Michael Slager gets to go home for the time being. This man is being charged with the murder of Walter Scott. The jury had a mistrial because of one juror's belief that the former North Charleston officer's actions were not negligent. The juror could not "with good conscience consider a guilty verdict."

This high profile trial was flawed from the beginning. He tried to defend his actions by saying that he felt his life was in danger and he had to take down the threat.

Slager if convicted would face LIFE in the iron college.

The police dash camera footage shows that Slager pulled Walter off for a broken tail light. Walter gave Slager his license and explained that he was in the process of getting the vehicle in his name.

Walter Scott was tragically killed by a corrupt cop.

Walter was wanted for child support and feared he would be arrested. He would bolt out the vehicle and Slager would give chase.

Slager would deploy the Taser on Walter. When Walter freed himself of the Taser, Slager would deploy deadly force. He would shot his service weapon eight times. Five rounds hit Walter and he dropped.

Slager would then handcuff Walter and drop the Taser near him. Unaware that Feidin Santana was recording the entire encounter on film. Santana would then go to the junk food media and shatter the narrative that Walter was charging at Slager.

Slager was immediately fired from the North Charleston Police and then charged. He was held on a $2 million get out of jail card,

So far, the whole ordeal has been nothing more than a circus. When this juror decided that Slager didn't commit a criminal act, it basically set the killer free.

Now we wait and see if the state prosecutors will retry this slimeball.

Why They Let The Guy Who Killed Joe McKnight Go?

Former NFL player Joe McKnight was killed and his killer claimed self-defense.

The tragic death of Joe McKnight has been trending last week. The former running back for the New York Jets and Kansas City Chiefs was gunned down in Terrytown, Louisiana last week by this guy in an apparent road rage incident.

McKnight, a former New Orleans high school star, was shot dead about 3 p.m. Thursday during an argument at an intersection in Terrytown, reported The Times-Picayune.

A witness said she saw a man, later identified as 54-year-old Ronald Gasser, yelling at the 28-year-old McKnight, who was attempting to apologize.

Witnesses said Gasser, who is white, pulled McKnight, who is black, from his Audi, argued with him and then shot him more than once as he stood over him.

"I told you not to fuck with me," Gasser said, before firing once more at McKnight as he lay on the ground.

McKnight, who last played in the NFL in 2014, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Gasser was taken to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office for questioning but was released overnight without charges, reported The Advocate.

Deputies said the fatal shooting remains under investigation.

Investigators said McKnight, who was named the Times-Picayune's male athlete of the decade in 2009 after a standout career at John Curtis Christian School, was not armed at the time of his death.

No other guns were found outside his vehicle.

Witnesses said Gasser and McKnight had exchanged words before the confrontation at the intersection of Behrman Highway and Holmes Boulevard.

The white extremist had previous encounters with the law including road rage incidents.

Louisiana's "stand your ground" law permits deadly force if the shooter believes they’re in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm.

Cardell Hayes, who fatally shot NFL player Will Smith earlier in April in another New Orleans road rage case, is expected to claim self-defense under that statute, which was passed in 2005.

Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand provided some details of the shooting death on Thursday.

Pipeline No Good!

Small victory for the Standing Rock Sioux tribe.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers blocked the Dakota Access Pipeline. It is a small victory for the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation. The decision essentially halts the construction of the 1,172-mile oil pipeline about a half a mile south of the reservation.

This has been a huge story that's been ignored by the junk food media. It was brutal for the people who were there protesting the oil pipeline. The state's governor and county sheriff were using force to move the protesters.

The Army Corps says it intends to issue an Environmental Impact Statement with "full public input and analysis."

Now it's giving Energy Transfer Partners a grace period to find an alternative route that doesn't impact the land or water supply.

This decision halts the construction and it's a huge victory for the protesters.

Energy Transfer Partner's proposed route cuts through Wide River and Standing Rock. 

President Barack Obama's impact on this is will short-lived. The incoming asshole supports the pipeline. He could reverse the decision when he takes office.

Sunday's announcement comes nearly three months after the Corps said that it would review the project and engage in further talks with the Standing Rock Sioux to hear the tribe's concerns.

Energy Transfer Partners said that the Army Corps granted approval for the reservoir crossing in July.

Dave Archambault II, the chairman of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, thanks the Obama administration for what he called a historic decision. At the same time, he asked the chief executive of the Energy Transfer, the governor of North Dakota and the incoming asshole to respect the decision.

This Nasty Doctor From Colorado Fired Out The Cannon After Going Ape Sh*t On FLOTUS!

The Denver Post reports that this Denver Health doctor had the nerve to go after the first lady's eloquence. Herren wrote on social media saying that "[Obama] doesn't seem to be speaking too eloquently here, thank god we can't hear her! Monkey face [with] poor ebonics English!!! There! I feel better and am still not racist!! Just calling it like it is!"

Well her bosses at the University of Colorado's School of Medicine made it clear, that this behavior isn't allowed here.

"We are beginning the process to terminate Dr. Herren's faculty appointment," Mark Couch spokesman for the university said on Thursday. "She expressed values that are at odds with ours and she has compromised her ability to meet the teaching and patient care mission of the School of Medicine."

She was pulled from duty after the junk food media got a hold of the comments. The hospital said that Herren would not be seeing patients and providing anesthesia services there until further notice.

JoAnn Nieto saw the post on a friend's Facebook feed and shared with news outlets. She also contacted the CU Board of Regents as Dr. Herren held a non-paid faculty appointment at the University of Colorado, as do many Denver Health physicians.

"I find in absolutely appalling that she is working at a public institution as well as with many many children who are minorities," Nieto said in a letter to one board member. "This is completely unacceptable and I sincerely hope that corrective action is taken. I sincerely hope she is relieved of her duties as both a teacher and a practitioner."

The board member responded by saying the Facebook comments "are repugnant and contrary to the University of Colorado's commitment to diversity and inclusion."

The member explained to Nieto that Herren is not an actual University of Colorado employee.

Denver Health released a statement tonight saying that it's preparing for her cannon firing.

 "Denver Health is deeply disappointed by the remarks posted on social media by Dr. Michelle Herren against the First Lady of the United States. We are offended by the comments made by this individual, who was acting independently in her private capacity. Her views are contrary to the mission and values of Denver Health, and to our staff and patients. Denver Health proudly serves people of all races, genders, sexual orientations, and social backgrounds – and our staff and patient population truly reflect our diverse community and nation. We are reaching out to all of our patients, employees and physicians to reinforce our culture, mission and beliefs that all individuals regardless of their race, religion, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation are deserving of dignity and respect."

Now, Ace Hardware is facing the wrath of the consumer. Now progressives are boycotting the hardware company for supporting the crucial treatment of Native Americans protesting a pipeline that could inflict harm on the water supply in the Midwest.

The hardware company said that it will support its affiliates refusal to sale items to Standing Rock Protesters. The company said it will not sell "incendiary" products in the vicinity of Standing Rock pipeline.

The refusal to sell propane to thousands of Native Americans and their allie who are now camped in blizzard conditions. These are the people who are defending the Missouri River and burial places from Dakota Access Pipeline. This is the latest in a campaign of total disregard for human life by North Dakota governor Jack Dalrymple and Morton County sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier.

The Standing Rock protest is ignored by the junk food media. For nearly a year, the Standing Rock Native American reservation and its allies have protested the Dakota Access Pipeline. The pipeline could threaten the water supply and their spiritual grounds.

Protests began in March and it's been ongoing ever since. The junk food media has ignored the brutal police encounters with protesters. Morton County's sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier has been in the crosshairs of the protesters, He has demanded they be removed by order of the court.

Some of the protesters were injured by the police dogs. Some were injured by police projectiles and pepper spray. This is being ignored.

This issue is ongoing and President Barack Obama and the incoming dictator haven't mentioned much about it.

Energy Transfer Partners is hoping to built this pipeline and they're hopeful the dictator could get the ball rolling.
