There's no signals as of yet. There's rumors going around that Supreme Court Associate Justices Stephen Breyer and Clarence Thomas are retiring in the near future. 

With the Supreme Court being a 6-3 majority thanks to Republicans rushing through Washed Up 45's third pick of Amy Coney Barrett, the need for judicial reform and the removal of the filibuster is needed. The Republicans refused to support Barack Obama's third pick of Merrick Garland. 

The Democrats are still fumed about the McConnell rule. They are still considering pushing more seats to balance the Court evenly.

Top contender for the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson

Enter President Joe Biden. He has promised to put more women, Muslims and minorities in the federal court. 

Under Washed Up 45, he managed to get 220 nominations and three Supreme Court justices confirmed. 

Under Barack Obama, he managed to get 140 nominations and two Supreme Court justices with one being denied.

Now Biden has rollout his list of names to be confirmed to the federal court. To replace Garland, who is currently the Attorney General of the United States, Biden has a woman of color for that position. She could be the first African American woman to be on the Court.

He will announce the pick of Ketanji Brown Jackson as the replacement for Garland. Court insiders believe she could be the first pick in the Biden's Supreme Court nominees.

The other nominees to replace retiring federal judges include Tiffany Cunningham, a partner at the law firm Perkins Coie, LLP for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and Candace Jackson-Akiwumi, a partner at the law firm Zuckerman Spaeder, for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Biden has signalled he will get an Asian American on the Court as well if he manages to get another vacancy filled. 

The president has also signalled that Zahid N. Quraishi could be appointed to the federal appeals court which would make him the first Muslim to sit on top level federal bench.

While the far-right is covering President Joe Biden's dog Major biting another White House worker, Hunter Biden's laptop, Tara Reade's latest grift, the president almost slipping on a rain soak stairs to Air Force One and their obsession with his mental abilities, the president is touting his infrastructure plan.

Biden took a victory lap when he confirmed that over 100 million doses of vaccine were distributed to Americans. He now wants another 100 million out before his 100 days.

The president went to Pittsburgh to rollout his proposal.

This plan will require those who make over $400,000 a year in salary (the current salary of the President of the United States) to pay taxes to fund the country's declining infrastructure. Trust me, if this gets passed, the funds should go to the Brent Spence Bridge in Cincinnati. 

That is one of the most dangerous bridges in the country. After a truck explosion on the bridge in 2020, the critical need to replace that bridge is growing. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) is all for the replacement of the bridge. But his fellow Ohio senator and two Kentuckian senators are opposed to it.

Outgoing Republican Rob Portman of Ohio, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Minority Leader, Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) have not supported any infrastructure bill. They refused during presidencies of Barack Obama and Washed Up 45.

Interstate 75 is a major corridor for traffic and that bridge is going to collapse. The bridge is the gateway between the Midwest and the South. If the Congress passes the bill and Biden signs it into law, it could be the beginning of a movement to get the bridge replaced.

With the Biden "Build Back Better" plan, he will eliminate the old talking points of Washed Up 45 and Ronald Reagan. 

He is calling for the end of trickle down economics.

Biden is calling for $2 trillion in new spending on roads, bridges, rail and instructure. He wants to make better jobs for The president wants to end the Trump tax cuts which lowered corporate tax rate to 21%. He wants to bring it up to 28% and stiffen a minimum tax on multinational corporations.

The proposal will immediately see backlash from Republicans and the far-right. They have again signalled they will block any proposals. Democrats have hinted that a budget reconciliation is possible.

Transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg is hoping to get the ball rolling on funding Interstate 69 between Indianapolis and Martinsville, Indiana which will make the freeway 95% complete. The proposal of Interstate 69's Ohio River Bridge is still a controversial topic. They hope to make a toll bridge to connect Evansville with Henderson, Kentucky. 

The proposals for Interstate 40 to travel from Barstow to Bakersfield is on the table as well as Interstate 49's extensions into Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas and Missouri. 

The Gordie Howe Bridge is being worked on between Detroit and Windsor, Canada.

The Skyway Bridge which carries Interstate 275 from St. Petersburg into rural Florida and Bradenton is need of work.

Will the junk food media get past their controversial meal ticket?

I mean the current president should be the junk food media's focus.

The former president talks to his daughter-in-law about President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, the election results and his rumored comeback. All of this was filmed at Mar-a-Lago and ready for his supporters to view. That is until Facebook and Twitter decided to pull the video.

It appears that the permanent ban on Washed Up 45 is still in effect. In early January, there was an insurrection. The former president sparked a seditious attack on the U.S. Capitol. Thousands of his supporters broke into the Capitol and destroyed the offices of lawmakers and the current House Speaker, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

Facebook could ban Lara Trump if she attempts to bypass her father-in-law's ban.

Nearly 500 terrorists were arrested and many of them have no financial means to survive due to their actions. Many of them filmed their criminal acts. They were not only fired from their jobs, but banned on social media, shunned by friends and family and are likely either facing hefty fines or federal time out.

Some were notable figures in the junk food media and social web. The whole ordeal was cheered by Washed Up 45. He was forced to tell the insurrectionists to "go home" and said "he loves them."

The latest police shooting in the United States. Again, a never ending theme here on Journal de la Reyna is the “What Happened To” postings. I often do these postings in regards to the latest incident involving a person of color being either killed by gun or racially motivated violence. 

Everyday, we still see these incidents of people of color being shot and killed by the police. Time after time, law enforcement seem to be never held accountable for shooting Black men and women. It's always the cop's word over the dead body.

Three men were arrested in the weekend gunfire in Virginia Beach.

I hope that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris work on police reform.  

These stories involve police shootings in which people of color are either injured or killed.

The police often get the benefit of the doubt whenever they use deadly force. Given we're still in a major pandemic which 575,000 Americans are gone, the issue of gun violence and systematic racism still exists in the United States.

Last weekend's mass shooting in Virginia Beach, Virginia has a personal impact on media mogul and music producer Pharrell Williams.

The entertainer is calling for transparency after his cousin was killed by the Virginia Beach Police.

Donovon Lynch, 25 died on Friday after he was shot in the torso and thigh. The Virginia Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

The Virginia Beach Police declined to release the name of the cop who shot him. They said that Lynch was armed at the time of the shooting. But again, I don't want to jump to conclusions. E.J. Bradford was a lawful gun owner trying to detain a shooter when Hoover, Alabama cops shot him. They tried to pin the shootings on him. The cop who shot him didn't get punished and the real terrorist was clear in Georgia before the law caught him.

The law said that his weapon was recovered.

Lynch is the cousin of Pharrell Williams. Williams is a rapper, singer, songwriter, producer, actor, astronomer and fashion designer. The entertainer's publicist told the folks over at CNN that he is totally devastated and urges the Virginia Beach Police release the transcripts. 

"It is critical my family and the other victims' families get the transparency, honesty and justice they deserve. Virginia Beach is the epitome of hope and tenacity and, as a community, we will get through this and come out even stronger," Williams wrote.

Lynch was an offensive lineman for the University of Virginia's College at Wise during the 2017 and 2018 seasons and a 2019 graduate of the school.

The cop who shot Lynch did not activate his body camera. So basically, it's a "cop's word over a dead body." The cop will say anything to justify why he shot Lynch.

Mind you the scene was chaotic and cops weren't being shot at. If the cops were shot at then you would hear this Virginia Beach cop being treated for his injuries.

Or could it be the results of a domestic violence incident. The other victim in the mass shooting was 28-year old Deshayla Harris. 

There were three shootings and 10 people were hit by gunfire. The other mass shooters were arrested.

Three men, ages 22, 20 and 18, were arrested and each charged with seven counts of felonious assault, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and reckless handling of a firearm in connection with this incident.

Pharrell Williams, a native of Virginia Beach is a Grammy award winning entertainer. He is demanding the cops release the video and body cam footage of a cop killing his cousin.

The three shootings are unrelated, and there were a total of 10 victims, including the two who died, police said.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Ralph Northam, Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) and the U.S. Representatives of the state offer the same old "thoughts and prayers" and the "hearts going out to." 

It's getting fucking old.

Today is day three of the trial of the former Minneapolis Police officer who is accused of murdering George Floyd. The dirty cop placed his knee on the neck of Floyd after an escalating situation over an alleged forged $20 bill/

Today, the prosecution is showing never before seen video from the Cupp Foods and street cameras.

The state is trying to convince the jury that that dirty cop was negligent in placing his knee on the neck of Floyd. The dirty cop and his partners failed to render aid. The dirty cop didn't at one point show an ounce of sympathy towards Floyd as he was screaming "he can't breathe" and calling for his mama.

The trial has been covered wall to wall by the junk food media.

It's been a very emotional and yes, controversial moment in American history.

Like the O.J. Simpson, George Zimmerman and Washed Up 45 trials, this event will also mark a moment.

George Floyd was denied human rights. The far-right wants to justify his death due to drugs.

If convicted, this dirty cop could get 40 to LIFE in the iron college for second and third degree murder.

The dirty cop's defense and far-right agitators (i.e. Candace "Stork Neck" Owens) are trying to use, "Well he was on drugs and had the fake bill" excuse to justify that motherfucker's knee on the goddamn neck of a restrained George Floyd.

It often pisses me off that folks like Owens would resort to saying that "he was _____________" as a way to justify that tragic moment caught on camera.

The NYPD is looking for this Black extremist.

President Joe Biden has summoned a group of White House officials to discuss the rise in anti-Asian American hatred. The problems are getting worse in the country. Thanks to Washed Up 45 and his constant reminders that the COVID-19 pandemic is the "China virus" and "Kung flu," extremists from all walks are taking their hate on innocent people.

A 65-year old Asian American woman was attacked brutally by a Black extremist in Manhattan. The New York Police Department has launched an investigation into the matter.

What riled up the country was the lackluster care from employees of a luxury apartment. They watched the whole ordeal and didn't render aid to the woman.

On Sunday, the victim was on her way to church when out of nowhere, this Black extremist said directly to the woman: "Fuck you, you don't belong here!"

Then he starts serving up a knuckle style chili with onions. 

The NYPD will eventually find the extremist.

Two workers who watched the ordeal appeared to turn a blind eye. Neither men intervened nor helped the victim. So now the apartment management has placed the two in the freezer pending an investigation into whether their actions were in violation of the company's policies.

The video shows a woman in a black coat, black scarf, white pants and black boots just walking when the man came up on her and started to serve her a hot plate.

The Brodsky Organization which owns the building where the incident occurred condemned the violent act and they promise to help the NYPD in finding this extremist.

The NYPD is offering $2,500 for the arrest of this extremist. He already has at least a felonious assault charge on him. He also has a state hate crime charge awaiting. If the U.S. Justice Department does get involved, Attorney General Merrick Garland could issue a federal sandwich on this extremist.

The charges could net up to 30 years in the iron college.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

White nationalist Republican lawmaker might quit Congress to become the next Rush Limbaugh or perhaps the next Sean "Softball" Hannity.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has an ambition to be the next far right agitator in the junk food media.

He practically does nothing in Congress and he is often on television way too much. 

Axios reports that Gaetz might resign from Congress to pursue a job at Newsmax. He could be grooming his career for either the potential to run for president or for governor of Florida.

All of this suddenly comes to a grinding halt. It appears there's more to the story..... Uh oh!

The New York Times says that Gaetz had a federal watch on him. He is being investigated by the Justice Department over whether he had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old and paid for her to travel with him, according to three people briefed on the matter.

Investigators are examining whether Gaetz violated federal sex trafficking laws, the people said. A variety of federal statutes make it illegal to induce someone under 18 to travel over state lines to engage in sex in exchange for money or something of value. The Justice Department regularly prosecutes such cases, and offenders often receive severe sentences.

It was not clear how Gaetz met the girl, believed to be 17 at the time of encounters about two years ago that investigators are scrutinizing, according to two of the people.

The three people said that the examination of Gaetz, 38, is part of a broader investigation into a political ally of his, a local official in Florida named Joel Greenberg, who was indicted last summer on an array of charges, including sex trafficking of a child and financially supporting people in exchange for sex, at least one of whom was an underage girl.

Greenberg, who has since resigned his post as tax collector in Seminole County, north of Orlando, visited the White House with Gaetz in 2019, according to a photograph that Greenberg posted on Twitter.

No charges have been brought against Gaetz, and the extent of his criminal exposure is unclear.

Gaetz said in an interview that his lawyers had been in touch with the Justice Department and that they were told he was the subject, not the target, of an investigation. “I only know that it has to do with women,” Gaetz said. “I have a suspicion that someone is trying to recategorize my generosity to ex-girlfriends as something more untoward.”

Gaetz called the investigation part of an elaborate scheme involving “false sex allegations” to extort him and his family for $25 million that began this month. He said he and his father, Don Gaetz, had been cooperating with the FBI and “wearing a wire” after they were approached by people saying they could make the investigation “go away.”

In a second interview later Tuesday, the congressman said he had no plans to resign his House seat and denied that he had romantic relationships with minors. “It is verifiably false that I have traveled with a 17-year-old woman,” he said.

Gaetz is now engaged to an analyst named Ginger Luckey, 26, whom he proposed to at Mar-a-Lago club on Dec. 30.

It was unclear how investigators in the Greenberg case began examining Gaetz’s conduct. Last June, federal prosecutors secured an indictment against Greenberg, accusing him of stalking a political rival.

The second day of the trial against a white former Minneapolis police officer who is facing murder charges. He was the reckless cop who placed his goddamn knee on the neck of George Floyd.

The state argues that this dirty cop's arrogance and disregard for the life of a human being is serious enough to weigh second and third degree murder.

In May 2020, the Minneapolis Police  responded to a theft by deception at a local corner store in the southern part of the city. The dirty cop and three former dirty cops confront George and detain him.

In the beginning, it was cordial but it quickly escalated to the point where George was placed on the ground and this cop put his goddamn knee on his neck.

Folks were screaming to this arrogant man to not do that. All the while we can hear George screaming, "I can't breathe" and cried for his mama. He literally told the dirty cops he was gonna die.

Tensions are high. If the cop walks, Black America could take violent action on cops and white nationalists.

For nearly 10 minutes, George's head was pressed to the road with a man's goddamn knee on the neck. The video shared around the world showed the lynching of a Black man.

The state is trying to convict him of the murder charges. He could face 40 to LIFE in the iron college. The three other former dirty cops will be tried in the reckless discontent of life charges which carries 20 to LIFE in the iron college.

The death of George Floyd touched the world. It led to the woke movement and is also leading to calls for police reform and gun control. 

The white nationalist Republicans and Washed Up 45 did not heed the call for change. 

Washed Up 45 lost his reelection bid due to his refusal to do something. The Republicans lost their majority and are now returning to white extremist fearmongering in their bid to return back to power.

That's why President Joe Biden is now tasked to do something now. The Democrats are getting tired of Republicans stalling legislation in the Senate. The calls to scrap the filibuster are growing and the two white nationalist Democrats, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WY) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) better change their minds and get with the program.
