redemption and season 7. He also played a major role in the Babylon 5 TV film A Call to Arms.
He portrayed several characters in the Star Trek universe: Worf's brother Kurn in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, an adult Jake Sisko in the episode "The Visitor" in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and an Alpha Hirogen in the episode "Prey" in Star Trek: Voyager. In 2017, Todd returned to the world of Star Trek as General Rodek in the MMORPG game Star Trek Online.
Todd also provided the voices of the Decepticon Dreadwing on Transformers: Prime, and Icon in Young Justice.
In 2015, Todd was cast as the disguised voice of Zoom (portrayed by Teddy Sears when undisguised) in the second season of The Flash. Todd would later reprise his role in the fifth season episodes "What's Past Is Prologue" and "Godspeed" (though the latter featured archive audio of Todd instead) and returned to the role one last time for the series finale, "A New World, Part Four".
On October 12, 2018, it was confirmed by Bloody Disgusting that Todd would star in a recurring role in Scream: Resurrection, the third season of the slasher television series Scream. The season premiered on VH1 on July 8, 2019.
The U.S. is still the only country backing Israel. President Joe Biden and President-elect Donald J. Trump will not change course.
Israeli strikes killed dozens of people including children on Sunday in Lebanon and isolated northern Gaza, as the world watched for signs of how the U.S. election might affect the wars between Israel and Iranian-backed militant groups Hamas and Hezbollah.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that he has spoken three times with Trump since Tuesday’s election and they “see eye-to-eye regarding the Iranian threat and all of its components.” Israeli President Isaac Herzog is scheduled to meet with Biden on Tuesday.
The Israeli airstrike in Lebanon killed at least 23 people, including seven children, in Aalmat village north of Beirut, far from the areas in the east and south where Hezbollah has a major presence. There was no Israeli evacuation warning. Israel’s military said that it hit a Hezbollah site used to store weapons, and the strike was under review.
Hezbollah began firing rockets, drones and missiles into Israel after war broke out in Gaza, in solidarity with the Palestinians and Hamas. Israel retaliated, and a series of escalations have led to all-out war.
In northern Gaza, an Israeli strike on a home sheltering displaced people in the urban refugee camp of Jabaliya killed at least 17 people, including nine women, according to Dr. Fadel Naim, director of Al-Ahly Hospital in Gaza City.
Israel’s military said that it targeted a site where militants were operating, without providing evidence. It said the details of the strike were under review.
Old strategy. These three old bastards will destroy the world.
A separate strike hit a house in Gaza City, killing Wael al-Khour, a minister in the Hamas-run government, as well as his wife and three children, according to the Civil Defense first responders who operate under the government.
Israel has conducted numerous attacks on Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon and Syria. The world leaders are considering an arms embargo and international sanctions on Israel.
The U.S. continues to block attempts to force Israel into submission.
Biden will leave office on Jan. 20, 2025. Trump and J.D. Vance will continue the same policies and advocate for stripping freedoms from Americans who protest the apartheid ethnostate.
The controversial media personality and rapper announced she has cancer at the age of 21.
Danielle Bregoli known as Bhad Bhabie confirms she has a form of cancer.
The media personality became famous after her appearance on Dr. Phil and her trademark phrase "Cash Me Out B....."
Bregoli revealed her cancer diagnosis after social media noticed her drastic weight loss.
Known for bipolar disorder and violent outbursts, Bregoli often attacks other women whenever she gets upset at them. She is also a victim of domestic violence with her ex partner.
Bregoli began dating Le Vaughn in 2020. She gave birth to their first child, a daughter, in March 2024. In July 2024, Bregoli posted graphic footage alleging abuse by her ex-boyfriend, Vaughn. The videos were deleted from her Instagram story but circulated online. They showcase security camera footage of her being forcibly slammed to the ground and pushed with his knee.
Since the comments surfaced in early October, Bregoli had posted several photos of herself in body-hugging outfits, but did not address fans' concerns until this week. Hours after Bregoli shared her story, a family member confirmed Friday morning to TMZ that the rapper is indeed battling cancer. The family member said Bregoli is receiving treatment from a doctor but did not share additional information.
On Friday, Bregoli's mother, Barbara Bregoli, also shamed gossip blogger Perez Hilton after he shared news of the musician's health announcement. Barbara Bregoli said Hilton implied Bhad Bhabie would fake her diagnosis. "There is also the possibility that she might've pulled a Lil Tay," Hilton said in a video posted early Thursday, name-dropping the braggadocious young rapper who was the subject of a death hoax last year.
"I don't know if she's lying. I'm not claiming she's lying ... knowing how these types of people operate, I wouldn't put it past her to do something like this for attention," Hilton said. "And actually I hope that's the case because it would suck if she had or still has cancer at such a young age."
Barbara Bregoli fired back on Instagram: "I pray to God one of your children never get cancer. I've had it twice. How dare you say my daughter's faking this."
After her daughter's announcement, Barbara Bregoli recalled her own experience with cancer medication. "For all those individuals commenting on cancer and cancer meds just bloating you this was me one year after my 1st diagnosis," she captioned a 2008 photo of herself looking slender in a white skirt and black sleeveless top.
Echoing her daughter's sentiments, Barbara Bregoli urged people to "stop with your assumptions!!!"

If you are a student with food allergies and digestive problems, a school is required to accommodate to the needs of said student. The student who has allegeries to nuts, wheat, milk or seafood could have deadly results.
But for intentional and unintentional food contamination, it is very rare.
1. Restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores are forbidden from having chemicals near food. The federal and state authorities have strict guidelines to contamination.
2. Insect spray, rat poisons, unauthorized cleaning chemicals and glue traps are not used in restaurants, gas stations, bars and retailers.
3. All businesses use contactless pest control devices which involves no poison.
4. Any biohazard like blood, mucus, fecal matter, vomit, semen, vaginal fluid, saliva and hair, animal droppings, skin, tears, sweat and breast milk in food must be destroyed.
Makayla Lomax, 31, Marrisa Johnson, 26, and Morgan Donahue, 21 can face 10 years in the iron college, lose their teaching licenses and be labeled potentially dangerous child offenders.
The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
In Delaware, these three women face charges after investigators say they allegedly abused and neglected students with special needs at a Delaware elementary school.
The investigation, led by the Smyrna Police Department and Delaware Department of Justice, started back in February.
According to Smyrna police, the investigation revealed “an alleged pattern of troubling behavior in a special needs elementary classroom” in the Smyrna School District.
Employees in the classroom allegedly threw things at the students, called them names and yelled at them, according to investigators.
One of the suspects named in the investigation, 31-year-old Makayla Lomax, is accused of hitting a student in the face and spraying them with a water bottle to discipline them.
Investigators say the other suspects, 26-year-old Marrisa Johnson and 21-year-old Morgan Donahue, allegedly fed hot sauce and hot Takis to a special needs student, who they knew had digestive issues, in the fall of 2022.
The three women were arrested this week.
Lomax faces nine counts of endangering the welfare of a child and offensive touching. She was handed a $12,500 bond.
Johnson faces 10 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was handed a $10,000 bond.
Donahue faces one count of endangering the welfare of a child. She was handed a $500 bond.
The Smyrna School District released a statement on social media after the arrests, stating that those employees haven’t worked with students since the allegations came to light in February.
“We have worked diligently with our law enforcement partners throughout the investigation. The community and school system have been patiently waiting the conclusion of those extraordinary efforts,” the statement said, in part. “We appreciate the diligence and thoroughness of law enforcement in bringing closure to this troubling matter.”
The Smyrna Police Department said in a press release that the school district cooperated throughout the investigation.
NBC News reports that some Black Americans are getting racist texts from anonymous sources. Hey, y'all voted for this. Figure it out.
America voted for this.
I advocate for an accountability list.
I want a comprehensive list of lawmakers who accomplish passing legislation.
I want a list of lawmakers who do nothing while serving in the House or Senate.
I want a list of lawmakers who appear in the junk food media too much.
Okay, no more anger at the white supremacy festering with the Republicans and MAGAland. It is not getting us anywhere. I am done trying to expose these folks.
Let them fester in hate. Cause they will fuck with the wrong people and lose their lives to a person who ain't taking their shit.
Again, I do not advocate violence but I will not condemn it any longer.
If a person who identifies with the left starts attacking a Trump supporter or Republican causes, it will be looked upon as the end game. Cause Democrats had pipe bomb threats, nooses and firearms in their faces.
Democrats should return the favor.
Abandon the gun reform message and advocate for more Black and Brown Americans to own firearms. I endorse indigenous tribal people to fight with armed resistance if America violates treaties that involve their land and sovereignty.
I will back any LGBTQ American exposing closeted Republicans and conservative agitators.
I will back women who refuse to date Trump supporters.
I will back men who refuse to date Trump supporters.
Well if you're a MAGAland supporter and you happen to be Black, well here you go.
Dozens of Black people across the country said they have received text messages telling them they had been “selected” to pick cotton “at the nearest plantation.”
Sharecroppers are mostly immigrants. What happens when the Trump administration attempts to unlawfully round up immigrants?
The messages came just hours after the polarized presidential election came to a close this week.
On Wednesday morning, Monèt Miller, a publicist from Atlanta, was reeling over Donald Trump winning the White House when she received a text message from an unknown phone number.
“Our Executive Slaves will come get you in a Brown Van,” the message read, “be prepared to be searched down once you’ve enter the plantation.
Miller, 29, was shocked. She wondered how the person got her phone number, and questioned whether she was being watched. In a panic, she responded, “Who is this?! I’m going to find who you are” and shared a photo of the text on social media. She learned that some of her shared friends had received the same text.
“It’s a scare tactic,” Miller said in an interview. “I saw it and was like, ‘What in the world?’ Usually, in any other instance, someone is racist to the point where it’s funny, it’s a bad humor sort of funny. But that day, with the climate and everything going on, I genuinely felt scared.”
Black social media users across the country said they have received text messages similar to Miller’s. Many of the recipients are college students from a wide range of schools nationwide, including Ohio State University, Clemson University in South Carolina, the University of Southern California and Missouri State University, NBC News has confirmed.
Domonique Valles, 23, who attends the University of Southern California, said he and some of his fellow Kappa Alpha Psi frat brothers who received the text messages and has since filed a complaint with the FBI.
“I definitely feel kind of unsafe on campus,” Valles said. While he said he’s unclear what the campus can do to make people feel safe, “they definitely need to at least come in support of people who are suffering from this Black community.”
In a statement, the university called the messages "hateful and unacceptable," and added that it was referring students who received them to the campus Office for Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX.
The FBI said in a statement Thursday that it is aware of the texts, has been in contact with the U.S. Department of Justice and encourages people who receive them to report the messages to local law enforcement authorities.
Various Clemson University students reported receiving the text messages, prompting a public statement from the school. “These numbers have been determined to be associated with online spoofing sites.” Campus police is “actively investigating the matter and working with state partners to identify the source of the messages,” the statement reads in part.
It is unclear who is behind the mass text messages, what motivated them or how they obtained phone numbers for swaths of Black people. But some of the anonymous numbers appear to be tied to TextNow, a text messaging service that allows users to obtain untraceable, “burner” phone numbers.
A TextNow spokesperson told NBC News in a statement that it is aware of the messages. “As soon as we became aware, our Trust & Safety team acted quickly, shutting down the accounts involved within the hour,” the statement said. “TextNow is proud to be an inclusive service offering free mobile text and data to millions of Americans. We do not tolerate or condone the use of our service to send harassing or spam messages and will work with the authorities to prevent these individuals from doing so in the future.”
The Attorney General’s Office in Virginia condemned the messages Wednesday and directed anyone who “believes themselves to be under threat” to contact law enforcement. Police departments and leaders in cities across the country have also addressed the situation.
People as young as high school students, and some beyond college have also received these messages, which began rolling out the morning after Election Day. Some of the messages mention President-elect Donald J. Trump.
Brian Hughes of the Trump campaign denounced the texts and said it is “absolute nonsense” to link the president to the messages.
“If we can find the origin of these messages which promote this kind of ugliness in our name we will obviously take legal action to stop it,” Hughes said in a statement to NBC News.
“President Trump built a diverse and broad coalition of support, with voters of all races and backgrounds,” he added. “The result was a landslide victory for his common sense mandate for change. This will result in a second term that is beneficial to every working man and woman in our nation.”
Some recipients responded to the texts with anger and others with a sense of humor, but many agree that the messages seem to be a bleak foreshadowing. The NAACP condemned the messages, saying they believe the messages were a product of the president-elect’s rhetoric.
“The unfortunate reality of electing a President who, historically has embraced, and at times encouraged hate, is unfolding before our eyes,” the statement read.
Although college students seem to be the most targeted with the texts, Black people of varying ages have reported receiving the messages. Corryn Freeman, 35, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, said she along with her friends’ high school-age students have received the messages. She said that if the texts are a mass spam operation, it may signal danger for the recipients, that, “our collective safety is potentially at risk.”
“I don’t think that it’s a coincidence that this is happening just a day after a Donald Trump election,” Freeman told NBC News. “I think that the election has reignited and inflamed people who have racist tendencies to show up and show out. I think that this is intentional to scare people of color, Black people, into a reality that we don’t want to go back to.”
Black Democrats weren’t the only recipients of the text messages. John Anthony, a Black Republican who hosts a conservative radio show in Illinois, said he received the message Wednesday afternoon and immediately chalked it up to a leftist ploy.
“They tried to make it appear as if it came from Trump or Republicans,” Anthony said of the message, adding that he believes the message came from a “leftist organization” hoping to sow racial discord. “This is the beginning of the, ‘let’s go after Trump and his supporters’ type of thing. That’s what I got out of it.”
The Federal Communications Commission said i a statement that it was aware of the messages and “is looking into them alongside federal and state law enforcement.”
A spokesperson for the CTIA, the official trade association representing the wireless communication industry, told NBC News in a statement that several wireless carriers were impacted by the mass texts and the association is “pushing back on the aggregators which handle text message campaigns like this from the outset.”
The text messages seemed to have died down as of Thursday evening, but Miller said she’s afraid that they may only be the start of an onslaught of racist targeting.
“Now, people are testing the limits of how far they can go with playing with people,” she said. “I definitely see that this is just the beginning … I just feel like we’ll be attacked more in person in the future rather than behind phone screens.”
Did you know that President Joe Biden and President-elect Donald J. Trump ran for president over four times?
Trump ran in 2000, 2016, 2020 and 2024.
Biden ran in 1988, 2008, 2020 and 2024.
Biden was elected at 77. Served when he turned 78.
Trump was elected at 78. He retains the title of oldest president come Jan. 2025.
Their white privilege allowed this. They extremely old and senile but the American people voted for them. This must change.
While most news outlets called the race in favor of Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ), the AP has not officially called it.
It is expected that Sen-elect Gallego will defeat the controversial former news reporter Kari Lake by a few thousand votes. The Republicans are the party of white supremacy, election denialism, disinformation and ignorance.
The American voters elected a man who is a convicted felon, a liable sexual predator, an election denier, an insurrectionist and the very definition of white privilege. A man who said the Haitian migrants are eating the pets.
Kari Lake was a superfan of President-elect Donald J. Trump and Vice President-elect J.D. Vance.
She will fade away or find some position in the Trump administration.
Gallego is pro Israel. That may change once Democrats finally come their senses and see the writing on the wall.
Lake will not concede despite the junk food media saying the race is called.
Lake who ran for governor against Katie Hobbs lost handily. She refused the results and is a subject of four lawsuits. Some claim her rhetoric defamed them and they are suing her.
Lake supported former president Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. She interviewed Obama numerous times. Lake was assigned to cover Trump's second bid for president in 2015 when she turned to MAGAland.
Gallego, who has served in the House for nearly a decade representing a Phoenix-based House seat, will succeed outgoing Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ). Sinema opted against reelection after changing her political affiliation from Democrat to Independent last year, as Sinema faced steep odds in getting reelected.
Democrats must get a minority leader who isn't polarizing. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is a pro Israel asshole. The outgoing Majority Leader must relinquish power.
I want Ron Wyden, Sheldon Whitehouse, Tammy Duckworth or Chris Van Hollen to take the leadership role of Minority Leader. Schumer is too polarizing and unpopular with Democrats.
New leadership and an end to civil discourse. Angry resistance is the only thing I will support if the Democrats want my vote.
The Atlanta Falcons have a superfan who is always attending the games, dressing up in an unique outfit and always rooting on the team to victory.
She was arrested by the Atlanta Police when she appeared at the latest home game at Mercedes Benz Stadium.
Carolyn "Birdlady" Freeman of Macon, Georgia was charged with theft by deception. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Many fans from the Falcons and opposing teams accuse the Birdlady of stealing donations for tailgate parties.
It appears that she used the funds for her clothes, shoes, wigs, makeup, feathers, expensive box seats and away games. She also used the funds to help herself and family members.
The victims want her permanently banned from Atlanta Falcons events and her season passes revoked.
The arrest warrant, issued on Oct. 30, 2024, states that Freeman obtained $14,000 dollars to orchestrate a party for the Chiefs-Falcons game on Sept. 22, but did not show up for the event and did not return the money.
Prior to the game, Atlanta News First Investigates asked Freeman about accusations she used money she had collected for tailgates and Super Bowl events in the last 10 years to pay for car repairs, her season tickets or personal seat license at the stadium.
“I don’t need that money,” Freeman said. “I’ve never had a problem with money. I have money; my family has money.”
When asked about the Chiefs tailgate claims, she said that she was not given $14,000 dollars, adding that she did not owe them money, she said, because she spent more than they had given her.
One week before the warrant was issued, Atlanta News First Investigates revealed the Chiefs fan club’s claims along with two similar events from 2017 involving a Seahawks fan club tailgate and a trip for Falcons fans to the Super Bowl in Houston.
When asked about theses events, Freeman said that the Seahawks fan club was lying and that they had a “great tailgate.” She added that the bus company that she was helping promote the trip to the Super Bowl in 2017 was not honest with her, and that she made sure every fan got their money back.
But since the story aired, Atlanta News First Investigates found fans who say she did the same thing to them with a trip to an international game in London in 2014.
“I couldn‘t believe it, I was like, ’Man, she‘s still doing that?’” exclaimed JeNard Gibson who had paid to go on the trip with her in 2014.
Gibson said that his money had gone directly to the travel agent, so he was able to go, but others who paid Freeman directly had a different experience.
“Watching your story… she used the ‘got pulled over by the cops,’“ Gibson said pointing out similarities in his experience to the Chiefs fans experience. “She used that on us, too. She used a concussion. She was sick.” Gibson recalled.
We asked Freeman about the London trip and she said she couldn’t believe anyone would say it didn’t happen.
“We had every event that was promised,” Freeman exclaimed. “We had a great time. We had a really good time.”
Atlanta News First Investigates spoke with the event planner who booked the flights and hotels in London and she confirmed the promised events did not happen.
Freeman, who was also named a 2016 Bud Light NFL Super Fan, was featured on an Equifax billboard inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium this season. The credit bureau company removed her image after Atlanta News First Investigates inquired about recent allegations that she had taken money from the Chiefs fan club.
Freeman with Falcon cheerleaders.
Tammy Southwood, an organizer for the Kansas City Chiefs Arrowhead South Georgia Chapter filed a police report with Atlanta Police on Oct. 7. Southwood told Atlanta News First Investigates that come gameday, Freeman kept telling them over the phone that she was on her way, but she was in the hospital for asthma and later said she had an incident with the police.
According to the club’s records, more than 300 people paid $14,500 to Freeman through apps like Eventbrite, Venmo and PayPal.
Southwood said she never showed up to the tailgate, but they then received photos of Freeman at the game.
In response, Freeman told us that her handyman had tripped while loading the trailer and “bust his head open, blood everywhere.” She added that he had to be taken to a local hospital and that she herself had been in the hospital the night before from pushing herself too hard.
Freeman said that by the time she made it to the tailgate location that day, the Chiefs fans had left, but she told them they could come get all of the items she bought after the game.
While Freeman and Southwood did have a contract for the tailgate, Freeman insisted that Southwood voided it via email. She said that she had proof, but never shared the email with Atlanta News First Investigates.
Catherine Baskett, a Kansas City organizer with the Chiefs fan club who helped plan the event, said that’s not true and they never heard from Freeman again after those phone calls.
Baskett said the Georgia Attorney General’s office and Atlanta Police contacted her the day after the Atlanta News First investigation aired, asking for more information and bank statements.
The fan groups from 2017 and 2024 also claimed that Freeman said part of the money collected for tailgates would go to her nonprofit, Bridlady Cares Inc.
BirdLady Cares Inc. has been registered as a 501(c)(3) with the Internal Revenue Service for almost a decade. Guidestar, a philanthropic research website, details the nonprofit’s mission as serving children affected by abuse, domestic violence and bullying.
When Atlanta News First Investigates asked how much of the money went to her nonprofit, Freeman said, “None of that went to it because I spent more than I received, so BirdLady Cares has got nothing.”
In the warrant for her arrest, the officer states that they tried to call Freeman and left her voicemails. They said they sent local police to her house for a welfare check, tried contacting her family members, and even the local hospital, but could not find her. The officer states she “disappeared.”
When Atlanta News First Investigates reached Freeman via phone the Saturday before the game, she said she had been in the hospital all week, ill with breathing problems, had thrown out her back, and a pipe in her basement had burst, but she would meet us at the game ahead of the season ticketholder tailgate.
“Duct tape and super glue, it’s an illusion,” the Birdlady said Sunday.
The Birdlady got caged.
Atlanta News First Investigates confirmed Freeman is a season ticket holder with a personal seat license at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
A petition to ban Freeman from Falcons games that began in 2017, has now garnered more than 500 signatures.
A spokesperson for AMB Sports and Entertainment, which owns the Atlanta Falcons’ Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United FC; Mercedes-Benz Stadium; Atlanta Drive GC; and PGA TOUR Superstore; said this is a legal matter and declined comment on the claims or the arrest.
We asked the Georgia Attorney General’s office if they are investigating, but have not heard back.
Maybe she should run for president. The Birdlady mugshot looks almost bad as the Trump mugshot.
A spokesperson for the IRS said they cannot comment on tax matters of specific taxpayers, including tax-exempt organizations.
By the way, the state of Georgia had criminally charged President-elect Donald J. Trump. He used his white privilege to delay his trial in Fulton County. The prosecutor Fani Willis won her reelection. The president-elect had pressured the state secretary of state Brad Raffensperger to cancel votes out of Fulton County.
The trial is likely postponed because of him being in transition and under federal law and the Supreme Court's immunity decision, Trump cannot be charged while in transition and office.
Whereas Freeman is charged as a private citizen, Trump, a private citizen and well established politician used every trick in the book to protect his white privilege.
Barely won. Nevada Democratic senator Jacky Rosen prevents another Republican flip.
Winners and losers of 2024.
Stop courting white people. The Democrats will never win over white men and women.
They will remain in the Republican Party as long as the party continues to push for white supremacy. The Democrats need to stop pushing facts and start lying and spreading rumors. No more courting Black men. Stop court the uneducated people.
Start using disinformation.
Welcoming the new senators. Vice President Kamala Harris will do her final duties in the Lame Duck session. She will swear in the new senators.
Sen-elect Adam Schiff (D-CA), Sen-elect David McCormick (R-PA), Sen-elect Andy Kim (D-NJ), Sen-elect Elisa Slotkin (D-MI), Sen-elect Jim Justice (R-WV), Sen. John Curtis (R-UT), Sen-elect Bernie Moreno (R-OH), Sen-elect Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE), Sen-elect Angela Alsobrooks (D-MD) and Sen-elect Tim Sheehy (R-MT) will be sworn in on Jan. 3, 2025.
The Senate will have five African American senators. Alsobrooks and Blunt Rochester will be the fourth and fifth African American women to serve. Carol Mosley Braun, Kamala Harris and Laphonza Butler served at least one term in the Senate before retirement.
Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-NV) wins her U.S. Senate race after the AP called the race in her favor. It keeps the Republican Party from extending their gains.
Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) has not won against Kari Lake and the AP has him leading.
Ohio, Montana, Pennsylvania and West Virginia went to the Republicans.
Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), Vice President-elect will resign soon and Gov. Mike DeWine of Ohio will appoint likely Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) to fulfill the term.
Okay, the filibuster was the biggest issue holding up President Joe Biden and his agenda.
Republicans along with outgoing independents Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin fucked up everything.
Now with an incoming Donald J. Trump second administration, Republicans see the opportunity to push through federal judges. Trump could appoint more Supreme Court nominees if Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Sonia Sotomayor retire or die in term.
Election denier Kari Lake comes closer to Ruben Gallego in Arizona senate race.
The filibuster will end once the Democrats stall a controversial nominee.
Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) says he will not eliminate the filibuster. But he is no longer the Minority Leader come Jan. 2025. He never can be trusted.
The Democrats stop the filibuster after Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) continued to stall former president Barack Obama's nominees.
McConnell robbed Obama and Biden of their Supreme Court nominees by stall nominations and ramming through Trump's appointment of Amy Coney Barrett.
Despite the allegations of abuse of power, Republicans have the Congress.
They continue to remain unpopular with policies but yet won over voters with lies about immigration, transgender rights and the economy.
The Republican House members will demonize Rep-elect Sarah McBride (D-DE), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Rep. Maxine Waters.
McBride will be sworn in as the first U.S. member who is a transgender woman.
Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) will continue to be absolute bitches. Along with Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) will be the worthless members in the news.
Even a well off Black man can be killed by police. Elroy Clarke called the police to remove an individual and he ends up dead.
This is Joe Biden's America. This will be Donald J. Trump's America.
I just want to say that the Second Amendment is White, period.
More chaos.
No George Floyd Policing Act.
According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant thugs and criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. According to the far right, almost all white [or non-white] mass shooters are registered Democrats [or some progressive activist] because they have liked or done one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share or post disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme or make bogus social media platforms with the shooter's image as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white or associated with conservative causes. The far right says a white person or the police should "protect" themselves from thugs, terrorists or protesters. They believe the use of firearms are "justified" if they are protesting or even instigating a conflict. The far right believes if a shooter is a police officer, an active military member, a veteran or a citizen who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens in urban communities, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.
Long story short, a man in Charlotte County, Florida was lynched by the deputies. A Black man called 911 because he wanted a person trespassed from his property.
The man was confronted by five deputies. It started somewhat cordial until one of the deputies ran his address in the system and it had a warrant for a minor offense.
It quickly escalated to where deputies deployed a taser and another used pepper spray. Then they used batons. Then they quickly resorted to deadly force.
Not once did the man attack the police. He remained defiant because he said they were on his property and he demanded them to leave. Then they used beanbag shots before the man runs towards a deputy where the bitch shot him six times. The bitch claim he was hit in the head. Literally getting hit by a beanbag projectile is extremely painful and possibly fatal. The man wasn't even trying to attack the deputies. As you see he was resistant but not violent.
Elroy Clarke, 42 died.
The deputy who shot him went sobbing like a fucking baby. The deputy did not render aid or showed any any compassion for the unarmed man.
Ron DeSantis and Republicans love this.
They will say if he would have complied.
He called the police and they unalived him.
The incident happened on Wednesday, Oct. 23, on Sandy Pine Drive near Punta Gorda.
The body cam shows the deputy who tased Clarke and later shot him dead.
At 12:15 p.m., deputies responded to a disturbance between two men, Troy Johnson and Clarke.
Clarke called to report that Johnson, his tenant, was acting erratically and wanted him off his property.
During the course of the interaction, deputies identified Clarke as having an active warrant for failing to appear in court on a trespassing charge from an incident on June 4.
Deputies attempted to arrest Clarke. However, Clarke said he didn't know who Elroy Clarke was and claimed his name was "Ben Day."
Deputies asked Clarke to put his hands behind his back, but he refused.
Body cam video shows that Clarke was repeatedly warned that he would be shocked with a stun gun if he did not comply. After being stunned multiple times, Clarke still refused and was immediately pepper sprayed.
The deputies finally arrest the individual who Clarke called on.
He remained standing, repeating that he was unaware of why he would be under arrest, video shows.
After further discussion between deputies and Clarke, one of the officers retrieved a less-lethal bean bag shotgun from the patrol car.
Clarke was hit multiple times and remained standing.
At this point, the video shows Clarke lunging toward a deputy who was holding a gun.
In the text of the video released by the sheriff's office, it said, "After Clarke was struck with the final bean bag round, he charged at and made contact with Deputy #3. Deputy #3 was holding his service weapon. Deputy #3 and Deputy #1 discharged their service weapons, striking Clarke."
CCSO said CPR was performed on Clarke until medics arrived. Clarke was pronounced deceased at the scene.
In a news conference on Wednesday, Sheriff Prummell promised to provide this video as soon as possible so the community would be able to see what happened during the incident.
This is what the junk food media to describe Elroy Clarke. They used his mugshot from a previous encounter. It gives the perception of his death being justified.
According to Prummell, the deputies are on administrative leave as per protocol.
Johnson ended up being arrested for failing to register as a convicted felon.
According to the arrest report, Johnson is facing charges of possession of firearm by a convicted felon, manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Prummell said CCSO is working with the State Attorney's Office as the investigation continues.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
No more lengthy talks about gun violence and police violence.
